Marine Links General Haig's Nortel JABS to Bin Laden Decoy Squads

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the late General Alexander Haig to a CAI private equity group investment in the Nortel Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) allegedly used by Haig to set up bin Laden decoy squads.

Feeling laconic, McConnell and his fellow Marines invite DOJ Pride insiders (?) to check the use of Nortel JABS encryption keys by CAI special investors Yves Fortier, Lynton Wilson and Haig during al-Qaeda decoy events such as the 1998 bombing of the U.S. Embassies in East Africa; the attack on the USS Cole in 2000 and the KSM (?) war games of Amalgam Virgo and Global Guardian during 2001.

To combat muggings and thefts on the Chicago Transit Authority, the Chicago Police Department is starting up its decoy unit for the third time in 40 years. Cmdr. Robert Dart of the Mass Transit Unit said that the police have called upon some former star decoys and backup officers from the 1950s and the 1970s to help train the new members.”
