Briefing from United States Marine Field McConnell

1. In 1996, Serco mentored ACARS handshaking modifications to the E4B Nightwatch aircraft and began using cesium clocks to impute ad hoc waypoints into hijacked aircraft where those onboard represented a threat to Serco clients or shareholders.
2. In 2000, Serco 8(a) protégées allegedly began wiping discs at a Raytheon-Thales site in Garland Texas to hide the timelines of Clinton administration insiders who might otherwise be associated with the al-Qaeda script or spin (S.O.S.) for the 9/11 hijacks.
3. Serco protégées used Raytheon-Thales experts to test Nightwatch hand-shaking in the Amalgam Virgo war-game exercise of June 2001 and – later – to spot fix crash times for online assassination betting pools, allegedly run by the Clinton Foundation.
McConnell offers expert-witness services in wrongful-death lawsuits associated with Serco's alleged use of Nightwatch ACARS in the spot-fixed crashes of the 9/11 planes and subsequent "Baker's Dozen" – see below– in his e-book "Shaking Hands With the Devil's Clocks". "From Field McConnell …. The Baker's Dozen in chronological order. Also YouTubes done by others for MH370 and GW9525. If you speak to the filmmakers remind them the logic of ACARS "shaking hands" and why MH370 was therefore never lost.

"We now have a better idea of why Hillary Clinton hired a small IT firm to handle her emails
Alana Goodman,
The Washington Free Beacon
Aug. 21, 2015, 8:20 AM The firm Hillary Clinton hired to manage her private email server quietly removed information from its website in recent days, including references to its partnership with a Colorado data-scrubbing company.
Platte River Networks, the Denver-based company that hosted Clinton's email server, deleted several pages from its website, including a section about how it outsources its data-disposal work to a local firm called Techno Rescue [Member of Serco's mentor-protégée matrix]. That page appears to have been removed earlier this month, but can still be viewed in a cached version on major search engines.
On the now removed page, Platte River Networks said it provided its customers with "complimentary e-waste technology recycling" through its partnership with Techno Rescue, including the "disposal of data still residing on old technology."
"In order to ensure our customers recycle responsibly, we provide them complimentary e-waste technology recycling," said Platte River Networks. "We partner with Techno Rescue — a fully certified Colorado Electronics Recycling and Data Destruction E-waste company. It is illegal and socially irresponsible to throw your electronics in the trash. Responsible electronics recycling also includes the safe and proper disposal of data still residing on old technology."
On the Techno Rescue website, Platte River Networks' director of business development David DeCamillis said his company "use[s] Techno Rescue for all our customers technology recycling needs."
An attorney for Platte River Networks told reporters earlier this month that Clinton's private server was made "blank" as of June 2013 but did not clarify how this process took place.
An attorney for Clinton said this week that her email server was wiped clean of data before Platte River Networks turned it over to the FBI. Federal authorities are currently trying to recover the deleted information, according to reports."
"November-December 2000: Able Danger Stops Data Collection and Moves into Operational Phase
Special Assistant to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Cambone will later state, "[T]he purpose of Able Danger was to develop a campaign plan. By November of 2000, the Garland effort was terminated—that is, the activity with Raytheon—and resources were shifted to the development of the actual draft of the campaign plan. That is, for a period of about five months or so, continuous effort was made to develop the tools. But by the time we come to the end of 2000, we need the plan. And so, SOCOM decides that it’s going to put its resources against developing the plan, terminate the activity at Garland, Texas, and begins to draft the plan. That plan, in the end, was rolled into a larger activity within the Joint Staff in the early 2001 timeframe, and that larger plan has within it components that are very much connected to the heritage of the Able Danger activity.… As best we can ascertain, US SOCOM had Raytheon, at the end of its effort in November of 2000, take most of the data that had been generated at Raytheon, and take it out of its system, essentially to purge it. A small percentage of information, roughly about one percent of that developed at Garland, was in turn transferred over to US Special Operations Command." Cambone says the reason for this second massive data purge was, "[W]here we are by the end of the year 2000 is that, information that had been generated at LIWA [Land Information Warfare Activity] runs up against the concern about US persons information being stored improperly, as well as having the authority to do the operation for the Army." [US CONGRESS, 2/15/2006] Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer will later blame the retirement of Gen. Pete Schoomaker in October 2000 and his replacement by Gen. Charles Holland as a major reason for the shut down of the data mining effort. He says, “Gen. Holland, in my judgment, did not understand the concept, and order[ed] the effort to terminate its activities in Garland, Texas, and for the personnel to return to Tampa [Florida, the location of SOCOM headquarters]." Over the next few months, Holland will direct Able Danger to change into the Special Operations Joint Integration Center (SOJIC). According to Shaffer, “the teeth and operational focus [are] removed and the capability to do the complex data mining and mission planning support (leadership support) is eliminated," effectively ending Able Danger. "Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services[1] (RIIS, IIS) is a business of Raytheon Company. It is led by Dave Wajsgras and its headquarters is located in Dulles, VA, United States.[2] In 2010, this business unit produced revenues of US$2.8 billion, and had approximately 9,200 employees, of whom 80% have received security clearances from the US government. [3]….
History[edit]
The site at Garland, Texas was formerly E-Systems. Another former E-Systems location, in Greenville, Texas, was also owned by Raytheon IIS from the late 1990s through 2002, when it was then sold to L-3 Communications for US$1.13 billion, becoming L-3 Communications Integrated Systems.
