Defense Department Anthrax Shipments

Officials from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Government Accountability Office (GAO), and Departments of Defense and Health and Human Services testified about live anthrax specimens that were accidentally transferred to several laboratories in the U.S. and abroad. Lawmakers called for accountability and increased oversight of the Federal Select Agent Program (FSAP), which oversees the possession, use and transfer of biological select agents and toxins.

This was considered a "massive institutional failure" and after listening to the entire two hour hearing on anthrax being "accidentally shipped", it really couldn't be more clear that this is an extortion racket. The strategy here seems to be so obvious: "We see here again just a bunch of well-meaning people who made mistakes (over and over and over and over) in the handling of deadly anthrax pathogens."

Dugway Proving Ground "just by mistake" shipped out anthrax with live spores (?) to different labs around the world and in the United States and these labs in turn ended up shipping this anthrax to an additional 160 labs for a total of 192 laboratories that are all working with the pathogen. Why do alert and observant people suppose that so many laboratories need this deadly pathogen? How do live pathogens get "accidentally shipped" to 192 labs in the U.S. and around the world from one of the most sophisticated facilities in the United States over a ten year period?

This past May 2015, it was revealed that Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah had "inadvertently shipped live anthrax bacillus" to locations around the country. The shipped anthrax samples, it was said, were "supposed to be inert." We were and are on borrowed time here and are extremely fortunate there has not been an incident. Labs in the United States receiving the live samples were in Texas, Maryland, Wisconsin, Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, New York, California and Virginia. Days after the first report, the military divulged that "the mis-shipments had been broader than initially reported and launched an investigation". The Department of Defense ultimately has responsibility over the Dugway Proving Ground.

Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) is a US Army facility located approximately 85 miles (140 km) southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah in southern Tooele County and just north of Juab County.

The testimony of CDC's Acting Director Dr. Daniel M. Sosin was listened to carefully several times to see if any flaws in his English pronunciation could be detected. There are a lot of foreigners who have taken voice training and they are very good - but if you listen closely, they can't erase all traces of their native language. Daniel Sosin's English pronunciation should be listened to very carefully to detect any subtleties not at first easily recognized. 

The CDC Director Tom Frieden is mentioned at 1:19 in the C-Span two hour hearing; Tom Frieden and Julie Gerberding are major spokes within a Jewish criminal syndicate – one focused on "health" or "disease control", i.e. controlling who is exposed to pathogenic disease agents, and who isn't. Anthrax is cultured on production runs as is testified to in the C-Span video hearing. These people actually have their hands on deadly anthrax spores they are making at Dugway and they just happened to mistakenly ship anthrax sporse that ended up in 192 labs around the world over a ten year period and no one single person is going to be held responsible? And this happens over and over again? Where are the labs and what is the status of those anthrax spores right now?

Ultimately, the FBI does all the back ground investigations and checks on people working at Dugway Proving Grounds. Is this something we can be 100 percent confident about considering the FBI's history of setting up and then vetting terrorist incidents to happen in the US and then having a convenient Islamic terrorist on hand to be prosecuted, or even killed, as the perpetrator?
