The Pivotal Year of 1947 - Operation Jade Helm - The "National Security State" Is Perpetual War - Department of Defense (Defense Is War) - The National Security Strategy - Sixty-Eight Years of Unrelenting Corporate Warfare - Present Status: "21st Century Mission" - We're All on a Data Base

The National Security Act of 1947 did not originally contain specific authorization for the new Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to become involved in clandestine operations. It has only been recently that the CIA, which operates as a corporation, has become involved in "domestic productions." The CIA is nothing more than a production company (entertainment) which more often than not appears to turn up as a good "whipping boy" for every thing that happens. Since 1947, the current status is: "There are five private defense corporations that, under Executive Order, handle all information data bases with an unlimited amount of money with no transparency at all for the use of the most powerful and valuable technology in the world." By the way, Ronald Reagan (take a peek who was really behind those Executive Orders) was an actor and had absolutely no interest in intelligence, counter-intelligence and the "national security state." If Ronald Reagan was an actor, what does that make President Barack Obama?

In July of 1947, Congress passed the National Security Act, and when President Truman signed it into law, this Act became effective on September 18, 1947. The year 1947 is an extremely important pivotal year for a number of very significant events that took place not the least of which was the "national security state". This is a brief summary of the National Security Act of 1947:
The National Security Act of 1947 was a major restructuring of the United States government's military and intelligence agencies following World War II. The majority of the provisions of the Act took effect on September 18, 1947, the day after the Senate confirmed James Forrestal as the first Secretary of Defense. His power was initially limited and it was difficult for him to exercise the authority to make his office effective. This was later changed in the amendment to the act in 1949, creating what was to be the Department of Defense.
What exactly was John Kennedy referring to in his speech on November 22, 1963 at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce when he mentioned the "national security state" several times? Listen to John Kennedy's "parking lot speech" very carefully, with his reference to a "national security system that was second to none", which is what the US has transitioned to during the past sixty-eight years of constant "security threats" and intensifying unremitting militarization. Sixty-eight years of one long constant "national security threat": one war after another beginning with communism and ending with who knows what? "Terrorists?" "ISIS creation?" "Drugs?" "Obese people?" "Aliens?" "Asteroids?" Take your pick and gear up for war.

JFK'S "PARKING LOT" SPEECH IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS
(NOVEMBER 22, 1963)

The National Security Act of 1947 formed a corporation when war started to be called "defense" under the "national security state." As L. Fletcher Prouty stated: "this nation began to think of war as defense and then as defense alone." At that time, the "War Department" had its name changed to the "Department of Defense" and organized itself as a corporation. In "defense" of what exactly? In "defense" of the "national security state." L. Fletcher Prouty in his book The Secret Team, wrote that "this was a mistake" and that many of the older military officers at the Pentagon at that time "strongly objected to this change." L. Fletcher Prouty goes on to describe this mistake:
This defensive posture of our military and foreign policy has been a terrible mistake, and it opened the doors for the newborn intelligence community to move in and take over the control of U.S. foreign and military policy.
This is the opening section of the National Security Act of 1947. Readers of AD are encouraged to read this act in its entirety, as Jade Helm 15 is considered. Up until 1947, the defense and security of the United States was left up to the military. This all changed dramatically in 1947; ever since, it has been a timeline of constant warfare declared under the National Security Council and approved by the US Congress until this very day. Sixty-eight years of unremitting corporate warfare and assassinations. The entire country under the United States Corporation and its institutions have all been militarized.

NATIONAL SECURITY ACT OF 1947

(Chapter 343; 61 Stat. 496; approved July 26, 1947)
[As Amended Through P.L. 110–53, Enacted August 3, 2007]

 AN ACT

To promote the national security by providing for a Secretary of Defense; for a National Military Establishment; for a Department of the Army, a Department of the Navy, and a Department of the Air Force; and for the coordination of the activities of the National Military Establishment with other departments and agencies of the Government concerned with the national security.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SHORT TITLE

That 50 U.S.C. 401 note this Act may be cited as the "National Security Act of 1947".

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Sec. 2. Declaration of policy.

TITLE I—COORDINATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY

Sec. 101. National Security Council.
Sec. 101A. Joint Intelligence Community Council.
Sec. 102. Director of National Intelligence.
Sec. 102A. Responsibilities and authorities of the Director of National Intelligence.
The National Security Act of 1947

If we continue reading the actual National Security Act of 1947, we will come to a DECLARATION OF POLICY and Section 2 of the Act. Readers should take note of the description of "civilian control" of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force, because over the past sixty-eight years, banking, finance and their connected defense corporations have taken control of these military branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. This is precisely what Dwight D. Eisenhower warned about in his farewell speech to the American people: "the military-industrial complex."

Come on, Ike, you can be up front with us. Whatever it is you were instructed to warn us about is on a timeline here, and it's coming to corporate fruition sixty-eight years later. Thanks for the "warning", Ike. What Ike is telling you is that the "military-industrial complex" just captured your energy and placed it under the "national security state." What does Ike say at the end of his speech? "So we can prosper together." Shame Ike didn't stick around until 2008. You wouldn't believe the "prosperity", Ike. First the drugs were brought in to destroy communities, then once these communities were destroyed, the mortgage fraud was implemented, picking up real estate on the cheap with the banks receiving a "prosperous" bailout.

Eisenhower warns us of the military industrial complex

In retrospect, wouldn't it seem now that Dwight D. Eisenhower wasn't actually warning anyone? Did he instead deflect attention away from banking and finance and law firms and place it on the Pentagon? Did Ike tell us what was coming in no uncertain terms? Perhaps a far better description today would be the "criminal-financial-banking-military-industrial syndicate?"
DECLARATION OF POLICY

Sec. 2.

In enacting this legislation, it is the intent of Congress to provide a comprehensive program for the future security of the United States, [the United States Corporation] to provide for the establishment of integrated policies and procedures for the departments, agencies, and functions of the Government relating to the national security; to provide three military departments for the operation and administration of the Army, the Navy (including naval aviation and the United States Marine Corps), and the Air Force, with their assigned combat and service components; to provide for their authoritative coordination and unified direction under civilian control [banking, finance and their lawyers] but not to merge them; to provide for the effective strategic direction of the armed forces and for their operation under unified control and for their integration into an efficient team of land, naval, and air forces.
The National Security State is maintained by congress. If we go back to the incident of the "underwear bomber" as an example, the CIA which is a production company maintained by congress, is intentionally and knowingly putting Americans in fear and isn't this the same with Jade Helm? A large multi-regional two month long military drill to "defend the United States?" The "United States?" What's that? It is the "national security state" John Kennedy talked about and fully implemented - then he disappeared.

It has been revealed that CIA operatives (contracted through a private PMC?) working with Saudi intelligence placed a barely literate Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab on board Northwest Airlines Flight 253 in January, 2011. The National Security State is creating its enemies. And why is it these patsies are almost invariably blacks or some other ethnic group and not white European? What is the component of the "enemies" that Jade Helm 15 seeks to determine and fight against in this upcoming exercise?

Haskell Blows Whistle on Underwear Bomber, Government Op

Also recall, that on May 26, 2009, President Barack Obama as head of the National Security Council, merged the White House staff supporting the Homeland Security Council (HSC) and the National Security Council into one corporate organization called the "National Security Staff" (NSS). Here we see again this constant morphing of corporate organization. The HSC and the NSC each continue to exist by statute (under private corporate statute law) as "bodies [corporoate bodies] supporting the President".

The National Security Council was created in 1947 by the National Security Act of 1947. It was created because at the time so the official story goes, "policymakers felt that the diplomacy of the State Department was no longer adequate to contain the USSR in light of the tension between the Soviet Union and the United States." Now that we know the "cold war" and communism were an unprecedented massive global intelligence operation which the "national security state" went into effect in 1947, it seems rather obvious to the astute this wasn't the reason for the creation of the National Security Council under the National Security Act being passed in 1947. The official policy of the National Security Council's purpose: "To ensure coordination and concurrence among the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force and other instruments of national security policy such as the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), also created in the National Security Act."

Does that sort of sound like all four branches of the military have been converted into corporations to "defend" the "national security state?" What is actually going on here? Is the "national security state" organized and managed to defend against our (risks) intrusion as "enemy combatants", "belligerents" and "terrorists?" Who precisely are the benefactors of the "national security state?" Would Henry Kissinger be a benefactor of the "national security state?" Apparently so, but to understand why, first read this section of the National Security Act under COORDINATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY paying particular attention to the words in bold font.

Title I - COORDINATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY

National Security Council
Sec. 101.

(a) There is hereby established a council to be known as the National Security Council (hereinafter in this section referred to as the "Council").

The President of the United States shall preside over meetings of the Council: PROVIDED, That in his absence he may designate a member of the council to preside in his place.

The function of the Council shall be to advise the President with respect to the integration of domestic, foreign, and military policies relating to the national security so as to enable the military services and the other departments and agencies of the Government to cooperate more effectively in matters involving the national security.

The Council shall be composed of the President; the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, appointed under section 202; the Secretary of the Army, referred to in section 205; the Secretary of the Navy; the Secretary of the Air Force, appointed under section 207; the chairman of the National Security Resources Board, appointed under section 103; and such of the following named officers as the President may designate from time to time: The Secretaries of the executive departments, the Chairman of the Munitions Board appointed under section 213, and the chairman of the Research and Development Board appointed under section 214; but no such additional member shall be designated until the advice and consent of the Senate has been given to his appointment to the office the holding of which authorizes his designation as a member of the Council.

(b) In addition to performing such other functions as the President may direct, for the purpose of more effectively coordinating the policies and functions of the departments and agencies of the Government relating to the national security, it shall, subject to the direction of the President, be the duty of the council —

(1) to assess and appraise the objectives, commitments, and risks of the United States in relation to our actual and potential military power, in the interest of national security; for the purpose of making recommendations to the President in connection therewith; and

(2) to consider policies on matters of common interest to the departments and agencies of the Government concerned with the national security, and to make recommendations to the President in connection therewith.

(c) The Council shall have a staff to be headed by a civilian executive secretary who shall be appointed by the President, and who shall receive compensation at the rate of $10,000 a year. The executive secretary, subject to the direction of the Council, is hereby authorized, subject to the civil service laws and the Classification Act of 1923, as amended, to appoint and fix the compensation of such personnel as may be necessary to perform such duties as may be prescribed by the council in connection with the performance of its functions.

(d) The Council shall, from time to time, make such recommendations, and such other reports to the President as it deems appropriate or as the President may require.

Remember, we are on a timeline here beginning in 1947 right up until this very moment sixty-eight years later with a "national security state" directive now implementing operations like Jade Helm 15 under the National Security Strategy. Anyone ever wonder why the names keep changing but the underlying corporate policy being directed by congress remains the same? Let's get back to Henry Kissinger.

In 1974, Henry Kissinger submitted a letter to the National Security Council. In this letter, Henry Kissinger was addressing the concern of "worldwide over population" and recommended a presidential (as head of The National Security Council) study to determine how over population would effect the United States (corporation), or the "national security state." It isn't the attempt here to bore anyone with the details of this seemingly mundane material, but as L. Fletcher Prouty said: "it's in the details." Would "depopulation" be a concern of the "national security state?"

NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL
WASHINGTON, D.C. 20506

April 24, 1974

National Security Study Memorandum 200
--------------------------------------

TO:

The Secretary of Defense
The Secretary of Agriculture
The Director of Central Intelligence
The Deputy Secretary of State Administrator, Agency for International Development

SUBJECT:

Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests

The President has directed a study of the impact of world population growth on U.S. security and overseas interests. The study should look forward at least until the year 2000, and use several alternative reasonable projections of population growth.

In terms of each projection, the study should assess:

- the corresponding pace of development, especially in poorer countries;

- the demand for US exports, especially of food, and the trade problems the US may face arising from competition for resources; and

- the likelihood that population growth or imbalances will produce disruptive foreign policies and international instability.

The study should focus on the international political and economic implications of population growth rather than its ecological, sociological or other aspects.

The study would then offer possible courses of action for the United States in dealing with population matters abroad, particularly in developing countries, with special attention to these questions:

- What, if any, new initiatives by the United States are needed to focus international attention on the population problem?

- Can technological innovations or development reduce growth or ameliorate its effects?

- Could the United States improve its assistance in the population field and if so, in what form and through which agencies -- bilateral, multilateral, private?

The study should take into account the President's concern that population policy is a human concern intimately related to the dignity of the individual and the objective of the United States is to work closely with others, rather than seek to impose our views on others.

The President has directed that the study be accomplished by the NSC [National Security Council] Under Secretaries Committee. The Chairman, Under Secretaries Committee, is requested to forward the study together with the Committee's action recommendations no later than May 29, 1974 for consideration by the President.

HENRY A. KISSINGER

cc: Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff

In 1975, Henry Kissinger established a policy-planning group in the U.S. State Department's Office of Population Affairs.

Jade Helm is an extension of The National Security Act of 1947 through the The National Security Strategy:
The National Security Strategy is a document prepared periodically by the executive branch of the government of the United States for Congress which outlines the major national security concerns of the United States and how the administration plans to deal with them. The legal foundation for the document is spelled out in the Goldwater-Nichols Act. The document is purposely general in content (contrast with the National Military Strategy, NMS) and its implementation relies on elaborating guidance provided in supporting documents (including the NMS).
The National Security Strategy was put forth in this document dated February, 2015. It has the Presidential Seal on the cover because the President of the United States is the head of the National Security Council overseeing the National Security Strategy:

The National Security Strategy

This is the official description of Jade Helm, which is scheduled to go into operation from July 15 through September 15, 2015. That is a two month long "exercise":
Jade Helm is a US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) sponsored exercise to improve the Special Operations Forces' UW [unconventional warfare] capability as part of the National Security Strategy
The participants in Jade Helm 15 are the following:
Participants:

– US Army Special Forces Command (Green Berets) – US Navy SEALS
– US Air Force Special Operations Command
– USMC Marine Special Operations Command
– USMC Marine Expeditionary Units
– 82nd Airborne Division
– Interagency Partners
That's an interesting list of participants and are the branches of the military as made into law under the National Security Act of 1947 of which the National Security Strategy falls under. Readers may not know this, but the U.S. Army's original Green Berets were trained by guerrilla fighters ("werewolf groups" under Otto Skorzeny) who had been fighting in the Gehlen Organization in Eastern Europe who came to the United States. These same guerrillas were instrumental in training and setting up the US Army's Green Berets (Special Forces).

Frank Wisner who at the time was head of Office of Strategic Services (OSS) operations in southeastern Europe at the end of World War II, and was the head of the Directorate of Plans of the Central Intelligence Agency during the 1950s, charged Reinhard Gehlen with this task. The three SS Nazi war criminals who set up the Green Berets were: Professor Michael Achmeti (Georgian Legion), Alfred Six and Amele Augsburg. Nice nostalgia right? Legionnaires wore berets. Wouldn't it be fun to check and see if the Georgian Legion wore green berets? Maybe that's part of what President John Kennedy meant by the "national security state"? By the way, the planners for Jade Helm 15 are "civilians."

So, people living in the region designated as a three month practice "combat zone" under Jade Helm 15, remember this little fact of history as you see US Army Green Berets operating in your neighborhoods shooting dummy rounds. If you aren't "jaded" by now you soon will be.

Here is an interesting paragraph from unclassified documents outlining Jade Helm 15. And from what we've previously discussed which should have been concluded by now, is that the "United States" isn't you or the people living in Texas, it is the United States Corporation and those that run and manage it for the "national security state."
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has conducted numerous exercises in Texas, because Texans are historically supportive of efforts to prepare our soldiers, airmen, marines and sailors to fight the enemies of the United States.
Who exactly will the "insurgents" be during Jade Helm 15?

What are the benefits of Jade Helm 15? Well, for one thing on a corporate level, communities will be able to earn what is estimated at US$150,000.00 in revenue from the 1,200 military members or so involved in the exercise over a two month period. The JOAX (Joint Operation Access Exercise) event will be staged out of Texas. Why Texas? The US Army says it's because "Texans are historically supportive of efforts to prepare our soldiers, airmen, marines and sailors to fight the enemies of the United States." Or maybe it is a show of force against Texas which historically has been opposed to federal government intrusion? Texas has racked up quite a list of lawsuits against the federal government. It looks like Texas is going to get "accessed" by Jade Helm. A corporate prognostication of what's coming.

This is were we presently stand: "a 21st century mission." Watch this clip below and view it as a high tech commercial promoting Pentagon technological corporate policy planning for war. Who is the enemy? You are. The "national security state" is the capture of science, finance and the technological inventions and innovations by what Dwight D. Eisenhower, or his handlers had him describe, as the "military-industrial complex." It is total capture. The promoters of this technology have also been captured by this technology coupled to the vastness of the corporation that has sprung up around the Pentagon and its biggest defense contractors since that pivotal year in 1947.

There is no functioning government. Without open systems and cross communications how can there exist a government? The government is run by private banks and private corporations and they are absolutely non-transparent.  These private banks, law firms and defense contractors are standing behind the "national security state" and have been since 1947. There was a waver put in place by President George Bush. Under George Bush the National Security Council (NSC) was given waver power to wave the requirements for corporations doing government business to report their earnings to FEC laws. What does this mean? It means all the defense contractors have continued to operate in the bond market, in the stock market and in all the securities markets and aren't required to have their financial statements to be accurate.  Slick hey? The privatization of war - on you. The more the violence the better for the United States Corporation and the "national security state". More violence anyone?

A sixty-eight year history of building a corporate military structure by private banking, law firms and defense related private corporation interests calling itself the "United States" to "defend" itself. That's like one thousand times more powerful than I.G. Farben ever was at the peek of its corporate power. Not in a war, but for its own corporate existence after capturing science, banking and finance and technology for its own ends. That sort of makes all of us "enemies" doesn't it? And by the way, Mr. Rumsfeld, whatever happened to that alleged US$1.2 trillion that went missing from the Pentagon?

Who are these soldiers in this training documentary training in these types of high tech scenarios using lasers, GPS and computer-guided "killing" going to shoot at in a potential war when the world faces the very real prospect of a nuclear exchange? That and another "cold war" probably being fabricated at some level to kick off another profitable arms race?

Listen to the narrators in this clip describe this type of high tech training going on with US Army corporate employees. They sound like sales reps for high tech firms. They are victims of corporatism because it pays them. If they don't have enemies for all this technologically-driven weaponry, enemies will have to be created. Time to fly the American flag (the national security state imposes patriotism). This explains the faked "Boston bombing."

Unbelievable Technology of German Army | Unbeatable Army -
New Documentary (2015)

What does this say about the young US Army corporate soldiers who have volunteered for the armed forces? Youth who have grown up programmed with video games? "Point, click and shoot" technocratic corporate commercial warfare.

Coming back to the subject of depopulation promoter Henry Kissinger and National Security Council and his memo because there seems to be so many ramifications involved with exercises like Jade Helm, is this exercise related in some way to depopulation? One of many where people are being conditioned to accept incrementally a corporate military presence in their communities? Remember, Americans are not the "United States", that is a corporation with its own statute laws that are clearly defined written by corporate lawyers. The National Security Act of 1947 has defined its enemies years later in not so uncertain terms: "You are either with us or against us." That's like being asked to make a decision with a loaded gun to your head.

The war on Iraq that began in 2003 and unleashed all kinds of new and exotic technologically sophisticated weaponry and munitions on Iran. The Iraqis never knew what hit them with such incredible deadly accuracy. An entire country and its infrastructure were destroyed.  In the end, an estimated one million Iraq people were killed. People who had absolutely nothing at all to do with dropping buildings in New York. This is the level of a corporate-controlled military that has metastasized into a deadly depopulating self-serving private corporate statute law military under the "national security state" that can justify exterminating people with complete impunity.

Why are we consenting to these private laws in commerce under the "national security state" and the United States Corporation? That is the US$6 trillion dollar question. Who is game?

"To the people of Texas...building a defense system second to none and second to none in the new environment of space, an area where the Unites States should be second to none...and to build a national security state."  --John Kennedy, minutes before he disappeared into the national security state

The national security state goes rogue in 1963.
________

Here is an interesting take on the significance of the symbol which will be used by military participants in Jade Helm 15. This isn't an endorsement but certainly indicates a message is being sent:
