Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Jamie Gorelick’s use of the Nortel Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) to FBI agent Frank Figliuzzi whose role in the limited hangout arrests of Anthrax [sic father] Anna Chapman and Jeffrey Delisle, appears to have been designed to divert attention from front-running profits made by 100 [Lesbian] Women in Hedge Funds invested in the contrived panic of the international capital markets on 9/11.

C. Frank Figliuzzi Appointed as Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division

Washington, D.C. February 07, 2011
FBI National Press Office(202) 324-3691

Director Robert S. Mueller, III has named Connecticut native C. Frank Figliuzzi assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division. Mr. Figliuzzi has been the division’s deputy assistant director since November 2010.

“Frank is a seasoned investigator and an experienced manager, and he knows the threats the FBI and our country face. He’s well-suited to lead our Counterintelligence Division and keep our nation safe from those individuals and groups that would do it harm,” said Director Mueller.

Mr. Figliuzzi was appointed an FBI special agent in August 1987 and assigned to the Atlanta Division, where he worked terrorism and foreign counterintelligence investigations. In 1992, he was promoted to the National Security Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., with responsibility for oversight of economic espionage matters.

In 1995, Mr. Figliuzzi was named supervisory senior resident agent of the Palo Alto Resident Agency in the FBI’s San Francisco Division. His office, near Silicon Valley, led the FBI in investigations of foreign-sponsored thefts of trade secrets. In 1997, Mr. Figliuzzi was tasked to lead one of the FBI’s first squads exclusively devoted to crimes against children.

In 1998, Mr. Figliuzzi was promoted to unit chief in the Office of Professional Responsibility at FBI Headquarters. He adjudicated allegations of serious misconduct against FBI personnel. In 1999, Mr. Figliuzzi was appointed assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s Miami Division, where he led the white-collar crime branch and its successful investigations of public corruption and corporate fraud. Following the September 11, 2001, attacks, Mr. Figliuzzi was selected to head FBI Miami’s new counterterrorism branch. He led the South Florida Joint Terrorism Task Force and was on-scene commander following the anthrax murder in Boca Raton, Florida.

In August 2004, Mr. Figliuzzi was promoted to inspector and led teams that assessed FBI operations around the world. In December 2005, Mr. Figliuzzi became the FBI’s chief inspector. He then served as the special agent in charge of the Cleveland Division from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Figliuzzi has a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Fairfield University. He is a graduate of the John F. Kennedy School of Government’s program for senior executives [Kristine Marcy’s lesbian SES and Small Business hedge fund]  in national and international security at Harvard University.”
Were Russians About To Catch Hillary In Lesbian Honey Trap? - The sudden arrest and deportation of Russian spy Anna Chapman in 2010 may have been because she was about to capture Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in a lesbian “honey trap,” some now claim. According to a story about Iraqi WMD informant ‘Curveball’ in the UK Independent, “top [FBI] officials feared the glamorous Russian agent wanted to seduce one of US President Barack Obama’s inner circle.” [Gorelick’s former] FBI Counter Intelligence Assistant Director Frank Figliuzzi was quoted by the paper as saying the Russian spy ring got “closer and closer to higher and higher ranking leadership… she got close enough to disturb us.”
Here's The Real Role Anna Chapman Actually Had At The Hedge Fund Navigator

So what did accused Russian spy Anna Chapman really do in finance?
Her LinkedIn profile says she worked in i-banking at Barclays, she worked at the hedge fund Navigator, and that she worked at KIT Fortis Investments. And in a video that's shown up, ie here the Mirror, Anna said that she could afford an apartment for herself because she knew how to save from her work an investment banker.

"I was also an investment banker at that time and I knew the business model which would be best."

She's also said that she worked for Warren Buffett (See video below).

So let's see how her claims are panning out in reality so far:

Claim: i-banking at Barclays  Reality: Barclays told Dealbreaker that Anna didn't work in i-banking at Barclays, she was in the retail sales division.
Claim: worked at Navigator   Reality:  she was the personal assistant of Nicholas Camilleri, chief executive of the Mayfair-based hedge fund company Navigator Asset Management Advisers. (Wayne Sharpe, who is CEO of Bartercard, a trading exchange firm told the Guardian that he met Chapman through her work at Navigator.)
Claim: worked for Warren Buffett   Reality: we'll see
Claim: worked at KIT Fortin Investments  Reality: we'll see
In conclusion: Not particularly well. But we'll see! More news keeps coming out about this lady.”
Mark Collins - Delisle and the GRU: Thank Goodness We Have the FBI to Counterspy for UsCanadaRussiaU.S.IntelligenceAdd comments MILNEWS.ca rounds-up: …“Canada’s most active spy might have been caught almost a year sooner if the military and CSIS had followed their own mandatory security check rules, documents obtained by CBC News show. And Sub-Lt. Jeffrey Paul Delisle might still be swapping secrets with the Russians for cash if not for a tip from the FBI in the United States, suggests information contained in three search warrants that were executed on Delisle’s home, car and the ultra-secret navy intelligence facility in Halifax where Delisle worked, HMCS Trinity. The first hint that Delisle was the central figure in a spy scandal that would rock the Canadian and allied military establishments came in the form of a letter sent to the RCMP from the FBI on Dec. 2, 2011. “The RCMP gets a letter from Frank Figliuzzi, the FBI’s Assistant Director, REDACTED implicating a Canadian military officer. His statement is corroborated by Anthony M. Buchmeier, the FBI’s counter-intelligence expert witness,” states one of the warrants.(Some portions of the warrants obtained by CBC have been redacted by Canadian security officials.) The FBI makes it clear that there is one suspect: Sub-Lt. Jeffrey Delisle. A ban on publication of the warrants was lifted in Nova Scotia provincial court on Thursdayafter an application was made by CBC News ….”

WINDSOR, Conn. - SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. said Wednesday that its biggest shareholder, private equity firm Carlyle Group, plans to sell about half its stake in the company.

Shares of the financial services software maker are trading at all-time highs. SS&C said Carlyle Group plans to sell 7.5 million shares and will have a 9.2 per cent stake in the company after the sale is complete. Mark Collins - Huawei, Nortel [JABS] and Dirty Work at the NetworkChinaCanadaTradeIntelligenceAdd comments Further to the “Comments”–especially 5. regarding Ontario–at this post, The Dragon and the Bear, Hacking and Spying two stories from earlier this year:

1) Nortel hacked to bits
Under mounting pressure to prove China-based hackers had infiltrated the vast global computer network of Nortel Networks Corp. all the way to the chief executive’s terminal, Brian Shields says he had no choice but to go rogue.

Armed with nearly two decades doing security for the now-defunct Canadian company whose technology still powers telecommunications networks around the world, he had spent a day just before Christmas 2008 digging through the Web browsing history of then CEO Mike Zafirovski, known to colleagues as ‘Mike Z’. Mr. Shields was convinced there were criminals working on behalf of China’s Huawei Technologies Co. accessing the CEO’s files, but his hunch hadn’t been enough for his immediate bosses to grant him direct access to the top man’s PC…

2) Nortel turned to RCMP about cyber hacking in 2004, ex-employee says
Nortel Networks Corp. approached the RCMP about Chinese industrial espionage in 2004 but got no help from Canadian law enforcement or intelligence agencies, according to a former employee concerned about the theft of valuable intellectual property.

Brian Shields, a 19-year Nortel veteran who served as a senior systems security adviser, told The Globe and Mail that the company received little help from security agencies and was only approached by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service shortly before Nortel filed for bankruptcy in 2009…

Reports of hacking at Nortel have refocused attention on industrial espionage, possibly from China, and comes shortly after Chinese telecom giant Huawei Technologies inked two network deals with Canadian wireless carriers BCE Inc. and Telus Corp. during Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s trade mission to China.
Mr. Shields said an internal investigation showed that for almost a decade, hackers from China downloaded “volumes” of internal Nortel documents, from top-secret R&D to business plans…

Huawei, now the world’s second-biggest network equipment maker, on Wednesday said “this unseemly speculation is unfortunate.”

But one telecom industry veteran said that around 2004, it was clear to many that Huawei was copying Nortel’s telecom hardware, and even its instruction manuals.

Maybe we should ask the US House intelligence committee to investigate seeing as no-one up here seems to have done much–at least that’s been made public. And the Ontario government has given money to Huawei. Go figure.”
