The American people have USAID to thank for creating the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) with a USAID grant of $300,000 that came through the American Political Foundation. There is evidence to suggest the NED through its offspring NGOs kicked off the Arab Spring in 2011 that sent thousands of radicalized Islamic Tunisian men off to fight in Syria? In this video clip of USAID (see What is USAID Doing in Georgia?) federally subcontracted corporation employees giving themselves applause for their efforts around the world, pay special attention to their focus on health. USAID was involved in the healthcare system in Libya before the country was destroyed. The people at USAID are very slick how they are coopting health to penetrate various countries.
