North Dakota Senator Dorgan Calls it Quits

6 Jan 2010—Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-ND) announced that he will not be running for re-election:

I would like to do some teaching and would also like to work on energy policy in the private sector.

So, over this holiday season, I have come to the conclusion, with the support of my family, that I will not be seeking another term in the U.S. Senate in 2010. It is a hard decision to make after thirty years in the Congress, but I believe it is the right time for me to pursue these other interests.

This announcement came 2 weeks prior to the next hearing of Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC), McConnell v. Air Line Pilots Assn, District Court Washington DC (status Hearing in front of Judge Rosemary M. Collyer is slated for 1015 Tuesday, 19 January, 2010).

Senator Dorgan's Aviation Safety Hearings of 10 and 17 June, 2009 did not adequately address known threats to aviation safety. Dorgan had available to him precise and credible evidence of illegal modifications to Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer jets but he suppressed the hearing of that information.



Colgan 3407, Air France 447 and NWA 188 could have been routine flights; collectively they were not. The Christmas hoax of NWA 253 may be remembered as the final nail in his political coffin.

Gentlemen: As at 4:00 p.m. Central Time, today, I have had no response to my suggestion that you consider a "Clear the Skies" command in order to screen all Boeing passenger aircaft and eliminate any threat to the safety of pilots and passengers from illegally modifications, including the use of the military gyrosope (QRS-11) in the alleged "al-Qaeda" hijackings of 9/11.

It has come to my attention over the last 96 hours that a QRS-11* GyroChip gyroscope with military applications exists. I understand that at least 96 passenger aircraft have been illegally modified with QRS-11 missile-guidance technology and at least 27 GyroChip-equipped flight boxes have been exported without licenses by Boeing without the knowledge or informed consent of airline companies, unions, or pilots.

Under the authority demanded of me on page 9.1.1. of the Flight Operations Manual, specifically bullet statement 4 "The Captain WILL make the FINAL decision as to whether the aircraft may be safely operated." I deem it impossible to comply with the requirement of 9.1.1. until any captain can know, without a doubt, that QRS-11 is not embedded on his particular jet.

David Hawkins Challenges the Listeners to Discover the Simulation Administrator & the 6th Target on 9/11

Dictator Game in experimental economics: A game between two players—a dictator and a serf. The task is for the dictator to split some amount of money (or whatever it is that the players have chosen) between herself and the serf. The serf cannot respond—the split decided upon by the dictator is the final allocation.

Dictators concerned only with their own economic well being, would allocate the entire good to themselves and give nothing to the serf. Experimental results have indicated that dictators often allocate some portion of the money to the serfs, reducing the amount of money the dictator receives.



Robert J. Oxoby (University of Calgary, Department of Economics) hosted a CO2e simulation game the week before 9/11 at the University of Calgary. He appears to have helped trigger a chain of events where CO2e founder Carlton Bartels died in the attack and the Entrust private key escrow, needed to operate the CO2e gas-chamber rules, was transferred to Northwestern and Kellogg trustees.

The president picks executives from the Senior Executive Service to head various departments of the executive branch. FBI agent Robert Hanssen stole and transferred the continuity of government encryption codes from the USA to the SES so that in the event of a nuclear attack or the death of the president, the administration of the US government would be transferred to the SES.

Before he was imprisoned from spying for Russia while he was an FBI agent, Robert Hanssen was in Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He later became a forensic auditor in the Chicago Police Dept where he developed a model of contract assassination which shared the life insurance collected from the deaths of contract killings with the pension plan of the Chicago police & judges.



FC-KU (Femme Comp + KU band) women sent SWAT teams (disguised as soldiers) to Ft Hood through ADT Security and the Airpatrol. Ft Hood shooters were identified as "soldiers." Senior Executive Service officers are spinning the dead guy as "primary shooter."

New Orleans Levees Breached after Katrina by Explosives not Flood Water

Acorn (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) gutted New Orleans homes and removed evidence of the use of boron-enhanced fluoronitramino and PBXN-111 explosives in the levees after Katrina had passed by N.O. 20 hours before and 80 miles to the east.

After the levees were blown with synchronized explosions, a Lafarge/Ingram barge was pulled through the walls of the Industrial Canal and triggered a catastrophe bond insurance policy with a 15 foot flood. (Hillary Clinton was on the Board of Directors of Lafarge at the time.) Kickbacks were shared with cat-bond co-sponsors including BBC Pension Trust and United Methodist Church General Board of Pension and Health Benefits near Northwestern University's Evanston, IL campus.

In the 60s, Bernadine Dohrn, a leader in the Weather Underground, and her husband, Bill Ayers, were kept out of prison by her father-in-law, Thomas G Ayers who was on the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University and General Dynamics and was CEO of ConEd.

Radicals inside the ghettos were recruited by lending them money to buy a home (through Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) or invest in a patent (through the Small Business Administration). They can then pay off their loan by killing or sabotaging and collecting a share of the insurance.

Jamie Gorelick (she was on the 9/11 Commission) was Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae during 9/11 even though she had no previous training or experience in finance. The Director of Freddie Mac during 9/11 was Eric Holder (Obama's Attorney General). He arranged with Clinton to pardon CIA director John Deutch.
