D. Dean Snow 61, Richmond, Mo., passed away Saturday, March 29, 2008 at the Liberty Hospital. Dean was born on August 16, 1946 in Crawford County, Kans., the son of Merle and Ruth (Long) Snow. He was a very caring compassionate person who never met a stranger. He always put everyone elses needs before his own.
