Marine Links Honourable Artillery BOWMAN Triggers to Chicago Council Twin Towers Bombs

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the Honourable Artillery Company’s (HAC) development of BOWMAN radio-triggered demolition kits to Lester Crown’s colleagues in the Chicago Council on Global Affairs (cf. Michelle Obama) who allegedly deployed DMORT Region V crews to New York to destroy evidence of BOWMAN-triggered bombs in the Twin Towers on 9/11.

“The HAC Regiment is a unit of the Territorial Army based just north of the City of London providing the British Army [and its Libor panel banks] with its only dedicated Surveillance and Target Acquisition patrol regiment—operating small covert reconnaissance patrols gathering intelligence and target information. The regiment includes a dedicated long-range communications capability. In recent years its role has expanded to include liaison tasks. It is assigned to the Headquarters Allied Command Europe Rapid Reaction Corps [for the sodomization of Muammar Gaddaffi amnd Christopher Stevens, au style Bullingdon].

The HAC has a ceremonial role in providing guards of honour at the Guildhall in the City of London during state visits, and since 1924 (when the Royal Artillery ceased to be stationed at the Tower) has provided the saluting battery at the Tower of London for state occasions. From 3 April 2012 the HAC comes under the operational command of GOC Theatre Troops.[1] Unlike most TA units, who are only required to train at up to sub-unit (company or squadron) level, the HAC is required to train as a regiment. Although the HAC is operationally an artillery regiment, it is not part of the Royal Regiment of Artillery; being a separate regiment with its own uniform, insignia and colours.[33] The HAC's regular army counterparts are 4/73 (Sphinx) Special Observation Post Battery RA from 5th Regiment Royal Artillery. This battery would, in the event of full mobilisation of the HAC, form the regiment's fourth patrol squadron.[34] The HAC's Permanent Staff Instructors are drawn from across the British Armed Forces. Due to the demanding requirements of their role the HAC is privileged to be one of only a small number of TA units with responsibility for the carrying out the Phase 1 and 2 training of its own recruits 'in house'[35] rather than sending them to Regional Training Centres and Army Training Regiments.

The Regiment has had individuals or sub-units on active service at all times since 1996 in a wide variety of roles in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.[2] Commitments included the deployment of patrols to Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq; and independent sub-units to Operation Telic 4 and 5 in Iraq and L Troop to Operation Telic 9 in addition to individual and group reinforcements to other infantry and artillery units.[36] In recent times the rate of deployment, generally in groups of 10, has speeded up dramatically. These groups are divided between operating and maintaining anti-mortar systems and other high technology equipment and forming part of the Brigade Reconnaissance Force (BRF). On Tuesday 4 December 2007, Trooper Jack Sadler who was serving with the BRF was killed when his vehicle was hit by a blast north of Sangin, in Helmand province. Two other soldiers were injured in the attack. In 2008 the Runner-Up for the Cobra Trophy for Volunteer Reservist of the year was Trooper Adam Cocks of 2 Squadron HAC, who was severely injured in Afghanistan when his vehicle struck a mine. While recuperating at Headley Court rehabilitation centre he and a friend came up with the idea of a rugby match at Twickenham to help to raise money for the charity Help for Heroes. …

 In 1919, following a decision to increase the strength of the Metropolitan Police Reserve Force, the Home Secretary approached the HAC to form a Division of Special Constabulary. Some 150 members, mostly Great War veterans, rallied to the call and joined the Division, forming the HAC Detachment. At the outbreak of the Second World War the Detachment was integrated into G Division of the Metropolitan Police and then later with Islington Division. Following reorganisation, the Detachment is now part of the City of London Police Special Constabulary, its administrative base is Armoury House. In 2010 the Ferrers Trophy was awarded to Special Constable Patrick Rarden of the detachment for using his banking skills and experience to help train colleagues and provide invaluable assistance to solve fraud cases. [He helped HSBC Illinois cover up the Fast and Furious contract hits paid out of proceeds of Libor crime] The award is given annually to police volunteers for exceptional dedication and innovation. The detachment retains the Detachment's unique identity by wearing the HAC Regimental Titles in addition to their Divisional identification. They are considered an 'Active' unit of the HAC as is the Regiment and continue the HAC's tradition of keeping order within the City of London.”

“Bowman As a close coalition partner of the US, GPS is increasingly widespread throughout British military units. British ships, submarines, aircraft and missiles all incorporate GPS navigational and synchronisation technologies. The replacement of inertial or laser guided munitions with GPS targeting – with a consequently greater improved circular error probability – has been a major factor in the RAF moving from a 1,000lb main munition to 500lb.

But the most prominent GPS related programme in the British military forces is Bowman, the British Army tactical radio system. Bowman is a key component of the Armed Forces' Network Enabled Capability and Future Integrated Soldier Technology strategies. In addition to tactical radio, it provides situational awareness and secured military intranet with protective measures such as frequency hopping spread spectrum. It can be seen as providing the bedrock of digitisation for the Army and the glue that will hold together the Command and Battlespace Management Strategy.

One of the key new features of Bowman is the Battlefield Information System Application (BISA), part of Bowman's associated framework architecture ComBAT Infrastructure and Platform (CIP). This will provide forces with a tactical data 'internet' on the battlefield. The BISA operates over the HCDR high-speed radio data backbone developed by ITT.

Bowman provides advanced situational awareness to battlefield commanders and troops via GPS. The Army states that access to such situational awareness is transforming the speed of action and decision-making on the ground.

Next generation GPS systems will incorporate advanced anti-spoofing technology, the Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (Saasm). Anti-spoofing is seen as a critical element in Bowman, and a Saasm module is being provided to GDUK by Rockwell Collins.

Initial reports of the Bowman System were mixed, with some units testing the systems complaining of heavy power consumption, lack of ergonomics in the interface, and lack of application flexibility. More recent reports suggest that early problems are being ironed out and the potential of the system is beginning to become apparent.

Like many highly complex large IT projects, Bowman has been bedevilled by development issues and delivery delays. These have extended beyond the transfer of the programme to GDUK [with an MitM backdoor to the Honourable Artillery Company’s City of London paramilitaries and Lester Crown’s colleagues at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs!]. Ultimately, they have led to a complete change in the way UK military technology is developed, tested and delivered, with implications for other MOD programmes.

Development and testing phases have been closely integrated, with feedback loops to allow development to expand on opportunities identified in the testing phases. This was achieved firstly at the module stage, and then expanded through a wide area network to cover all the individual collaborating contractors. Delivery of functionality has also been shifted from a 'Big Bang' to an incremental platform and module model, with new functionality delivered as module upgrades. The development of standardised 'synthetic environments' has allowed development and testing to become far more closely integrated and also interconnected between contractors. The adoption of capability releases, known as BCIPs, has allowed incremental roll-out of Bowman functionality.”
