#2323: Marine Links Ad Hoc Amok Serco To Clinton Base-One Patents, Black Hand Wag of Honeywell Dog

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net) Easter Sunday April 4, 2015: United States Marine Field McConnell has linked ad hoc way points allegedly imputed by Serco into the Airbus 320 of Germanwings Flight 9525 flown by 'der amok pilot' Andreas Lubitz, to Hillary Clinton's development of a GyroChip (QRS11) patent pool at Base One Technologies in the Bronx and the apparent Black Hand* navigators wag of a Honeywell dog in the "Method and apparatus for preventing an unauthorized flight of an aircraft US7475851 B2."

"US7475851 B2 … Referring to FIG. 3, a flow diagram 300 depicts operation of the first embodiment 100 of the apparatus for preventing an unauthorized flight of an aircraft. The flow begins when the UFD 110 senses 302 a manual trigger through the operator control 116. At this point, the uninterruptible power supply 114 supplies 304 uninterruptible power to the UFD 110 and other elements, such as the FBW system 104 and the AFCS 108, required for controlling the aircraft. "Uninterruptible power" as used herein is defined as power that is not routed through a circuit breaker or switch in the cockpit. To the extent possible, it is preferable that the power cannot be easily interrupted from anywhere inside the aircraft while it is in flight.
In response to the manual trigger, the UFD 110 communicates with the FBW system 104 and the AFCS 108 to carry out 306 a transfer of control of the FBW system 104 from the cockpit controls 102 to the AFCS 108. It is worth noting here that the transfer of control can be either complete or partial, depending upon what is deemed to be prudent. In the case of a transfer of complete control to the AFCS 108, all cockpit controls will cease to function, and the aircraft will be controlled exclusively by the AFCS 108, maintaining, for example, the current heading, airspeed, and altitude of the aircraft. While this might seem to be a sure way to foil a would-be-terrorist, it could have disastrous results if the aircraft were, for example, flying at a low altitude and heading toward a high mountain. An alternative, perhaps more prudent, approach would be to transfer partial control of the aircraft to the AFCS 108. For example, the cockpit controls might be allowed to initiate gentle turns, but not allowed to cause the aircraft to descend. As a further alternative, the AFCS 108 could be programmed to cause the aircraft to change to a predetermined altitude. Yet another alternative would be to allow the aircraft to descend only when coupled with an automatic landing system of an airport. Because the AFCS 108 and the UFD 110 are controlled by processors and software, the degrees of the transfer of control are virtually unlimited and thus preferably are programmable through well-known techniques, so that future changes and improvements can be implemented easily."
"In 2005, avionics supplier, Honeywell, was reported to be talking to both Boeing and Airbus about fitting a device aimed at preventing a 9/11-style hijack. On 16 April 2003, Honeywell filed patent US7475851 B2, Method and apparatus for preventing an unauthorized flight of an aircraft. Airbus and BAE Systems, had been working on the project with Honeywell. Development sped up after the September 11, 2001 attacks."
"How often does an autopilot update the position of the ailerons (or any other control surface) during cruise? Per second, per minute, or something else? …. This is not only an Autopilot-specific question but also a design-specific question, which will be different based on the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and the Aircraft Specification. Usually in modern aircraft, the Autopilot sends commands to Flight Control System which then sends commands to Actuators and this progression of commands happens at different rates. This update rate could be, for example, 100 Hz (10 ms), 80 Hz (12.5 ms) or may be even slower or faster, depending on the flight control system of the aircraft. So, the command is not sent per second or minute, but rather 100's of commands per second, because commands to move the control surface are the most critical commands on an aircraft."

McConnell notes that Serco (the world's largest air traffic controller) processed a 2 millionth patent application for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in March 2013 giving it ample opportunities to transfer control of targeted aircraft to Clinton's Base One patent pool for a Black Hand wag of Honeywell dogs on MH Flight 370, MH Flight 17 and QZ Flight 8501.

Black Hand* – Navigators for Serco clients, including HSBC, with "Patent Rights to Track, Film and Kill" from the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537; The Master Mariners and The Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929, and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Choom Gang' Obama.

McConnell is launching a boycott campaign against the Bild Zeitung and the Daily Mail owners for their alleged libels of the late Andreaas Lubitz as the "amok-pilot" of Germanwings Flight 9525 after he (McConnell) had alerted FAA, ALPA, Sukhoi, Airbus and Boeing officials to Serco ad hoc way points, Clinton's Base-One GyroChip patents and the Black Hand navigators who have allegedly been wagging Honeywell's dogs at US7475851 B2.

"Boeing Honeywell Uninterruptible Autopilot .. is a set of sub-routines aimed at defeating attempts at aircraft hijacking by removing electrical power from an aircraft's flight deck, and irrevocably passing pilot authority to the autopilot and navigational computer for an automated landing at a safe airfield that can deal effectively with the incident. .. In 2005, avionics supplier, Honeywell, was reported to be talking to both Boeing and Airbus about fitting a device aimed at preventing a 9/11-style hijack. On 16 April 2003, Honeywell filed patent US7475851 B2, Method and apparatus for preventing an unauthorized flight of an aircraft. Airbus and BAE Systems, had been working on the project with Honeywell. Development sped up after the September 11, 2001 attacks… 1980–1999 Boeing and Honeywell along with Lockheed Martin developed the RQ-3 DarkStar unmanned aerial vehicle. The UAV's flight path could be modified en route from a remote location by up-linking new waypoints to the Darkstar's Flight management system. .. 1980 - 1984 Boeing and Honeywell developed and launched a digitally integrated flight management system that would automatically fly an aircraft along the best route according to an integrated flight database and flight cost routines.[4] New digital fly-by-wire aircraft incorporated glass cockpit systems which are essentially software driven. .. 1992 To maintain the United States' technological advantage, the Department of Defense co-funded Research and Development of technology for dual military / civilian use. Manufacturers could on-sell this technology to recoup its development costs. 1993 The purpose of the Technology Reinvestment Project (TRP) unveiled by the Clinton Administration was to promote integration of the commercial and military industrial bases, through dual-use technology investments. … 1995–2000 (AIMS-1) Honeywell and Boeing relocated all major flight control and navigational functions into an integrated flight management system. The new brains of the Boeing aircraft was the Airplane Information Management System (AIMS)[8] and the Integrated Air-data Inertial Reference System (ADIRS), which are both supplied by Honeywell. 2000 onwards (AIMS-2) At the heart of the 2000 upgrade was Honeywell’s Airplane Information Management System (AIMS) whereby the third redundant flight control computer was relocated into the AIMS with its own inaccessible secondary power supply.[9] This resulted in the AIMS flying the aircraft with flight control only augmented by the pilot, in other words, pilot input was no longer necessary. 2001 The US government lifted restrictions on GPS error insertions into the GPS and Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) signals meaning that aircraft could navigate using the DGPS signal. This facilitated the automated landing of aircraft controlled by the Boeing-Honeywell AIMS programming introduced a year earlier."

"Where in the world is Hillary Clinton's server? POSTED AT 2:01 PM ON MARCH 20, 2015 BY NOAH ROTHMAN ..
It was less than two weeks ago that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton assured the nation that her "homebrew" email server was safely secure in her home in Chappaqua, New York. She insisted that the hardware was fortified behind a locked door and had a Secret Service detail mentoring it night and day, as though the greatest security threat that system faced was via a physical attack by a team of cartoonish cat burglars…. Now, working with publicly available tools that map network connectivity, experts have established that the last "hop" before the mail server's Internet Protocol, or IP, address (listed as 64.94.172.146) is Internap's aggregator in Manhattan (listed as 216.52.95.10) [allegedly linked to the Serco/Base One war room in the Bronx]"

"From the early days of the Republic, Congress and the federal courts grappled with the government’s rights to own or use patents it issued. Courts rejected the British "Crown Rights" rule that allowed the sovereign to practice whatever patents it issued. Instead, the federal government was conceptualized as a legal person on par with any other persons with regard to issued patents. But, this simple rule presented challenges as complexities arose in three intertwined patent rights scenarios. The first involved inventions by government employees. The second revolved around government and government contractor use of patents held by private citizens. And the third involved inventions by federal contractors and their employees arising under federal funding. While these three scenarios seem quite distinct today, nineteenth and early twentieth century courts often treated them as overlapping. The confusion was not resolved until the mid-twentieth century when a combination of executive branch and Congressional legislation set the roots of current government patent policy. This Article reviews the history in detail and illuminates current government patent policy debate occurring through such seemingly diverse cases as Stanford v. Roche and Zoltek Corp. v. United States."

"President Obama meets with LDS Church leaders during Utah visit
POSTED 4:36 PM, APRIL 2, 2015, BY DAVID WELLS AND MARK GREEN, UPDATED AT 05:37PM, APRIL 2, 2015 SALT LAKE CITY — President Barack Obama met with leaders from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints during his first visit to Utah as president, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Thursday.

Prior to the meeting, Earnest spoke about the agenda.

"I know the president also is looking forward to the opportunity that he'll have to meet with some leaders in the LDS church who are in town for the conference there, so I know the president's looking forward to that opportunity," Earnest said in an interview with FOX 13.

"Obviously, we've got Christians all around the world who are celebrating Easter this weekend, and so it'll be a good time for him to spend a little time with the LDS leadership as well."

The topics under discussion reportedly included immigration and the LDS Church's long-history of humanitarian aid. According to LDS Church spokesman Eric Hawkins, President Obama met with "President Henry B. Eyring, President Dieter F. Uchtdorf, Elder L. Tom Perry and Elder D. Todd Christofferson."

Hawkins stated that LDS Church President Thomas Monson did not attend, as he is saving his strength for the LDS Church's semi-annual General Conference, which begins this weekend.

Hawkins stated: "President Monson remembers fondly his visit to the White House to present President Obama with his personal family history in 2009. Because of the need to preserve his strength for this weekend's General Conference, it was felt that the logistics of meeting away from Church offices, with the walking and the waiting periods associated with a presidential visit, would regrettably not be conducive to President Monson's participation."

This was not Obama's first meeting with LDS leaders. Dieter F. Uchtdorf, Second Counselor of the First Presidency of the LDS Church, was among the religious leaders from various denominations who spent time with Obama in the Oval Office in April 2014 to give their input on immigration reform.

First Lady Michelle Obama has also met with LDS church leaders. Michelle Obama visited the LDS church’s headquarters in February 2008 on behalf of her husband, who was campaigning for his first presidential bid at the time. Michelle Obama met with Elders Quentin L. Cook and M. Russell Ballard during her visit at LDS church headquarters."
