Cabinet Office minister Michael Gove arrived in Israel on Monday on an unannounced visit, reportedly to discuss a vaccine passport arrangement.
Gove, who is one of the most senior ministers in Boris Johnson's government, is said to have been accompanied on the small BAe HS146 aircraft by Jonathan Van-Tam, one of England's deputy Chief Medical Officers.
The plane was photographed approaching for a landing at Ben Gurion Airport by Haaretz English editor Avi Scharf, who is also a keen observer of flight traffic in the region.
Several UK media outlets had speculated Gove would visit Israel this week to examine Israel's vaccination programme in person.
The country's vaccine rollout is one of the most successful in the world, with nearly five million people — or 53.5% of the population — now fully vaccinated.

On Sunday Israeli authorities lifted a rule requiring people to wear masks outdoors in public.
Haaretz journalist Anshel Pfeffer said Gove's visit would likely involve meetings with Israel's health and foreign minister, and possibly with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu too.
He will also be given a tour of testing facilities at Ben Gurion Airport "with a view to creating [a] flight corridor between Israel and the UK", Pfeffer said on Twitter.

That suggests that the spread of the 'British variant' is associated with the vaccinations rather than with the spread of a virus. During the Q&A session the question arose of just how it could be possible for the public to be so accepting. One person talked of the 'hijacking' of various organisations and movements. Gilad answered in some detail with his observations of how the Left had largely abandoned its original values and was now more interested in woke issues, and was now even supporting the Right on the issue of COVID.

It was the British Sir Ronald Cohen ("father of British venture capital") who created what are known as "social impact bonds" and they were tested in Israel in order to figure out how to scale the bonds to individual behavior. Israel went from the "startup nation" to the "impact nation." The Rothschild banking and investment interests are involved in the structuring and initiation of social impact investing. Global capital can only go in one direction: converting humans into a commodity to be data mined. The best way to initiate this data mining is through health and that is why this WEF, Davos and the World Bank created this global fake pandemic that is completely restructuring the global economy.
Talk about another Brit who though his corporate affiliations wants his hands on as much data as can possibly be gathered is this bloke. Total data control to influence future elections.
"Health pathways" as they have been referred to, will be the easiest to monitor for compliance once the biosensors are connected to people on various behavior pathways. That is where the bio sciences come in. Building the technology to do the monitoring for data analytics extraction. Be it a crime pathway, a drug pathway or mental health pathway to redirect behavior. Social impact bonds are a "fiction of global finance" to put it simply. It is something that exists in a virtual world that is being created by this technology for financial trading. Social impact bonds will change our relationship with the state and to the public commons turning people into a "debt commodity."
This is what was being done in Israel to test the behavior of students to keep them in school by avoiding dropping out. These bonds will require data profiling based on particulars like where a person was born, parent's education, genomics and personal information to profile people for future outcomes. Behaviors of individuals can be predicted through data analytics and those behaviors will have a price. There is a cost offset on all this. For example, if a person is incarcerated this will cost an x amount of dollars because based on the prisoner's third grade test scores, the individual was likely to be incarcerated later in life. All this data is being fed into these data analytic systems.
JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, the Vatican (Vatican Bank), QBE Insurance (Australia is full on board with these social impact bonds and setting up this digital infrastructure) are all investing in these social impact bonds. QBE works closely with the World Bank. Massive amounts of capital have to be invested and it is moving into these types of bonds. A bubble of toxic debt like during the 2008 mortgage crisis and now global finance and investment are doing the same thing except this time investing in humans as marketable debt commodities. These elite cats are playing a type of technology poker with human lives.
This is why Saint Fauci of Gain of Function and Chelsea Clinton are going to the Vatican to attend a "health conference." What the hell does Clinton know about health? Nothing. She's going because the Clinton Foundation is invested in these social impact bonds. Bill Clinton and Saint Fauci coordinate with each other on various health-related projects. Chelsea Clinton is vice chair of the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation (global elite) launched social impact investing with the foundation's launch of $100 million in social impact bonds (SIBs) to "fund solutions at scale to address intractable and costly social challenges." Saint Fauci of Gain of Function's job who is from the Swiss-based Abys banking aristocracy, is to make sure the Covid injection operation transitions smoothly. If you object you will be forced to wear two masks. See how it works? The more the resistance the nastier these people get. Democracy through masks. Popey wants his cut for the Vatican Bank. The slave/peasant class, that's us, present "intractable and costly social challenges" for them.
The "game" with these social impact bonds, or the rules of the game are, you have been predicted into this behavior outcome. Solutions for your behavior will now be imposed on you and it will start with children in schools then be scaled up to handle all behaviour to effect outcomes across all spectrums of people and societies. Data will be extracted to determine how compliant people are to make the social impact bonds lucrative enough to invest in. The data will be fed into data analytics to predict future behavioral outcomes. After all, global consumers aren't consuming enough and they don't have any money to invest so all this capital has to go somewhere.
People will be tracked on these "pathways" depending on their behavior. The poker game is played by the global elite betting on social impact bonds that are based on behavioral outcomes whether or not the individual or groups of people will make it to the end of their respective "pathways." Some of this debt will be packaged to short the future of individuals who don't get to the end of their pathway. That's where predictive analytics comes in to predict outcomes to increase the chances of profitability.
Alright, what this means is these Covid lockdowns that have destroyed thousands of businesses worldwide are part of the plan to transition people into new lines of tech work that can be used to funnel all that energy into social impact bonds based on individuals who will be digitally tracked. The global elite structuring this digital future destroyed your jobs and are now going to put people on a new job training path. Get it yet? They will train people to phase out their own existence by having them work on technological systems to build out the hardware and software to transition to transhumanism. Or a programmer for autonomous systems so that no one gets killed driving cars anymore.
People are going to be retrained in jobs designed to phase out their own existence once these systems are built out. Are you starting to have your holy sh*t moment yet? You will have absolutely no control over your or your children's pathway in life. How will this happen? Simple. Welfare to work will redirect entire swaths of the population into retraining. These social impact bonds will be placed on the blockchain with the World Bank having what is called Bond-i. In fact, it is the World Bank forcing governments in respective countries to get their populations Covid injected because the World Bank is involved in "vaccine bonds" and they need payout.
People in respective countries are being crushed by this takeover and destruction of economies. In Japan, under American control and military occupation, the Japanese government with total control over a passive and docile population, have now started discussing "train commuters will have to pay more at night for train fare to reduce crowded trains", therefore "reducing the chances of spreading Covid-19." In October, 2020 there were more than 2,153 suicides reported in Japan during that month. The highest number of Japanese female suicides at 851 in an already rapidly shrinking population were also recorded.
Who gives a shit hey? It's just Covid lockdown and restructuring. Klaus Schwab's doomed for failure "Great Reset" under the Fourth Industrial Revolution is "reseting" us.
