Editor's note: This is escalating out of control. There is uncertainty as to whether the hospital was accidentally hit by Hamas munitions or whether the Israelis dropped a bomb on the hospital. Another possibility is that the Israelis were fed erroneously intelligence, or they made a targeting mistake. Then there is now the possibility the whole thing was staged and faked. The world is no longer going to simply watch this slaughter any longer and not act accordingly. There were allegedly 790 Palestinians killed mostly women and children at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital (it is being alleged the hospital hit with a US-supplied JDAM munition). After this was witnessed by Iran and Hezbollah (the US Navy carriers are to scare off Hezbollah), Israel is now facing all out war. It is now too late for negotiations as Israel asks the US corporation for $10 billion. Is this what 2,000 US soldiers are going to provide logistics and support for?
