#1519: Marine Links Governor General Overseers Cold Squad Script to Sister’s WH Man Who Never Was

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Cold Squad scripts apparently written by FBI Quantico agents for Canadian Governor General David Johnston and his former colleagues on the Harvard Board of Overseers, to McConnell’s sister Kristine Marcy, the former Senior Counsel for the United States' INS Detention and Deportation Program, who allegedly transitioned The Man Who Never Was identity of Barry Soetoro into the White House as Barack Obama.

Happy Googling!

Marcy had custody of the Soetoro/Obama Man Who Never Was file while serving as Senior Counsel, Detention and Deportation, Immigration and Naturalization Service.

[Spoliation evidence for Mr. Williams had two medals: the Canadian Forces Decoration Medal, given for good service, and the South West Asia Service Medal, for having served at least 30 days in Afghanistan. The scroll was an official document confirming Mr. Williams was a serving officer. Mr. Williams was convicted in October of first-degree murder in the killings of Corporal Marie-France Comeau, 38, of Brighton, Ont., and Jessica Lloyd, 27, of Belleville, Ont. He also pleaded guilty to 82 fetish break-and-enters and thefts and two sexual assaults. During Mr. Williams' sentencing hearing, court heard the SUV he used to kidnap Ms. Lloyd would be crushed and the hundreds of items of women's and girls' underwear and clothing he stole would be burned. He was given a final medical exam last month and the Canadian Forces retrieved and disposed of his military clothing, equipment and publications. The military took the extraordinary step of incinerating MR. Williams' uniform and clothing in a facility at CFB Trenton that is normally used to destroy declassified materials. Governor-General David Johnston used HMG Cold Squad script to authorize spoliation]. Mr. Williams' administrative release from the military was approved and his commission was revoked by Governor-General David Johnston on Oct. 22.”

“In addition to completing a program for senior executives at Harvard University's Business and John F. She is a charter member of the Senior Executive Service and an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.”

“AGENCIES IN TRANSITION A Report on the Views of Members of the Federal Senior Executive Service ADVISORY PANEL Jonathan D. Breul* Frank J. Chellino* Nancy Kingsbury* Kristine M. Marcy* …….. The National Academy gratefully acknowledges the financial support received for this project from BearingPoint and Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. We also owe a debt of gratitude to the American University Institute for the Study of Public Policy Implementation and its Director, Robert M. Tobias, for sharing with us the talents of a doctoral candidate, Bill Resh, who provided a critical analytical perspective to the study. Special thanks to Martin Goldberg and Kristine Marcy for their vision in conducting this survey. Without their diligence and guidance, the National Academy would not have been able to undertake this important work.

Finally, the findings in this report reflect the insights of several National Academy Fellows who served on the Advisory Panel that guided our efforts — Jonathan Breul, Nancy Kingsbury, Frank Chellino and Kristine Marcy. Much appreciation to them and to the National Academy staff and advisors who supported this initiative.

A Challenging Environment President Obama is making nominations for Cabinet positions, but the duration and outcome of the Senate confirmation process for these and the thousands of other political appointees who support them remains unknown. This extended and uncertain period of transition poses significant challenges for agencies and career employees. In addition to the obvious complexity inherent in managing through a period of leadership turnover, members of the SES must also prepare presidential appointees to “…make the leap from campaigning to governing by informing them of the major management issues, risks, and challenges they will face.” … Prior to the arrival of a political appointee, it is the Senior Executive Service (SES) that provides critical leadership for an agency and its staff. It must maintain the flow of work in support of the agency’s mission, while simultaneously preparing for the arrival of new leadership. As new political appointees arrive, it is the SES that must help them quickly understand the agency and build a good working relationship to advance the goals set for their organization. It is a complex, multifaceted role, made even more difficult by a compressed timeline.

[Evidence Marcy uses GG Overseer Cold Squad scripts to feed public perceptions of attacks during MWNW transitions] Adding to these challenges is the concern that terrorists may attempt to take advantage of perceived vulnerabilities during the transition period. Terrorists attacked New York City in 1993, shortly after President Clinton first took office; New York City and the Pentagon in 2001, 8 months after President George W. Bush took office; Madrid, 3 days before Spain’s 2004 national elections; London in 2005, 2 months after the British national elections; and Glasgow’s airport in 2007, within hours of the appointment of a new British Prime Minister and Cabinet.”
