General Carter Ham andAdmiral Charles M. Gaouette know the answer to this question. Where are Ham and Gaouette today? Why hasn’t Issa’s investigative committee called these decorated Military officers to testify before the committee investigating Benghazi?
We have known since 30 October 2012 that these two officers did three things:
1. Ignored those orders,
2. (redacted pending 27 May speech in Canton Texas and
3.unclassified cables between Benghazi and DC and the subsequent Executive Brief, that cables were firing in all directions in the hours before and during the Benghazi attack that ended in the brutal death of four Americans. General Ham was head of AFRICOM and Commander of the 2011 US-NATO operation to depose Gadhafi in Libya. Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette was in command of the Carrier Strike Group Three (CSG-3), then deployed in Middle Eastern waters during the attack on Benghazi.
Both Ham and Gaouette reported receiving the same desperate cables for additional security and backup that Obama administration officials received and ignored from Benghazi. They did not ignore those desperate calls for help ringing out from the Benghazi installation on 11 September 2012. No, both Ham and Gaouette attempted to launch ready response teams in the region capable of provided the much needed assistance during the seven hour long assault on Benghazi. Both were then relieved of command for their actions, described by the US Military as “allegations of inappropriate leadership judgment” to which Agent Chips laconically opines BULL FUCKING SHIT.
General Ham immediately had a rapid response unit ready and communicated to the Pentagon that he had a unit ready to deploy to Benghazi. Then, General Ham received the order to stand down. His response was “screw it,” – he was going to help anyway.
Within minutes after issuing an order to deploy his ready response team, Ham’s second in command apprehended the General and told him that he was now relieved of his command. Ham knows who issued the order to STAND DOWN as well as the order to relieve him of his command at AFRICOM but has not shared the Clinton-Soetoro names, yet. Adm. Gaouette had also received the startling requests for support as the attack unfolded in Benghazi. Like Ham, he readied a response from Carrier Strike Group Three (CSG-3). Gaouette was also ordered to STAND DOWN and like Ham, he decided to refuse those orders. Gaouette readied vital intelligence and communications operations for an extraction effort to be launched by Ham. Stars and Stripes reported October 18, 2012 that General Ham is being replaced by Gen. David Rodriguez. They also reported on October 27, 2012 that Adm. Gaouette is being replaced by Rear Adm. Troy M. Shoemaker. The Navy stated that it was “replacing the admiral in command of an aircraft carrier strike group in the Middle East, pending the outcome of an internal investigation into undisclosed allegations of inappropriate judgment.” What was not reported was that a 1971 Annapolis Marine was being vetted for duty as a Five Star General as he and his team have unmasked the real enemy in the GWOT, global war of terror promulgated by City of London, Vatican City and the Clinton-Obama Chicago Cabal. What were the “inappropriate judgments” of these two decorated Military leaders? Rear Adm. John Kirby, the Navy’s chief spokesman, declined to discuss the investigation.
What we know is that these two highly unusual acts to remove two highly decorated commanders is related to the 11 September 2012 strike on Benghazi. We also know that the congressional investigation has not yet called these valiant men in to give testimony. We know that months’ worth of warnings and requests for additional security at Benghazi we ignored and denied by the Clinton run State Department and that someone gave the DoD order to STAND DOWN when American troops were in the region and ready to assist. We know that the Obama administration manufactured a lie about some obscure anti-Islam youtube clip that had nothing whatsoever to do with the events of 11 September 2012 Benghazi. We know that the Obama administration is holding that filmmaker in prison today. We know that Benghazi survivors have been threatened and silenced. But most of all, we know that Gen. Ham and Adm. Gaouette can provide very real answers to a laundry list of very important questions regarding the Benghazi attacks and Issa’s alleged investigation. On 23 April 2013, Five House Committees investigating Benghazi issued a joint Interim Progress Report. In it, all five committees fail to ask the right questions and all five demonstrate a clear intent to keep the truth about Benghazi under wraps, though the report does confirm almost everything stated herein. The attack in Benghazi of 11 September, 2012 is now almost eight months old and yet, the truth about that attack is still a distant fog sheltered by government officials engaged in blatant obstruction of justice, made possible by the help of a totally incompetent or complicit press which in the case of Brian Williams is complicit, capeche?
If you want to know what really happened in Benghazi, demand that Issa’s congressional committee subpoena both Gen. Ham and Adm. Gaouette to testify before the House Committee on Oversight & Government Reform and ensure that the video tape of the Keynote Speaker at Canton Texas on Memorial Day, 2013, is promulgated far and wide. And then, recall Hillary Clinton and Leon Panetta once Ham and Gaouette have testified. Someone is responsible for the murder of Americans in Benghazi and the lies that followed. That someone, in fact, all who are involved in the Benghazi murder and the cover up, must be held fully accountable. Agent Chips of Abel Danger lists only four respondents: Barry Soetoro Punahou ’79, Hillary Vaginosis Clinton, Leon Panhead Panetta, Martin ‘I envy Petraeus’ Dempsey, USMA ’74.

In one of her final acts as Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton accepted the “resignation” of her head of Diplomatic Security, Eric J. Boswell. Boswell was portrayed in the media as the highest ranking State Department official to lose his job over the security failures in Benghazi, Libya that lead to the deaths of four Americans [and snuff-film rape of Christopher Stevens]. Clinton sold the resignation to Congress as a sign of accountability over decisions made and mistakes committed. Case closed, right?
But did Boswell really “resign?” Or is he still employed by the Department of State?
Define “Resign”
Before his December 19, 2012 “resignation,” Boswell actually held two jobs: head of Diplomatic Security and Director of the Office of Foreign Missions (DS/OFM) at State. The former position held immediate responsibility for the safety of America’s diplomats abroad, while the latter job covered both the security and administrative needs of foreign diplomats in the U.S. As head of OFM, Boswell was responsible for the safety of say the French Embassy in Washington as well as the duty-free import of cars for the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles.
His celebrated resignation was cleverly worded: he resigned as head of Diplomatic Security (Benghazi accountability!) only. In a December 19 statement, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said she “has accepted Eric Boswell’s decision to resign as Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security, effective immediately.” When questioned about whether Boswell really left the State Department’s employ by a cowed media, State would only reissue the carefully crafted statement put outDecember 19. No one was interested in even a follow-up question– is Boswell still on State’s payroll?

Early life [edit]
Eric J. Boswell was born in Naples, Italy on May 31, 1945. From 1968 to 1969, he served in the United States Army. He was educated at Stanford University, graduating with a B.A. in 1970.
Boswell joined the United States Foreign Service in 1972. As a Foreign Service Officer, he was posted to Dakar, Senegal 1973-74 and Quebec City1977-80. He spent 1980-83 in Washington, D.C. working on Near Eastern assignments for the Bureau of Personnel of the United States Department of State. From 1983 to 1985, he was Deputy Executive Director of the Bureau of European and Canadian Affairs. He then returned to the field and was posted in Amman 1985-87 and in Ottawa 1987-90. From 1990 to 1992, he was Executive Director of the Bureau of Near East and South Asian Affairs. From 1992 to 1993, he was Executive Assistant to the Under Secretary of State for Management.
Political career [edit]
In September 1992, President of the United States George H. W. Bush nominated Boswell as Director of the Office of Foreign Missions and he became Director, with the rank of Ambassador, in May 1993. President Bill Clinton then nominated Boswell as Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security and Boswell held this office from January 5, 1996 until January 31, 1998.
In 1998, Boswell became Director of Administration for the Pan American Health Organization, a specialized agency of the United Nations, serving there until 2005. In 2004 he served a senior advisor at UN Offices in New York.
From 2005 to 2008, Boswell was Assistant Deputy Director for Security in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he was responsible for the development of security policies and standards in the United States Intelligence Community.
In 2008, President George W. Bush nominated Boswell to a second term as Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security, and concurrently as Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, with Boswell assuming office on July 7, 2008.
On December 19, 2012, three State Department officials were reported to have resigned under pressure less than a day after a report blamed management failures for a lack of security at the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya. The Benghazi mission was attacked by militants on September 11, 2012 and the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans died in the attack. On December 19, 2012, an anonymous Obama administration official said Boswell; Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant secretary responsible for embassy security; and Raymond Maxwell, the deputy assistant secretary of state who oversaw the Maghreb nations of Libya, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs; had stepped down. The report said poor leadership in both bureaus left the post underprotected.[2] Later reports said four individuals were affected but only Boswell had resigned. The other three were "placed on administrative leave and relieved of their duties" and not officially named.[3]
The report by the independent Accountability Review Board found "systemic failures of leadership and management deficiencies at senior levels within two bureaus". The Benghazi post "lacked disciplined oversight of its security operations. [Its] ... ad hoc nature, with inexperienced staff members working there for short periods, 'resulted in diminished institutional knowledge, continuity, and mission capacity'".[4] ARB co-chair Thomas Pickering said "the personnel on the ground in Benghazi had reacted to the attack with bravery and professionalism [but] ... the security precautions were 'grossly inadequate' and the contingent was overwhelmed by the heavily armed militants". In a letter that accompanied the transmission of the report to Capitol Hill, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton "thanked the board for its 'clear-eyed, serious look at serious systemic challenges' and said she accepted its 29 recommendations to improve security at high-threat embassies and consulates".[2]”

This enables agencies to further expand the benefits achieved from PKI.
