#2333: Marine Links Serco Crimewatch Clock To Clinton Base-One Onion Router, Hyman Black-Hand Dando Hit

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco's use of the NPL clock to synchronize real and/or simulated episodes of the BBC's Crimewatch show to onion router server set up in the Clinton home in Chappaqua, NY by Base One Technologies and the as-yet unidentified tagged offenders apparently hired by former Serco CEO Christopher Hyman for the Black Hand* contract hit of the former Crimewatch presenter Jill Dando.

"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 .. During that period under Serco's management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK's economy and industry .. .. NPL’s caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency [Flash Crash] trading in the City through NPLTime."

"Serco chief quits before investigation into electronic tagging charges Chris Hyman says he is leaving the services company because it is the best way to mend relationship with UK government. The boss of government outsourcing group Serco quit to allow a new boss to be appointed from outside the troubled company. Serco is scrambling to restore its reputation following a series of debacles ranging from failing to provide enough doctors in Cornwall to charging the government for electronic tags on dead prisoners."
"The Serco chief Christopher Hyman is unusual for his values of doing business, with staff and customers coming first and profit last .. With almost 48,000 people helping to service 600 largely public-sector contracts around the world, Serco is probably the biggest company you've never heard of. .. He then worked for Arthur Andersen in South Africa until he won an 18-month exchange with Ernst & Young, which brought him to Britain. ..His switch to Serco in 1994 felt like a coming home.. Hyman's life changed when he found himself in the World Trade Centre on 9/11 [A 44th Floor presentation to Black Hand shareholders including drug-hub banker HSBC and Her Majesty's Government].
"City A.M. Outsourcing firm Serco has finally received some good news .. After being asked last year to conduct an investigation into whether Serco staff had been misleadingly recording [tagged] prisoners as ready for court when they were not, the Crown Prosecution Service has accepted the view of the City of London Police and put Serco in the clear."
"Hillary wiped her server clean: As NBC's Kristen Welker reported over the weekend, the top Republican investigating the 2012 Benghazi attack, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), revealed""
"Serco's Office of Partner Relations (OPR) helps facilitate our aggressive small business utilization and growth strategies. Through the OPR, Serco [and its drug hub banker HSBC] mentors four local small businesses under formal Mentor Protégé Agreements: Three sponsored by DHS (Base One Technologies, TSymmetry, Inc., and HeiTech Services, Inc.,) and the fourth sponsored by GSA (DKW Communications, Inc.). Serco and HeiTech Services were awarded the 2007 DHS Mentor Protégé Team Award for exceeding our mentoring goals."
"Dark web ethnographic method Because this is an ethnography of a dark web SNS, there were several methodological challenges. The dark web is different from the “clear web” in important ways. The dark web is part of the Internet that cannot be accessed by mainstream software.1 It includes hidden sites that end in ".onion" or ".i2p" or other Top-Level Domain names only available through modified browsers or special software. Accessing I2P sites requires a special routing program. Accessing non-mainstream Top-Level Domains through OpenNIC requires the user to change the DNS server addresses on his or her router. Accessing .onion sites requires Tor (for a tutorial on Tor and .onions, see Hoffman (2012)). Moreover, those who run dark websites that end in .onion are able to hide their identities and locations from most, if not all."
McConnell claims Serco's Hyman re-assigned the U.S Naval Research Lab onion-router patents to his Base One protégé in New Rochelle, NY and used the NPL clock to synchronize the operation of Clinton Family honeypots with Black Hand hits of whistleblowers such as Ms. Dando to the centuries-old drug and weapons trades out of the City of London.

Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Down Low' Obama.

While in London, England on Saturday, 11 April, 2015, Field McConnell was urged by a publisher to write his life story and his book, "Honor Thy Parents" will be available on Amazon.com by 11 September, 2015.

A LEFT-HANDED hitman murdered Jill Dando 15 years ago this weekend, police believe.
By DON HALE PUBLISHED: 00:01, Sun, Apr 27, 2014 | UPDATED: 10:30, Mon, Jan 26, 2015 The Crimewatch presenter was gunned down, aged 37, as she returned to her home in Fulham, west London. .. Theories about the killing range from a Serbian warlord, angry that she made a TV appeal on behalf of Kosovan refugees, to British underworld enforcers furious at her Crimewatch investigations. Dando had received death threats before her murder on April 26, 1999, and the BBC was on lock down, with armed guards patrolling Television Centre in London. .. A former senior Metropolitan Police officer He added: “Jill had received death threats before over Crimewatch. She rattled a few cages and upset some heavy-duty people.” Dando was preparing a programme about Britain’s mobsters, the source added.  She was also investigating the death of her friend, Chelsea vice-chairman Matthew Harding, who was killed in a helicopter crash. .. "The strange thing is that Matthew Harding was also a close friend of Irish journalist Veronica Guerin, who was also shot dead a few months before Matthew's death. .. During the investigation to trace the gun used in the killing, one Merseyside underworld figure said: “I knew there was a contract out on her. I think it came from Scotland.""

"The Serco chief Christopher Hyman is unusual for his values of doing business, with staff and customers coming first and profit last .. Have you recently travelled on a train in northern England? Or on London's Docklands Light Railway? Or perhaps been caught by a speed camera?

If the answer to any of these questions was yes - or you have spent any time in custody or the armed forces -chances are you have dealt with the support services company Serco. With almost 48,000 people helping to service 600 largely public-sector contracts around the world, Serco is probably the biggest company you've never heard of.

Next Wednesday, the company's ambitious young chief executive, Christopher Rajendran Hyman, is expected to announce a strong set of results with a bumper £13bn order book. In the past six years Serco has doubled its turnover to an estimated £2bn a year and almost trebled its profits to about £100m after benefiting from the switch from public to private sector.

Hyman became one of a handful of non-whites to study at his university. He then worked for Arthur Andersen in South Africa until he won an 18-month exchange with Ernst & Young, which brought him to Britain. After four months, the accountancy firm gave the hard-working young man a permanent job. His switch to Serco in 1994 felt like a coming home and he tells a story of the boss's wife helping out when his own wife had a disabling migraine.
..

Hyman's life changed when he found himself in the World Trade Centre on 9/11. He does not want much of this "traumatic" experience to appear in print but admits it made him, a workaholic who sleeps for only a few hours a night, want to spend more time with his family. "I decided to do things that previously I'd thought a bit naff, like taking my wife's birthday off to go shopping. I mean, how naff is that?"

"City A.M. Outsourcing firm Serco has finally received some good news after a disastrous year.
After being asked last year to conduct an investigation into whether Serco staff had been misleadingly recording prisoners as ready for court when they were not, the Crown Prosecution Service has accepted the view of the City of London Police and put Serco in the clear.

No charges will be brought against Serco or their staff. It was also found that the information gathered for the City of London Police was sound enough to conclude that there was "no evidence of any corporate-wide conspiracy or an intention to falsify figures to meet the DRACT contract requirement by senior Serco management or at the board level of the company".

The City of London Police will not be continuing their investigation. The controversy began after the police were asked to investigate allegations of fraud at the FTSE 250 company over a £285m prison contract with the ministry of Justice last year.”

"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 Serco said goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. During that period under Serco's management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK’s economy and industry. Some of the key achievements during that time have been: ..  It has been estimated that [scams] carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit over the next decade. ..  NPL's caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency trading in the City through NPLTime."

"Hillary wiped her server clean: As NBC's Kristen Welker reported over the weekend, the top Republican investigating the 2012 Benghazi attack, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), revealed that Hillary Clinton had wiped her server clean of her emails. "Clinton's attorney, David Kendall, said Gowdy was looking in the wrong place," the AP says. "In a six-page letter released late Friday, Kendall said Clinton had turned over to the State Department all work-related emails sent or received during her tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013. 'The Department of State is therefore in possession of all Secretary Clinton's work-related emails from the (personal email) account,' Kendall wrote." Here’s the "Meet the Press" discussion over the Clinton emails."

"Super Serco bulldozes ahead By DAILY MAIL REPORTER  UPDATED: 23:00 GMT, 1 September 2004 SERCO has come a long way since the 1960s when it ran the 'four-minute warning' system to alert the nation to a ballistic missile attack. Today its £10.3bn order book is bigger than many countries' defence budgets. It is bidding for a further £8bn worth of contracts and sees £16bn of 'opportunities'. … Serco runs the Docklands Light Railway, five UK prisons, airport radar and forest bulldozers in Florida. Chairman Kevin Beeston said: 'We have virtually no debt and more than 600 contracts.' The shares, 672p four years ago, rose 8 1/4p to 207 1/4p, valuing Serco at £880m or nearly 17 times earnings. Michael Morris, at broker Arbuthnot, says they are 'a play on UK government spend' which is rising fast."

"Onion routing network for securely moving data through communication networks
US 6266704 B1
ABSTRACT The onion routing network is used to protect Internet initiators and responders against both eavesdropping and traffic analysis from other users of the Internet. In the onion routing of the invention, instead of making connections directly to a responding machine, users make connections through onion routers. The onion routing network allows the connection between the initiator and responder to remain anonymous. Anonymous connections hide who is connected to whom and for what purpose from outside eavesdroppers."

"The best security: A trip through The Onion Router How TOR works. Courtesy TOR Project. Published: April 24, 2013, 11:38 am .. Before the Internet, people flocked to secret and well-hidden underground markets to purchase either illegal or morally questionable items. With the birth of the Internet, unlimited access to these items from around the world became a reality. The issue was creating a tunnel to transfer anything from heroin to full libraries of downloaded books, from one part of the world to the next securely and secretly. Enter Tor. The U.S Naval Research Lab created Tor, or The Onion Router, as an experiment in 1996. The lab has been studying different methods of carrying out anonymous communication between governments for years. The result was the original Tor network. .. Perhaps what Tor has become most well known for, though, is the Silk Road. Run by an anonymous individual who refers to themselves only as the Dread Pirate Roberts, the Silk Road is a highly illegal and highly profitable passageway for very illegal items. Buyers can purchase pounds of heroin or an arsenal and have it delivered to their home without leaving a trace. Discussions take place on a huge number of Tor forums daily between drug dealers from around the world discussing the latest trends and their future purchases. .. It may have been underground at one point, but it is no longer just a whisper in the dark forums of the Internet's underbelly. It's become a tool for activists, hackers, drug dealers, and curious minds. It's the beginning of a line of networks that will become commonplace very soon. .. © COPYRIGHT - POSTMEDIA NEWS"
