Charlotte's Web: Airborne Internet built for FAA's Charlotte Bryan

In 1994, Federal Aviation Adminsitration security officer Charlotte Bryan began developing a "Hazardous-Passenger Bomb" [Hapabomb?] to provide plausible denial for the contract killing of the enemies of Bill and Hillary Clinton, their financial backers, the self-styled Global Custodians [Google Arkancide] and certain members of the Senior Executive Service.

To provide wireless links to the Hapabombs, Charlotte Bryan procured an airborne internet (Charlotte's Web) from David Emerson and a British Columbia company by the name of MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates (MDA).

Emerson and MDA provided the C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computer) Systems technologies needed to remotely monitor targets in passenger cabins, remotely control aircraft through decoy-and-drone maneuvers and remotely detonate the Hapabomb explosives or incendiaries.

Emerson supplied public-key (digital signature and encryption capabilities) escrow services to the Canadian and American Investors (CAI) private equity group where he is now the senior consultant. Carlyle Canada and CAI, which allegedly operate Charlotte's Web airborne internet, use it to provide a racketeering escrow service for sponsors of the FAA catastrophe bond bombs. Emerson helped CAI insiders conceal cellar boxing (a form of naked short selling securities fraud), cat bond frauds and the contract killing on 9/11 of hazardous passengers at FC-KU crime scenes (see NOTES below).

Charlotte Bryan and others in the Senior Executive Service began a test program for the destruction of planes carrying hazardous passengers with the destrictuction of the plane carrying Commerce Secretary Ron Brown who threatened to expose the Clintons' treasonous transfer of military secrets to the Communist Chinese leaders. Also killed were Stuart Tholan, president of the Bechtel unit overseeing Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southwest Asia—Bechtel engineering company is one of the biggest Pentagon contractors in the United States—and Leonard Pieroni, the CEO of Parsons Corp—one of the world's biggest international engineering and construction corporations.

In a cover your ass (CYA) maneuver for the Clintons, Charlotte Bryan arranged that the actual act of destruction—the detonation of the Hapabomb—would be triggered when a CO2 sensor signal from the cabin indicated a violation of the FAA’s revised cap for safe concentrations of CO2.

In order to legitimize the use of Charlotte's Web for the ‘automated’ or ‘automatic’ murder of high-value targets (HVTs) in any selected passenger plane, Charlotte Bryan had the CO2 cap for non-hazardous(?) life in the cabin lowered from 30,000 ppm to 5,000 ppm.

Recently, in Copenhagen, Charlotte Bryan and her co-conspirators wanted the hazardous cap lowered even further from the FAA’s 5,000 ppm rule to the Obama administration's 350 ppm rule, thereby permitting the elimination of all passengers in any selected plane.

Hawks CAFE believes that on 9/11, the Senior Executive Service used Charlotte’s Canadian Web to coordinate the lockouts of the USAF and other ‘blue-team’ defenders during a bogus Global Guardian war game.

Our KSM agents have evidence that on 9/11, Charlotte’s Web command signals were used to lock passengers out of the American Airlines Flight 77 cockpit, pump in CO2 to render pilot Chic Burlingame unconscious and trigger the bogus decoy and drone maneuvers which set up various FC-KU crime scenes at the Pentagon's U.S. Naval Command Center.

Our KSM agents have evidence that Mr. Emerson and Charlotte Bryan's associates used Charlotte's Web to simulate (?) a bombing attack on Christmas Day over Canadian air space as a warning to political leaders of what may happen at the Vancouver Olympics if they fail to support Barack Obama's 350 rule in atmospheric CO2.

NOTES: Hazardous passengers at FC-KU crime scenes are victims or potential victims who gather at places where Femme Comp Inc uses KU-band and C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) technologies to monitor for violations of the FAA’s safety cap of 5,000 ppm in CO2 prior to having them killed to stop the violation. FC-KU crime-scene managers move hit team/victim assets including snuff-film cameras and payments through Charlotte's Web, a secure e-tunnel into Northwestern University Transportation Center (1954). FC-KU victims are ‘herded’ by crowd-dynamics expert Professor Hani Mahmassani. FC-KU crime scenes are linked by patented CO2e-Fannie Mae gas chambers and virtual private networks built by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Kristine ‘S.E.S.’ Marcy and Kellogg School of Management.

Bill Clinton appointed Ron Brown Commerce Secretary, partly as a reward for Ron Brown's success as a campaign fund raiser. From day one, allegations surrounded the exact means and methods by which this success was attained. Investigations into Ron Brown's activities (his son would later plead guilty to money laundering) were nearing the point of indictments, and Ron Brown had publicly stated that he would not go to jail alone, when the airplane carrying Ron Brown and about 30 other people crashed in Bosnia.

It is worth noting that Ron Brown was just one of four Clinton campaign fund raisers to die under questionable circumstances. The others were C. Victor Raiser II, Hershel Friday, and Ed Willey, a total of three plane crashes and one “Fosterization”. Following Brown's demise, his personal attorney as well as a co-worker at the Department of Commerce, Barbara Wise also died under questionable circumstances. As in the case of yet another “suddenly dead” member of the Clinton administration, Vincent Foster,  Ron Brown's office was ransacked for files by Commerce staff immediately after his death.
