"Mr. Rosen, do you recall the name of the young lady, a veteran wrapped in an American flag, who was killed in the U.S. Capitol," began Gosar. Rosen responded, stammering, "I do, uh, her name was Ashli Babbitt." Babbitt remains the only protester killed at the event, and the only person who died as a direct result of the day's activities. Officer Brian Sicknick and the other protesters who died were later ruled to have succumbed to natural causes by the Washington, D.C. Medical Examiner.
Gosar then asked Rosen, "Was Ashli Babbitt armed," which prompted another stammering response from the Biden regime's Acting Attorney General. "Uh, again Congressman, I mean to be respectful of your observations, but I just don't want to talk about individual situations." Gosar then reclaimed his time. "No, Mr. Rosen, I'm reclaiming my time. Mr. Rosen, no she wasn't. She was wrapped in a U.S. flag," interjected Gosar. He then asked, "Was the death of Ashli Babbitt a homicide?"
Rosen again refused to answer, falling back to his earlier position. "Congressman, I'm not trying to be unhelpful here, but I just cannot comment," said Rosen. Gosar again interjected, "I understand, I understand, but, reclaiming my time, as the death certificate says, it was a homicide. Who executed Ashli Babbitt?2
At this point Rosen again refused to answer. "Congressman, I'm just gonna have to say the same thing here, I don’t want to get into the specifics facts of investigations." Gosar then turned the line of questioning to Conti, and asked, Chief Conti, what are the rules of engagement at D.C. protests?"
Conti then admitted, while stammering, "At D.C. protests sir, yeah, we uh, the only time that, uh, we engage, don riot gear, that kind of thing, is in situations where there's an actual attack going on, sir."
On social media, Gosar recently said the American people deserve answers regarding her death. "The people have a right to know: Who executed an unarmed 100lb woman at point blank range with no warnings, no commands or non-lethal force," wrote Gosar, accompanied by a screen shot of a Fox News story containing Tucker Carlson's coverage of her death.

U.S. Rep Paul Gosar (R-AZ) offered piercing questions during a House Oversight and Reform Committee hearing into the mostly peaceful protests at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, and specifically asked Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and Capitol Hill Police Chief Robert Conti about the death of unarmed protester Ashli Babbitt.

Cop Who Allegedly Murdered Ashli Babbitt is a Black Lives Matter Militant

Apparently this hasn't gotten any attention… This is no different than any other police shooting and they need to release his name officially. We know who did it, why are they ignoring it? If the DOJ will not release the names it will be up to citizens like RedPilled Media and others to investigate it and get to the bottom of it.
REDPILLED Media has uncovered evidence confirming our previous reporting through self-incriminating Facebook posts, and revealing Agent Bailey as a Brazilian immigrant who has pledged his allegiance to the deadly Black Lives Matter movement — even going so far as vowing to murder Trump supporters.
The Capitol Police absolutely refused to release the name of the officer. The media didn't ask for a name and diverted all attention away from his murderous crime. The foreign newspaper The Sun even spit on Ashli's grave by releasing a clickbait headline "Who shot Ashli Babbitt, the woman who died at the Capitol?" but refusing to even name the officer involved in the heinous killing in the entire article.
In the face of arson, looting, terror, and death by Black Lives Matter over the summer, the DC Council unanimously passed a 'police reform' law specifically requiring "the city to swiftly make public the names of officers who use force on citizens."
Needless to say, the law is being illegally flaunted now when Republicans are victims of indiscriminate and barbaric police killing and violence.
