Linda Pickton - City and Guilds Insiders - Unwitting Guests Filmed - RCMP Officials - Pig Farm Feasts in B.C. - RCMP Pension Funds and Insurance

Did Pig-Farm Linda’s City and Guilds attack RCMP pension funds?

We believe that Crown Agents’ Sister Linda Pickton hired City and Guilds insiders to film unwitting (?) guests – including RCMP officials – at pig-farm cannibal feasts in B.C. and launch Matrix 5 propaganda attacks on the custodians of RCMP pension and insurance funds.

Piggy's Palace Good Times Society was allegedly registered to Linda Pickton and City and Guilds to film cannibal feasts on the unlawful (ultra vires) authority of Canadian Privy Councilor, HRH Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh, the then President of City and Guilds and Grand Master of the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (cf. 9/11 MitM attacks)

"`A disaster in every way' Pickton sister Suzanne Fournier and Steve Berry The Province Sunday, June 23, 2002 Their family roots date back 100 years, their history steeped in the rural traditions of hog farming .. This property became known as Piggy's Palace after the Pickton brothers turned it into an after-hours club. 'We had 1,800 people at one of my parties and my parties were cleaner than any bar downtown,' says Dave Pickton. The club was run by a non-profit group called the Good Times Society that the brothers founded in 1996 to hold "fundraisers" for women's groups and minor hockey leagues. Dave equipped Piggy's, which attracted a varied crowd ranging from bikers to the local mayor of the day, with a dance floor and sound system and hired security from White Knights Security Services. "We had 1,800 people at one of my parties and my parties were cleaner than any goddamn bar downtown," says Dave. The club was eventually shut down by bylaw and fire officials in a zoning dispute. The society [allegedly controlled through a Pickton Family bordereau set up by Linda Pickton in Kerrisdale and the C&G Scriveners in London] dissolved in 2000 .. Another woman who lives down the street from Piggy's Palace praised the brothers generally, noting that she "used to take my 90-year-old dad to their parties. These were excellent parties where local people used to go . . . Now it's so tainted a lot of people don't want to admit they went there. "This is impossible -- unless we've got a real Jekyll and Hyde here." While her brothers opted to stay on the farm for most of their adult lives, sister Linda left behind the squalor of the barns and junked cars to become a well-educated businesswoman [Kerrisdale Realtor and therefore expert user of Crown Sisters' MindBox - an automated debt recovery bordereau system C&G Information Technologists] who leads a very private life in an affluent part of Vancouver. While she insists that she is not wealthy and that the siblings have not made any money from subdivision of the family farm, she lives a comfortable life with her children in a beautiful home. Linda says that she has never been close to her brother Willie, whom she calls Robert. She was sent away to school at 12 and now sees Willie only in lawyers' offices to sign papers, she says. Land records show the Pickton siblings sold the north end of their farm in 1994 for $1,760,000 to Eternal Holdings, which built the townhouse development now known as Parkside Place. In July of 1995, the city of Port Coquitlam paid the Picktons about $1.2 million for a site that became Blakeburn Park. The Coquitlam School District then bought the Blakeburn Elementary School site from the Picktons for $2.3 million. Last March, the Pickton siblings sold a chunk of land for $769,469. It has become Heritage Meadows, an attractive subdivision of townhouses -- some with a view of Willie's trailer, stripped to its studs by police. But development costs for landfill, hydro, roads and other infrastructure averaged $196,000 an acre, says Linda Pickton, for a total cost of almost $5 million. That wiped out much of the subdivision sale profits, she says. The siblings, whose names are still on a development permit application posted on their property, had hoped they'd finally make money from the sale of the remaining farm site -- the one on which police plan to dig and sift for at least a year. In the end, says Linda, the family has been left nearly broke, without enough money to cover Willie's legal bills. His lawyer, Peter Ritchie, has placed a $375,000 lien on the property. The total value of all the sales is close to $7 million and the farm itself is assessed at more than $3 million. And the family owns other property. Linda Pickton confirmed that although she still owns the Dominion Road farm with her brothers -- "it was an inheritance from our parents" -- she is not an owner of the Piggy's Palace Burns Road site, but "I do have a mortgage [C&G International Bankers] on it because they [her allegedly sextorted men-in-the-middle brothers] couldn't afford to pay me." sfournier@pacpress.southam.ca”

“RCMP Scandal Dates Back 12 Years Josh Pringle,CFRA The RCMP pension and insurance fund scandal reportedly dates back to 1995 [When money was allegedly borrowed by Linda Pickton to construct the Piggy’s Palace dance hall with a City and Guilds film production studio to entrap, inter alia, RCMP officials / trustees with their pension funds]. Sources tell CTV News that the insurance plan problems go back 12 years CTV News reports that the alleged misspending was several million dollars higher than originally thought. Sources say the House of Commons public accounts committee will be told the misuse began a full six years earlier than the period covered by last fall’s auditor general’s report.”

Barbara George wanted key investigator in RCMP probe gone, MPs hear Kathryn May, CanWest News Service A senior Mountie dropped another bombshell at a parliamentary inquiry when he told MPs suspended deputy commissioner Barbara George asked him to pull off a key investigator from the Ottawa police probe into the misuse of the force’s pension and insurance funds. The testimony Wednesday of assistant commissioner Darrell LaFosse contradicted George, who has found herself at the centre of the Commons public accounts probe over accusations she may have misled MPs when she adamantly insisted she had nothing to do with the removal of Staff Sgt. Mike Frizzell from the police investigation in June, 2005.”

"In March 2007, RCMP officers testified before the Public Accounts Committee that they had grave questions about the handling of the funds and that they believed senior officers were to blame. They alleged fund misappropriation and nepotism and that senior RCMP management covered up the problems. In testimony before the Committee Zaccardelli rejected accusations that he was involved in a cover up of alleged irregularities, fraud and abuse involving the RCMP's pension and insurance plans.”

“The case against Pickton, unprecedented in scope in Canada, is based on a massive and controversial police inquiry into the disappearances of 65 women from Vancouver’s skid row between 1978 and 2002. ... When the RCMP took control, they confirmed for the first time that many of the missing women were likely murdered. A 2004 internal audit slammed the Vancouver police handling of the missing women file. It was revealed the missing persons unit was understaffed, overworked and hobbled with infighting. At one point an officer who had recently completed university studies on serial killers suggested there was such a killer at work in Vancouver. The man was promptly demoted and taken off the case. The audit was also highly critical of the commander of the missing persons unit. That officer has been on leave since 2005 after being charged with possession of child pornography. It was also revealed that in 1997 Pickton was investigated for attempted murder after a bloodied sex worker was found wandering near the Pickton pig farm with knife wounds. The woman claimed Pickton had stabbed her and he was charged but later acquitted. Pickton’s pig farm is a story in itself. Pickton and his brother David Francis Pickton ran a [federally] registered charity called the Piggy Palace Good Times Society, a non-profit society whose official mandate was to “organize, co-ordinate, manage and operate special events, functions, dances, shows and exhibitions on behalf of service organizations, sports organizations and other worthy groups.” According to investigators, the “special events” convened at Piggy Palace – a converted building at the pig farm – were “drunken raves that featured ‘entertainment’ by an ever-changing cast of Downtown Eastside prostitutes.” Pickton’s wealth is not from hard work but from entitlement .. On March, 2004, it was revealed that human flesh may have been ground up and mixed with pork from the farm. This pork was never distributed commercially, but was handed out to friends and [subsequently extorted] visitors [Privy Councillors, CSIS, VPD and RCMP] of the farm .. The evidence in the case has been described by a judge as a “horror movie” [where digital images were allegedly backhauled to D2 Banking, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, into a secret chat / war room operated on 9/11 by the then Treasury Solicitor, Juliet Wheldon] The trial starting today deals with six charges of first-degree murder: Sereena Abotsway, Mona Wilson, Andrea Joesbury, Brenda Wolfe, Georgina Papin and Marnie Frey [only got second degree]. The second trial, may start in 2008 dealing with 20 charges of first-degree murder: Jacqueline McDonell, Diane Rock, Heather Bottomley, Jennifer Furminger, Helen Hallmark, Patricia Johnson, Heather Chinnock, Tanya Holyk, Sherry Irving, Inga Hall, Tiffany Drew, Sarah de Vries, Cynthia Feliks, Angela Jardine, Diana Melnick, Debra Jones, Wendy Crawford, Kerry Koski, Andrea Borhaven and Cara Ellis. [These latter charges have been stayed in a disgusting miscarriage of justice but Abel Danger believes that an equitable remedy exists; a class action suit for triple damages in re wrongful death against the trustees/directors and sponsors of the Piggy Palace Good Times Society]

Judge Delivers Body Blow to Crown in Hell’s Angels Case Posted by admin - Monday, December 7th, 2009 Much hand-wringing and expressions of disbelief have resulted from BC Provincial Crown Counsel’s latest failure to capitalize on criminal organization legislation introduced a few years ago in response to the growth and prosperity enjoyed by criminal gangs across Canada. In Neal Hall’s Vancouver Sun column from November 28 he refers to RCMP Inspector Gary Shinkaruk’s surprise when comparing this BC Supreme Court result with more favourable outcomes in Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba. A few people have expressed their concern to me after reading Hall’s description of the smiling judge and his six second announcement in support of a defense application that Crown cannot proceed with charges that allege that the Hell’s Angels meet the Criminal Code definition of a criminal organization. More still have expressed frustration with the image of the smiling accused reacting to the announcement from the bench. I feel badly for the police on this one….Project E-Pandora was an outstanding effort by these talented and dedicated officers. Having not witnessed these proceedings, it’s difficult to determine where the breakdown occurred. Clearly, the presiding judge wasn’t satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that the Crown’s case was proven with respect to this particular legislation. Out of regard for the public interest, we can only hope that the remaining substantive drug charges result in the appropriate verdict and prison terms for this misunderstood pair of motorcycle enthusiasts. On the good news front when contemplating the crime business, kudos to Jim Chu and Doug Lepard of the VPD in demonstrating real leadership in their expression of support for a full public inquiry into the investigation of the Missing Women case. Knowing full well that the findings will not likely flatter their department or the RCMP, it’s this kind of principle-based leadership which should restore widespread confidence in our policing institutions. The public inquiry will, in all likelihood, surface examples of mistakes made at full speed which can be forgiven. It may also surface decisions based on the socio-economic status of these victims, which should not. As Maggie DeVries, the sister of Sarah, has said….”it’s a very loud silence”.”

“We'd like to be able to say in full confidence that we'd never attend a rave at a pig farm in the country surrounding Vancouver, B.C., particularly if we were invited by this guy, but you never know. That guy is Robert or "Willie" Pickton and he's on trial in Vancouver right now for killing two six people, although it seems like he'll eventually be charged with many more. Like serial killer more. He claims 49, or did at one point. Here's a picture of his spread. We don't want to judge a man's crib --hey, it rains and not everyone in the world lives in condos with fancy furniture in the lobby and doormen-- but that place looks fucking scary and so does he and this trial is making us reconsider Canada. While we don't want to judge, sometimes it's in our best interest - That place, and that guy are the biological justification for our ability to detect "creepy." Stay away from that dude and you'll live longer, your nervous system is telling you. Then again, he's got a big bag of weed and he just wants to party. Out at his pig farm. Of course our papers are reporting on the story: The brothers reared pigs on the family's 17-acre farm outside Vancouver, where investigators say the Picktons threw drunken raves where there were prostitutes and drugs. After Robert Pickton's arrest in February 2002, health officials issued a tainted-meat advisory to neighbors who may have bought pork from his farm, concerned that it may have contained human remains. But for the full-on, wall-to-wall coverage you gotta go up to the Vancouver Sun's website. Then again, maybe dissappearing Downtown Eastside prostitutes turning up in rural pig feed is detail enough... And not all pig farmers are creepy, by the way. Just Canadian ones. "Pickton went to Piggy's Palace parties, court hears Canadian Press Date: Thursday Sep. 6, 2007 2:36 PM ET NEW WESTMINSTER, B.C. — A longtime acquaintance of the Pickton brothers says accused killer Robert Pickton went to parties at a site near the Pickton farm known as Piggy's Palace. Bill Malone, who worked with Dave Pickton in some of his demolition and excavation businesses, was the eighth witness since the defence opened its case Tuesday. Malone said he's known the Picktons since the 1980s and worked at Dave Pickton's business several times a week, mostly in the 1990s. Malone said that he was primarily responsible for the concept of Piggy's Palace (C&G Lightmongers) and much of its construction (C&G Constructors). He said when there were parties there, Robert Pickton would attend for about two hours and talk to everyone there. Every event featured a roasted pig which came from pigs bought from the auction by Robert Pickton and slaughtered (C&G Butchers) by him and Pat Casanova and Casanova would barbecue them (C&G Cooks). Malone described Piggy's Palace as a place for [C&G Security Professionals and RCMP?] office parties and later a nightclub. He outfitted the kitchen so it could feed as many as 500 people and it had a with a first-class sound system (C&G Musicians) and beer steins (C&G Brewers) to give it a home feeling. He said there may be as many as six events a year and they would serve turkey, roast beef and roasted pigs."

9. Linda Wright (nee Pickton) [Revised November 20, 2011. Matrix 5 former wife of the allegedly extorted late Byron Wright who dominated much of the West Coast fishing community for 45 years in what appears to have become a virtual local monopoly for City and Guilds' Fishmongers; she is the sister of the allegedly extorted man-in-the-middle brothers, Dave and Willie (Robert) Pickton; she was allegedly given the ultra vires – unlawful authority of – Canadian Privy Councilor, HRH Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, then President of City and Guilds, to hire C&G associates to film guests – including RCMP officials – at Piggy’s Palace Good Times Society cannibal feasts in B.C.; she allegedly used this authority to launch Matrix 5 propaganda attack to defraud custodians of the RCMP’s pension and insurance funds; in 1996, she allegedly extorted her indebted brothers into running Piggy’s Palace – as registered by the Canadian Privy Council in 1996 – as a non-profit society intended to "organize, co-ordinate, manage and operate special events, functions, dances, shows and exhibitions on behalf of service organizations, sports organizations and other worthy groups"; she was therefore the alleged fiduciary or ‘off-book’ community organizer of Matrix 5 "special events" at Piggy Palace--a converted building at the hog farm; she paid the distressed-debt brothers to stage drunken off-campus raves featuring "entertainment" by Downtown Eastside prostitutes; she allegedly knew that the women – many sacrificed in cannibal oath taking ceremonies – would not be missed, particularly because the Vancouver Police and RCMP pension funds had been tricked or extorted into investing in the mortgage on the development of the barn for the cannibal raves; soon after Piggy Palace opened in 1996, she and her brothers were sued by Port Coquitlam officials for violating city zoning ordinances; although she had the property zoned for agricultural use, she had "altered a large farm building on the land for the purpose of holding dances, concerts and other recreations" that sometimes drew as many as 1,800 persons; following a New Year's Eve party on December 31, 1998, she and her brothers were slapped with an injunction banning future parties, the court order noting that police were henceforth "authorized to arrest and remove any person" attending public events at the farm; her "society" finally lost its nonprofit status in January 2000, for failure to provide mandatory financial statements”; she told the RCMP that her pig farmer brother Willie was mentally "slow”; she contradicted herself by saying he wasn't slow and he was good mechanically; she said he quit school at the age of 16 to focus on farming and didn't do very well academically,"; she worked as a realtor in the same communities as Art Phillips (Carole Taylor’s husband) and Gordon Campbell (Nancy’s husband) in the ‘80s and ‘90s; after her parents died, she set up Dave Pickton to handle the business end of things and tell Willie Pickton when to go to bed at night; she placed her brother in a mobile home on the Dominion Avenue property to run a small-scale piggery and slaughter operation; she arranged for Willie Pickton to mortgage his share of the larger Dominion Avenue property to the lawyer Ritchie for $375,000 in April 2002 in the form of a demand loan as Ritchie's retainer; she arranged for Willie’s lawyers to launch a Robotham application in 2002, asking a judge to order him to receive a publicly funded defence; she had MDA MindBox and BC OnLine land title records ‘adjusted’ to show a long list of charges, mortgages and judgments registered against the two properties, often against Pickton's share and most pre-dating the government's mortgage; she and David Pickton, for example, registered a mortgage on the pig farm itself through a numbered company in 1998; she also registered a mortgage in 1998 on the smaller Burns Road property this time keeping the ownership with her brothers to stay at arms length from the alleged Matrix 5 oath-taking ceremonies; she told the government that if it wanted to foreclose on the properties it would have to take her and her brother to court and apply to force a sale because of their joint ownership; she reminded government insiders of the rule of ``first in time, first in line,'' meaning that earlier creditors would be paid before the province; she extorted B.C. government insiders to use bcIMC securities to put a mortgage worth $10 million with no interest rate and no repayment schedule on the pig farm including the Dominion Avenue and Burns Road properties where both mortgages carry Willie’s signature; she used the money to cover the publicly funded defence of her brother Willie; she therefore ensured that funds were available to pay the lawyers to maintain Willie as a cutout for the lesbian and pedophile communities of Matrix 5; she had the mortgage registered on the suburban Port Coquitlam property and a nearby smaller parcel, on Feb. 28, 2003, a year after police raided the farm and arrested Willie; she arranged for the lender to be listed as the B.C. Crown, represented by the attorney general, where a lawyer in the ministry's legal services branch, authorized the registration in a Feb. 27 2003 letter to the New Westminster land title office; she and her fellow Crown Agents’ Sisters, allegedly extorted control over New Westminster land title office through co-conspirator, Nancy Campbell, a member of bcIMC; with insiders of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, the women became controlling ‘pig-farm pension fund’ investors in Macdonald Dettwiler and its MindBox, BC OnLine and Instrument Approach Procedures services through the 911 attack; she ensured her siblings’ share of the property as co-owners was saddled with several other mortgages and legal judgments that pre-date the province's mortgage; she allegedly arranged for her brother to face 27 counts of first-degree murder related to women, mostly drug-addicted prostitutes, who disappeared from Vancouver's seedy Downtown Eastside in the 1990s; she allegedly extorted VPD and RCMP officials to keep her out of court as a witness even though she must have known the women were disappearing on her property while she was a Kerrisdale realtor, her friend Carole Taylor was a Vancouver City councilor and her friends Nancy Campbell and Nancy's husband Gordon Campbell were creating bcIMC - perhaps the world’s first pooled pig-farm pension plan to kick-back major crime-scene benefits to the police!]”

We ask governments with jurisdiction to empanel Grand Juries to investigate Ms. Pickton and associates of City and Guilds and the Piggy’s Palace Good Times Society for the wrongful death of victims during a series of pig-farm cannibal feasts apparently witnessed (?) by extorted officials with fiduciary responsibilities for the RCMP pension and insurance funds.

It can easily be argued that the likes of Jock Ferguson, Harvey Cashore and Stevie Cameron did their best and that in spite of their efforts, they came off, way off the mark, factually speaking that is.

Yet when it came to money, they made a killing and, some people such as I, would argue that they made more than they should have and, they did so at the expense of the truth and others being murdered...

Notably, a Federal Chief Justice, his wife and a family friend who couldn't have been further removed from the Airbus case.

This CBC Fifth Estate trio are some of the most potent and savvy – voire dangerous, journalists in Canadian investigative journalism history. Two of them had law enforcement aspirations and the other was actually a communications officer for Canada's most secretive spy agency, the CSE – or if you prefer, the Communications Security Establishment.
