This "monster" was spawned out of the Brookings wonk tank at the Center for Middle East Policy that is a seething caldron of Jewish hatred of Russia. This creature was also behind kicking off the "Arab Spring" touched off in Tunisia using NGO "soft power" (NED operates in Tunisia) that saw thousands of weaponized Islamic lunatics go to Syria to rip that country up killing thousands and destroying huge swaths of Syrian infrastructure. It was called the "Tunisia spark." When swamp creatures like Wittes talk about bringing "democracy and human rights" to target countries with a big smile on their faces get ready to get a taste of "color revolution" destabilization and violence. This "monster" who works for the Neocons has "turned the US dollar into a political weapon" demonstrating again these people don't have a clue what they are doing.
