#2432: Serco 8(a) 7/7 Bombs – 100 Women In Hedge Funds – Clinton-Cameron's Clock Allianz

1. Field McConnell offers expert-witness support to plaintiff suits for the wrongful deaths of the fifty-two civilians which he and the Abel Danger research team have attributed to Serco's deployment of 8(a) protégé companies in the 7 July 2005 London bombings (also known as 7/7).

2. Serco has allegedly set up private servers for associates of the 100 Women in Hedge Funds group who invest long in government contractors such as Aggreko while shorting projects though re-insurance of 8(a)-triggered mass-casualty events such as the Murrah Building, the Khobar Towers, the Pentagon Navy Command and the 7/7 bombings.

3. David Cameron and Hillary Clinton allegedly partnered with Serco and its shareholders led by German insurer Allianz in a master-clock service to hedge risk at various 8(a)-triggered mass-casualty events while tainting the timelines of any subsequent crime scene investigations.

McConnell offers his expert witness services to plaintiffs in wrongful-death lawsuits while he exposes Serco agents and shareholders' use of tainted timelines in his e-book "Shaking Hands With the Devil's Clocks". (See http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html )

"Is your hedge wide enough, Hillary, and how much more time do we have?"

Contract for 7/7 morgue signed day before the mass casualty-event. Temporary power supplied by Aggreko then run by current Serco CEO Rupert Soames – a fellow White's Club member with his brother Nicholas Soames (U.K. Minister of Defense 1994-1997), Tom Stacey (1984 founder of Serco tagging racket) and David Cameron (allegedly ordered to resign from White’s in 2008 by Clinton and her 100 Women in Hedge Funds group).

Gedditt Watson?

Field McConnell – The one and only fact-based expert witness on the wrongful death of his U.S. Naval Academy class mate Charles Frank "Chic" Burlingame III, the pilot of American Airlines Flight 77, the aircraft that was allegedly crashed by terrorists into the Pentagon during the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Shows Serco's tainted timelines for Bill Clinton’s Queensland hotel and al-Qaeda’s UAE hotel as their hedge fund managers triggered a long/short position in the Penren project on 9:37:19 on 9/11!

"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 .. During that period under Serco's management and leadership.. .. NPL's caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency [allegedly involving White's Club or Bullingdon Club remote-assassination betting and hedge-fund] trading in the City through NPLTime."

"The 7 July 2005 London bombings (often referred to as7/7) were a series of coordinated suicide bomb attacks in central London which targeted civilians using the public transport system during the morning rush hour.

On the morning of Thursday, 7 July 2005, four Islamist extremists separately detonated three bombs in quick succession aboard London Underground trains across the city and, later, a fourth on a double-decker bus in Tavistock Square. Fifty-two civilians were killed and over 700 more were injured in the attacks, the United Kingdom's worst terrorist incident since the 1988 Lockerbie bombing as well as the country's first ever suicide attack.

The explosions were caused by homemade organic peroxide-based devices packed into backpacks. The bombings were followed two weeks later by a series of attempted attacks that failed to cause injury or damage. The 7 July attacks occurred the day after London had won its bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games, which had highlighted the city's multicultural reputation.[1] … Three of the bombers [with tags allegedly attached by Serco Custodial Services] were British-born sons of Pakistani immigrants [with visas allegedly obtained through Serco Immigration Control]; Lindsay was a convert born in Jamaica."

SocGen rogue trader Jerome Kerviel 'hit the jackpot' on 7/7 LondonTimesOnline January 23, 2009

January 23, 2009 SocGen rogue trader Jerome Kerviel 'hit the jackpot' on 7/7 Jerome Kerviel (John Schults/Reuters) Jérôme Kerviel, right, and his lawyer leave a hearing in Paris after being questioned by magistrates Adam Sage in Paris

It was a day of carnage that left 56 people dead and a dark shadow for ever cast over the history of London. But for Jérôme Kerviel, the French rogue trader, 7/7 was the jackpot.

Mr Kerviel, whose wild bets on the stock market ended with record losses, celebrated as Britain’s worst terror attack helped him to register a €500,000 profit and to continue a winning streak that brought him “orgasmic pleasure."

The trader made the confession as he told the newspaper Le Parisien how he had lost touch with reality in the pursuit of money-making at Société Générale, the bank that employed him. It is alleged that his rogue dealings resulted in record losses of almost €5 billion and plunged the 144-year-old French financial institution into crisis.

Mr Kerviel, who was questioned by magistrates yesterday, is under investigation on suspicion of breach of trust, fabricating documents and accessing computers illegally. He faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison if found guilty. Related Links

The trader, 32, claimed that his colleagues and superiors had been aware of his actions, which brought him the nickname of le cash machine. He painted a damning picture of the bank’s trading room as earnings soared in the years before the financial crisis.

"The best trading day in the history of Société Générale was September 11, 2001," he said. “At least, that’s what one of my managers told me. It seems that profits were colossal that day.

"I had a similar experience during the London attacks in July 2005."

A few days earlier he had bet on a fall in the share price of Allianz, the German insurance giant, he told Le Parisien. Everyone was losing money when the 7/7 bombings sent the insurance sector into a downward spiral "except for me", he said. "Thanks to the positions I had, I earned €500,000 in a few minutes. It was the jackpot. I was jubilant."

After the celebrations Mr Kerviel said he paused for thought. "I understood that I was having fun when people had just been hit by the bombs. I ran to the toilet and I was sick. But the moment of weakness did not last long. I went back into the trading room and I returned to work."

Mr Kerviel also spoke of his financial triumphs in the months leading up to the discovery of his unauthorised trades in January last year. “From August to December 2007, I win every day,” he said. “That creates a sort of addiction. A good day for a normal trader is a profit of €30,000 to €40,000. For me, a €1 million day is rubbish. I take crazy risks. And I make astronomic profits which sometimes give me an orgasmic pleasure."

He denounced his former colleagues as hypocrites for claiming that they had no idea of his deals after he ran up a profit of €1.4 billion in 2007. "I covered the losses of several of my colleagues," he said.

Mr Kerviel sought to distance himself from his comments after their publication in Le Parisien, saying that they stemmed from a private conversation and were taken out of context. The newspaper said that he met its journalist six times for on-the-record interviews at the request of his lawyers.

"Rogue" Trader Highlights Possible 9/11 and 7/7 Insider Trading
Steve Watson Infowars.net
Friday, Jan 23rd, 2009
According to an article in The London Times today, Société Générale rogue trader Jérôme Kerviel profited enormously on the day of the 7/7 London bombings. He has also revealed how his company made huge profits on September 11th 2001, prompting some to return to questions over insider foreknowledge of both terrorist attacks.

The article states:

Kerviel was charged almost exactly one year ago in the Société Générale trading loss incident which cost the financial services company an estimated €4.9 billion.

Until the Bernard Madoff fraud incident last month, it was reported to be the largest fraud in banking history.

Société Générale claimed that Kerviel worked the trades alone, and without its authorization. Kerviel told investigators that such practices are widespread and that huge profits routinely give the upper echelons of financial institutions cause to turn a blind eye.

Many questions have been raised regarding massive trades that foreshadowed the events of 9/11, with put options placed in large quantities against American and United Airliners in the days immediately prior to the attacks.

The investigation as to who was responsible for authorizing the transactions led directly back to former CIA director Buzzy Krongard.

In the case of the London bombings, the pound fell 6 per cent against the dollar for no apparent reason in the days before the attack.

"Currencies of established countries simply do not fall that fast based upon any kind of economic or financial analysis," said a 35 year veteran economist. "Somebody – somewhere – knew something. Or maybe I should say 'somebodies.'"

It is considered that such anomalous activity betrays prior knowledge of the incidents.

We have since seen other suspicious trading incidents dovetailing with foiled terror attacks. Specifically, in August 2006, surrounding the infamous "liquid bomb plot" and one year later in August 2007 with the so-called "Bin Laden trades" when a mystery trader placed 245,000 put options on the Dow Jones Eurostoxx 50 index."

"7/7 Inquest: Was someone afraid to reveal the causes of deaths?
It is quite startling to realise that a special room had been set up to receive the dead of the July 7th bombings in a temporary morgue built on army land, the contract for which (see [1] below) arrived on the contractor's desk on July 6th, the day before the massacres.

All the bodies of the dead were taken and placed in cold-storage there.

Not until the Inquest, five years later, did startled lawyers acting on behalf of the victim-families get to hear, that NO POST MORTEMS had been performed on the dead.

Let us repeat this astonishing statement, the better to realise our own astounded bafflement: NO POST MORTEMS HAD BEEN PERFORMED ON THE DEAD.

Let's listen to the bewildered comment from pathologist Dr. Awani Choudhary, one of the first doctors on the scene from the BMA at Tavistock Square, who testified to the Inquest about his attempts to save the life of Gladys Wundowa:

'I have not seen the post-mortem report, but I thought that she was bleeding from somewhere … So if the post-mortem says that she was not bleeding from anywhere, just had a spinal injury, I will be surprised…

Q. Since you ask about the post-mortem, can I simply inform you that, as with all the other casualties of the day, no internal post-mortem was conducted into Gladys Wundowa, so unfortunately, much as we would like the answers to the questions that you've asked, they don't –

A. I… I’m absolutely sure that she had had internal injury as well as a spinal injury, and I'm absolutely surprised that a post-mortem has not been done through and through.

Q. Well, Mr Choudhary, that isn't a matter to concern you.

A. Sorry.

Q. … we don't need to concern ourselves about that matter.(Jan 20 am, 63:22- 65:6)

No, of course not. 52 dead and no post-mortems, nothing to worry about.

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY EXPLAIN THE ASTONISHING DECISION NOT TO CARRY OUT POST MORTEMS? THE GREATEST MODERN ACT OF MASS-MURDER ON BRITISH SOIL AND NO ONE WAS INTERESTED IN COLLECTING PRECISE EVIDENCE OF CAUSE OF DEATH.

SO MUCH COULD HAVE BEEN LEARNED ABOUT THE EXPLOSIONS AND THE EXPLOSIVES FROM SUCH MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS.

IS IT UNFAIR TO SUSPECT THAT THE FAILURE TO COLLECT THIS BASIC INFORMATION WAS CAUSED BY FEAR (OR WORSE) THAT POST MORTEMS WOULD THROW UP SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE TO CONTRADICT A PREORDAINED NARRATIVE OF SUICIDE-BOMBER TERRORIST ATTACKS? MIGHT THE INJURIES HAVE INDICATED THE USE OF MILITARY-GRADE EXPLOSIVES TO WHICH THE 'TERRORISTS' COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE HAD ACCESS?

The lawyer acting for the families expressed shock and outrage at the fact that 'cause of death' had not been definitely confirmed. Would their clients have to put up with 'brief, neutral and factual' statements over this most basic of issues? The Telegraph reported from the Inquest:

'But the bereaved families said the coroner should be allowed to go into much greater detail about how the deaths came about. They do not want a "sterile" conclusion that their loved ones were unlawfully killed that fails to rule on whether the security agencies could have prevented the atrocities or whether the emergency services could have saved more lives, their lawyers said.

'Patrick O'Connor QC, for the relatives, told the inquest in a legal argument hearing: Of course the bereaved interested persons would be very disappointed. But the public may well be quite astonished if that were the position and we were literally kept to the kind of one, one-and-a-half, two sentence verdict in the inquisition that is suggested by some."

'He added: ”The statue of Justice is very often depicted blindfolded, but never gagged." (18 Feb., 2011)

An Inquest without any post-mortems? By way of to trying to remedy this situation, the Inquest turned to the MOD. Why should it be their business? They had to construct a model to show the probable fatal injuries and likely causes of death for those with no obviously fatal external injuries. Colonel Mahoney, Defence Professor of Anaesthesia and Critical Care at the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine in Birmingham, spent a couple of days at the Inquest explaining the situation, whereby 'virtual Underground carriages' had been constructed as models, but it all seemed rather vague:

Q. But your approach must, overall, be read subject to a number of caveats?
A. Yes.
Q. Firstly, as you mentioned, there was no invasive post-mortem in any case.
A. Yes.
Q. Secondly, the X-ray examination was limited, as you've just said, to fluoroscopy?*
A. Yes.
Q. Thirdly, although you have photographic evidence, in some cases the photographs were difficult to interpret, for reasons I won't explore with you?
A. Yes. [Jan 31 pm 5:3-17]

Still Clueless about the Explosions

Colonel Mahoney was faced with not only an absence of post-mortems, but also with a weird absence of a coherent theory about the explosive that had been used … We saw how earlier in February the Government's explosives experts at the Inquest had to tiptoe around the fact that none of them would endorse the government's peroxide-and-black pepper story. Asked to prepare a report for the Inquest, Colonel Mahoney did so. We note a couple of remarks he made there, from comments he had heard from Clifford Todd, the forensic expert.

His report alluded to 'Mr Todd's opinion that the devices were consistent with the use of high explosives.' In no way can peroxide and black pepper be called a high explosive. Secondly, he found 'There is little evidence from Mr Todd’s evidence to suggest that the devices produced a significant heat output.' ('Blast waves and their effect on the Human Body', pp.18 & 19) Any peroxide bomb with back pepper as a base isa thermal bomb, because the heat comes from the rapid oxidation of the pepper. The more home-made the bomb the more it is going to be 'thermal' ie produce heat. Only the high-blast expertly made explosives of the military will yield a pure blast without heat.

Thus Colonel Mahoney's report nullifies the Inquest's silly joke about peroxide and black pepper – it points back to the first theories about the 7/7 blast, which emerged in the week after the event, when the real experts were averring that a military explosive had been used. Colonel Mahoney is the author of several books on this topic:

Lady Justice Hallett alluded to ‘the area in which you are most expert: namely, the effects of explosive devices.' (Jan 31 am, 66:3-4)

What happened to the Bodies?

Why did the families have to wait for a week or sometimes even more, before they learned of the fate of their lost ones? A study by Jenny Edkins (University of Wales, Aberystwyth, author of 'Trauma and the Memory of Politics') about the way 7/7 victims were treated explained, 'This paper is motivated by a concern, an anger even, at the way in which people were treated by the authorities in the aftermath of the London bombings of July 2005. In particular, communication with those searching for missing relatives or friends was one-way or nonexistent. This treatment, it seems to me, provides an example of what Michael Dillon has called "governing terror…"'

'Families were plunged into a world of Disaster Victim Identification Forms, Police Liaison Officers, and stonewalling by officials…. In the aftermath of the explosions on the London underground and in Tavistock Square in Bloomsbury on Thursday 7 July 2005, relatives of the missing were kept waiting for up to or over a week for information about where their sons and daughters, friends and family members might be.'

We cite five examples:

* Marie Fatayi-Williams was only allowed to see her son Anthony's body on July 14th a week later . A police officer was standing around. She had to make a great deal of fuss to obtain this, and she kept being advised against it. She tells this in her book, For the love of Anthony. She is never given the body, she cannot bury her own son.

* A film by Benedetta Ciaccia's former boyfriend, Raj Babbra, called '7/7 – Life Without Benedetta', has her father and mother, speaking in Italian (in Part 3 at 3:58, with only a bit of it subtitled), say: 'It's an awful thing to lose your child … let alone not being able to see her dead … they didn't show her to me … I was advised not to see her … we were told it was better to remember her the way she used to be.' They never even got to see her body.

* John Taylor, 60, whose 24-year-old daughter Carrie died in the Aldgate blast, described how it took 10 days for he and his wife to discover that their child had died.

* In A Song for Jenny by Julie Nicholson (2010), the Reverend Julie Nicholson asks a policeman why it was taking so very long before she heard about her daughter Jenny (p287), her book gives the wierd reply: 'He confirmed four hundred body parts had been recovered and sent to a specialised laboratory in Bosnia for ID, which could take several weeks.' – no comment! She was dissuaded from wanting to see her daughter's body, but she insisted. She knew it was her daughter Jenny (she wrote) because of the hands.

* Relatives of Samantha and Lee, a couple who both died as a result of the bombings, did not get a formal identification of Samantha until 16 July, nine days after she gave her full name to her rescuer at Russell Square. The parents complained, 'We were never asked if we could or would like to see her or be with her. We do not know where her body was kept.' Asked Jenny Edkins, 'Why was it not possible for this family to be with the body? Why was the information that she was dead withheld from them?'

The default position may have been, that families did not see the bodies of the deceased. Whatever was going on, the protocol seems quite macabre. Alison Anderson and Robert McNeil were the experts in body identification who organised the mortuary after the July 2005 London bombings, and they had worked for the United Nations in Bosnia and Kosovo. Why did the families need to wait for so long? Why was there a military company coping with the bodies? We can only wonder what was written on the death certificates, as next to nothing seems to have been ascertained about how they died.

J7 have written what is arguably their most brilliant piece yet on this topic, and let’s quote here from it:

So, assumptions are piled upon presumptions and houses of cards are built on shifting sands. These are the openly-stated unknown unknowns from which the bereaved families are meant to learn how they lost their loved ones.

[1] Military site for the Bodies

It is also quite startling to realise that a special room had been set up to receive the dead – starting work on July 6th, the day before the 7/7 massacres.

Here is a statement about what happened on that day, and where the bodies went:

Based in Northamptonshire in the UK, the company [De Boer] had already completed several contracts for the Metropolitan Police …The De Boer team spent months visiting permanent mortuaries and attending meetings with London Resilience to suggest a suitable structure and interior design… Six months later on July 6, 2005, a document arrived at De Boer’s UK headquarters finalising what had been agreed for a future crisis response. Within 24 hours the plan was being realised .and implemented with the creation of a temporary mortuary in the grounds of the Honourable Artillery Company near Moorgate Underground Station in central London.' (source, 'London's Response to 7/7’ David Donegan Office of the Strategic Health Authorities at NHS, in www.crisisresponsejournal.com no longer online, held in J7 archives: and quoted here)

Good timing or what? Thus an 'emergency mortuary' was established on a Military site in the City of London – its contract for the work received on the day before the catastrophe. Not only did this military site receive all of the bodies (and it claimed to start receiving them on the morning of 8th July), but it set up ancillary sites adjacent to the four blast sites on the morning of July 7th: 'Outside of the mortuary De Boer also provided structures and furniture at each of the Underground Stations affected, and refrigeration facilities at the site of the bus bombing.'

The De Boer company managed it so well that, in recognition, its project manager was invited to meet Tony Blair at Downing Street. It was felt that, at such very short notice – after all, they only got the job on July 6th – they had done a fine job. Concerning the swift freezing of the bus bomb victim bodies: while researching 'Terror On The Tube'. I could only see two or three corpses lying around in all of the photographs of that bus wreck, so I guess the De Boer team must have removed them swiftly.

We are also reminded of the big FEMA vans that arrived to clear up the damage in New York at Ground Zero on 9/11 (Federal Emergency Management Agency): they were proud of how quickly they arrived, in fact they arrived (by a similar sinister precognition) on Monday evening, the day before the very surprising 9/11 event.
…………………………………………………………………..

* The 'fluoroscopy' method was described as 'a limited form of X-ray,' which showed embedded bits of metal etc. Thus, 'Primary surveys of whole bodies in unopened body-bags were undertaken using fluoroscopy by teams of two radiographers and a pathologist. The aim of the primary survey was to establish the nature of the contents of the bag,..' (Forensic Radiography: Response to the London Suicide Bombings on 7th July 2005, Mark D. Viner)"

"Network Time Protocol (NTP) is a networking protocol for clock synchronization between computer systems over packet-switched, variable-latency data networks. In operation since before 1985, NTP is one of the oldest Internet protocols in current use. NTP was originally designed by David L. Mills of the University of Delaware, who still oversees its development.  … While no one doubts the contribution of NTP to network performance, several security concerns have arisen in late 2014. Previously, researchers became aware that NTP servers can be susceptible to man-in-the-middle attacks unless packets are cryptographically signed for authentication.[27] The computational overhead involved can make this impractical on busy servers, particularly during denial of service attacks.[28] NTP message spoofing can be used to move clocks on client computers and allow a number of attacks based on bypassing of cryptographic key expiration.[29]"

"Watchdog: Clinton, Abedin and Mills Have Broken 2 Federal Laws
Director of Investigations for Judicial Watch and former Army counterintelligence agent, Chris Farrell, says that Hillary and her top two advisers, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, appear to have broken at least two federal National Security laws in the handling of their emails. The first violation is that they transmitted and received classified information using a private server. He says that Hillary's supporters claim that using a private server to transmit classified information is a minor offense. Farrell says that is anything but the truth.

Farrell points out that Hillary using a private server is the first time ever in this country that a cabinet member has used a private server for their administrative duties. Despite what Hillary tries to lie about, it’s never been done before. Her claims about former Secretaries of State Condi Rice and Colin Powell using private emails is disingenuous in that they used their private emails sparingly and not solely as Clinton did and the fact they used devices supplied by the government with protective software installed.

Farrell also pointed out that Abedin and Mills have both failed to certify they have turned over all of their emails as they were ordered to do by a federal judge. They were ordered to provide the State Department with sworn statements under oath and under the threat of perjury that they turned over all of thei documents from their time in government service.

Responding to Clinton, her campaign staff and supporters, who claim nothing Hillary did was of a serious nature, Farrell stated:

"It is not," he said. "It is a national security crime, and should be a national security crime investigation," he said, noting that Clinton created the private email server a week before she took up her duties at Foggy Bottom, indicating that she planned to avoid using official email that must be stored under federal rules.

Two laws apply to the mishandling of classified data on unsecure networks, Farrell said.

The first is 18 USC Sec. 1924, which outlaws the unauthorized removal and storage of classified information. Penalties can include fines and imprisonment for up to one year.

That statute was used to prosecute retired Army General David Petraeus, a former CIA director who provided classified documents to his mistress and biographer, Paula Broadwell. Petraeus was sentenced to two years' probation and a $40,000 fine as part of a plea deal in March.

A second federal statute that prosecutors could use to charge Clinton and her aides is 18 USC Sec. 793, a more serious felony statute Farrell described as a "hammer."

That law covers national defense information and people who misuse it to injure the United States or benefit a foreign power.

Those convicted of violating that law face fines and up to 10 years in prison.

Farrell points out that unlike other crimes, intentions cannot be taken into account.

Something you readers should also consider is that there has been a steady leak of information on this scandal, unlike the many scandals under Obama. The reason is that Obama can stonewall any investigation for years. The fact that this scandal has legs is because Obama is allowing or even helping it make itself known. He and Hillary are not big fans of each other and Obama would prefer a candidate who will listen to him and continue his fundamental transformation of America."

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the £1.3 trillion hedge fund women
In their elegant ballgowns, they could be among the guests at any charity reception hosted by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

In fact, these are some of the most powerful and influential individuals to have gathered at St James's Palace. All leading figures in finance, they help to control assets totalling £1.3 trillion.

The 14 women posed with the royal couple at a gala evening this month which raised £675,000 for charity. Now their identities and the extraordinary wealth for which they are responsible can be revealed.

They range from the senior executive at one of the world's biggest banks who competes in triathlons in her spare time, to the investment consultant who admits to owning 110 pairs of shoes.

The event marked a rare foray into the public arena for the women. Several are heads of hedge funds, the secretive investment vehicles which put money into complex financial schemes and can profit in a downturn by effectively betting on markets falling.

Others are executives at banks or asset management companies. Among them are chief executives, presidents, directors, and consultants. Members cover a range of nationalities, reflecting the cosmopolitan nature of the industry.

All are senior figures in 100 Women in Hedge Funds, a philanthropic organisation. The duke became a patron last year, and 100WHF will raise money for charities he is associated with; this month's gala supported the Child Bereavement Charity.

The link-up suggests that the Duke and Duchess are following the lead of the Prince of Wales in ensuring that their charitable initiatives win support from wealthy and influential figures.

100WHF, which has branches around the world, has raised millions of pounds for causes including women's health, education and mentoring.

Anne Popkin, chair of the organisation's global board, flew over from San Francisco for the London event. She said: "It is wonderful to raise such an amount. The reason we work so well with His Royal Highness is our aims and his aims are the same."

In a letter to 100WHF, the Duke wrote: "It is a privilege for me to be Patron of this exciting endeavour." Left-to-right in photograph:

"Base One Technologies – Corporate Strategy – We are a Government Certified Women-Owned Business
We practice Diversity Recruitment and Staffing for IT positions
Base One was founded in 1994 by a women engineer who had made a career in technology research for many years. Base One has been very successful in focusing on diversity recruiting and staffing for IT projects. It has been our experience that the greater the diversity mix, the more creative the solution. As in any field the more diverse the viewpoint the more thorough your analysis. Our engineers can think out of the box.

Because of our affiliations we have access to pools of resources among more diverse groups & individuals. We work with a large pool of minority professionals who specialize in IT skills. We are able to have access to these resources through our status as a D/MWBD firm and our affiliations. These affiliations assist us in working with resources among more diverse groups & individuals.

We are also partnered with firms that are 8A certified as Minority firms, Disabled Veteran firms, Native American firms, Vietnam veteran firms, women owned firms.
Our hub zone location keeps us close to the professional organizations of great diversity. We are active in recruiting from and networking with these community organizations of local IT professionals. This has given us access to a large pool of diversity talent.

Base One's staff of engineers are a diverse group of professionals. This diverse network of engineers helps us to branch out to other engineers and creates an even larger network of resources for us to work with.
The greater the diversity the more complete & thorough the analysis. The broader the spectrum of points of view the broader the scope of the analysis. We feel that a diverse team gives us a greater advantage in creating cutting edge solutions. To that end we will continue to nurture these relationships to further extend our talent pool.

The greater the diversity mix, the more creative the solution.

The more diverse the viewpoint, the more thorough the analysis.

The more diverse our team, the more our engineers can think out of the box.

This is why Base One Technologies concentrates on diversity recruitment in the belief that a diverse team gives us a greater advantage in creating cutting edge solutions."

"Government still paying G4S and Serco millions for tagging despite ban Alan Travis Home affairs editor
Thursday 25 June 2015 00.01 BST
The Ministry of Justice is still paying security firms G4S and Serco millions of pounds every month for supplying electronic tagging equipment, more than a year after both companies were barred from running the contract.
Both companies faced criminal investigations by the Serious Fraud Office over allegations of overcharging that led to them repaying nearly £180m.

The continuing monthly payments to the two companies were uncovered by an analysis of Ministry of Justice (MoJ) data by the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies which shows that G4S was paid a total of £8.7m between March 2014 – when it lost the tagging contract – and February 2015. Serco was paid £4.5m over the same period.

The electronic monitoring tags are used to enforce curfews on more than 100,000 offenders each year. The outsourcing giant Capita took over the contract on an interim basis in April last year.

In July 2014, Capita and three other companies were named as the winners of a £265m six-year contract to supply the next generation of satellite tracking tags, which would allow dangerous and repeat offenders to be monitored around the clock."
