The circumstances in Ukraine have deteriorated so miserably that Ukrainian soldiers are deserting in record numbers and there is talk of forced conscription of 18 year-olds. "American exceptionalism" has caused the death of around one million Ukrainian soldiers because people like Cooper know shit about fighting a war with a peer military like Russia.
