The GPS system on the MV Dali (owned by Grace Ocean Pte Ltd. and built in 2015 weighing 100,000 tons) was hacked into resulting in the loss of power and control then rerouted at night (1:24am) because the crew of the ship wouldn't have been at "full heightened alert." In the age of Amazon think how easy it would be to hack into one of these cargo ships via satellite? What navigation and computer systems did Hyundai Heavy Industries use on the MV Dali? What state has the capability to hack into that navigational system? Why did the FBI's Christopher Wray name William J. DelBagno as Special Agent in Charge of the Baltimore Field Office one day before this attack?
