Editor's note: The CIA under Director John Ratcliffe is directing Western involvement in Ukraine as a primary operational tool against Russia. The neoconservative war mongers (enablers of kakistocracy) including the British in the Trump administration such as Ratcliffe, Marco Rubio (his advisor is Jewish), and Pete Hegseth are pursuing the same hegemonic goals as the globalists who Trump criticizes. Confused? Maybe Trump can't control this? Russia's Sergey Lavrov seems to confirm this. The disputes over Musk's Starlink weaponization (what is Israel's participation in all this?) plus stalled diplomacy expose ("shadow play") the strategy's fundamental weaknesses and unsustainability. Russia is not negotiating. Not with the US as Russia's Sergey Lavrov stating on October 20th that "Russia will examine proposals [Putin's conditions] from U.S. envoys such as Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, but only on strictly economic or financial grounds and without making any political concessions. Lavrov has also repeatedly noted that "American presidents are not bound by the decisions of their predecessors, so any understandings reached under the current U.S. administration could be reversed by a future one." And so the killing and war will continue (see also Kiev's Nazis and their curators from the West).
