TO: FBI Director Kash Patel: $660 billion in fraudulent school district bond debt

Editor's note: In a letter directed to your offices dated 7 July 2025 it outlines how documented evidence shows state and local authorities in Texas, together with appraisal districts, school districts, and their legal and professional agents, enabled a large-scale bond and tax fraud scheme driven by unlawful property overvaluation. It describes roughly $660 billion in fraudulent school district bond debt in Texas and more than $5 trillion nationally as the direct result of violations of appraisal law, accounting standards, constitutional limits, and civil rights protections used to sustain an unsupportable real estate tax system that strips equity from homeowners. The letter details "destruction of evidence, suppression of testimony, intimidation of property owners, and regulatory abuse to block judicial review, framing these actions as white-collar crime and public corruption with systemic economic risk." This letter calls on you to intervene immediately, review the assembled evidence, and open a full investigation into what the letter describes as a "nationwide financial scheme capable of destabilizing the U.S. economy."

Recent Activities in the Battle Against Fraudulent Property Valuations & Property Taxes

Hello and THANK YOU for your inquiry into the real estate tax fraud and school district bond fraud!

Our mission is to inform as many people as possible about what is happening with property values & property taxes, and the widespread ramifications of the systemic issues and hidden truths (deceit & fraud) occurring within the property tax appraisal process. We hope that by sharing this information, everyone will join the fight.

The problems and issues in this matter are complicated and convoluted, with the appraisal districts regularly and repeatedly violating appraisal standards and law (USPAP, Property Tax Code, Texas Constitution, US Constitution, etc., etc.) To break it down, in the simplest, bottom-line, terms… the appraisal districts are determining values based on the taxing entities’ needs, circumventing appraisal standards and law. They are assisting in a cash grab, primarily on behalf of the school district(s) budgetary needs, including the compound cumulative bond/debt servicing. And in doing this, the appraisal districts and taxing entities have "teamed up" to strip the equity out of real estate property owners, who are largely homeowners, Mom and Pop.

It is our belief, based on evidence we have collected, that the property tax system is so irretrievably corrupt that the only solution is to eliminate the property tax appraisal process and taxation system… eliminate the property taxes that we have come to dread and fear… in favor of a Uniform Sales Tax. Clearly taxes need to be collected to fund the cities, schools, and counties, etc., but the subjective valuation and taxation of property must stop, as the real estate is never really owned. Taxation based on consumption (sales tax) is an objective quantifiable method.
