#2228: Marine Links Dishonourable Black Hand City To Serco Hebdo Snuff Film, White Van Red-Switch Hack

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the City of London's Dishonourable* Black-Hand Crime-Scene Captains to a live 7/1 broadcast of a Serco-Hebdo snuff film through an apparent hack of the Defense Red Switch Network by the occupants of a white Rent A Car (?!) van parked on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir.

Dishonourables* - Abel Danger term for captains in the four livery companies with a long-established Black Hand "License to Kill, Extort and Bribe" namely; The City of London’s Honourable Artillery Company 1527; Master Mariners 1928 and Air Pilots 1929 and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638.

McConnell believes that Serco Red Switch operatives and Black Hand City Dishonourables used the same hack-and-send M.O. by parking highly-modified white vans near the 7/1, 7/7 and 9/11 crime scenes to synchronize the movement of snuff-film cameras and weapons for the transmission of back-hauled money shot over the Red Switch Network.

McConnell notes that the City of London Police have just dropped a year-long investigation into Serco's electronic-tagging frauds which had allowed the City's Black Hand Dishonourables to track foreign actors and snuff-film crews through the crime sense of 9/11, 7/7 and 7/1 and return tagged offenders to jail – in any participating jurisdiction – with not-quite-perfect alibis.

McConnell notes that Serco – through its National Visa Center database operations since 1994 – would had a complete profile on the Hebdo suspects, Cherif Kouachi, 32, and his brother, Said, 34, and was therefore perfectly placed to supply City Dishonourables with the tagged actors they needed for the live transmission of a Wag the The Dog snuff film from Boulevard Richard-Lenoir (Richard The Black!) over the Red Switch Network to the Mainstream Media (MSM) on 7/1!

McConnell alleges Serco has built a van-mounted system for the City and its Black Hand crime scene captains to link Watchkeeper image processing with Boeing Red Switch C4I so that Obama’s aide Valerie Jarrett can decide which "Wag the Dog" images will be seen by the public. McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that the City's Dishonourable Black-Hand Crime-Scene Captains generated a live 7/1 broadcast of a Serco-Hebdo snuff film by hacking the Red Switch Network from a white Rent A Car van parked on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir.

"Charlie Hebdo shooting: At least 12 killed as shots fired at satirical magazine's Paris office …

One witness to Wednesday's shooting, Gilles Boulanger, who works in the same building as the Charlie Hebdo offices, likened the scene to a war zone.

He told the BBC: "A neighbour called to warn me that there were armed men in the building and that we had to shut all the doors.

"And several minutes later there were several shots heard in the building from automatic weapons firing in all directions.

"So then we looked out of the window and saw the shooting was on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir, with the police. It was really upsetting. You'd think it was a war zone."

Another witness, Benoit Bringer, told TV station France Info: "We heard shouting in the street. We saw hooded men carrying Kalashnikovs enter the building. We called the police. After a few minutes we heard heavy firing, a lot of firing. We went upstairs onto the roof.

"After about 10 minutes we saw two armed men come out into the street. Three policemen arrived on bikes but had to leave because the men were armed. There was a lot more shouting in the street, a lot more gunshots. The attackers took off in a car."

David Cameron led the British response to the unfolding incident, condemning the attack on Twitter.

Two suspects in Charlie Hebdo shooting located in Picardy: reports MarketWatch

The two brothers wanted in the terror attack on a French weekly that killed 12 people Wednesday had long been viewed by U.S. officials as potential terror suspects, prompting them to be placed on a “no fly” list that banned them from boarding commercial aircraft into and out of the United States, U.S. counterterrorism sources told Yahoo News.

Cherif Kouachi, 32, and his brother, Said, 34, had both been entered into the U.S. government's Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE) system — a classified master database with more than 1 million names of individuals suspected of possible terror ties.

But the sources said information about the Kouachis was viewed as serious enough for their names to be forwarded to the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center for entry onto a number of government watch lists. The Kouachis were then placed on the "no fly" list — the most restrictive of the lists, with about 47,000 names.

A person placed on that list is viewed as a "threat to civil aviation or national security," a U.S. official said. The official declined to say precisely when the Kouachis were placed on the list other than that they had been on it "for years."

U.S. officials also declined Thursday to say what information prompted the watch-listing. But, according to press reports, Cherif Kouachi came to the attention of French authorities as early as 2005 when he was arrested in connection with a case involving Farid Benyettou, a radical preacher who gave sermons calling for jihad in Iraq.

Kouachi was brought to trial in 2008; according to trial testimony, he had become radicalized by the U.S. invasion of Iraq and the later images of detainee mistreatment in Abu Ghraib prison. He was convicted and given a three-year sentence for being involved in a network that recruited young French Muslims to fight in Iraq, but was then released because of the time he spent in pretrial detention."

"Trainbands were companies of militia in England or the Americas, first organized in the 16th century and dissolved in the 18th. The term was used after this time to describe the London militia. In the early American colonies the trainband was the most basic tactical unit. However, no standard company size ever existed and variations were wide. As population grew these companies were organized into regiments to allow better management. But trainbands were not combat units. Generally, upon reaching a certain age a man was required to join the local trainband in which he received periodic training for the next couple of decades. In wartime military forces were formed by selecting men from trainbands on an individual basis and then forming them into a fighting unit.

The exact derivation and usage is not clear. A nineteenth-century dictionary says, under "Train":

"train-band, i.e. train'd band, a band of trained men, Cowper, Joh Gilpin, st. I, and used by Dryden and Clarendon (Todd)" — Skeat's Etymological Dictionary of the English Language (Oxford 1879)

The issue is whether the men "received training" in the modern sense, or whether they were "in the train" or retinue or were otherwise organized around a military "train" as in horse-drawn artillery.

In 17th Century New England colonial militia units were usually referred to as "train bands" or, sometimes, "trained bands". Typically, each town would elect three officers to lead its train band with the ranks of captain, lieutenant and ensign. As the populations of towns varied widely, larger towns usually had more than one train band. In the middle 1600s train bands began to be referred to as companies.

On December 13, 1636 the Massachusetts Militia was organized into three regiments - North, South and East. As there are National Guard units descendants of these regiments, this date is used as the "birthday" of the National Guard, despite the fact that citizen militias in the American Colonies date back to the Jamestown Colony in 1607."

"The Watchkeeper UAV provides the UK armed forces with intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) capability. In July 2004, the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced that Thales UK had been selected as the preferred bidder for the Watchkeeper tactical unmanned air vehicle (TUAV) system.

In August 2005, Thales UK was awarded the contract for the development, manufacture and initial support (DMIS) phases of the Watchkeeper programme. 54 Watchkeeper UAV systems were ordered for delviery to the British Army. Watchkeeper is a tactical system that will be operated in theatre by the British Army Royal Artillery.

Watchkeeper UAV system development

Thales UK's Watchkeeper proposal included a large UAV and a smaller UAV, support equipment and ground stations. The MoD has decided that a single UAV solution is more cost effective and only the larger WK450 UAV will be developed.

The air vehicle is capable of carrying a range of sensors including day and night cameras and surveillance radars.

Two WK450 air vehicles are able to operate in tandem, with the second acting as a communications relay. The ground control station is network enabled to ensure comprehensive communications links, for example to airborne stand-off radar, attack aircraft and battlegroup headquarters. …

Boeing was selected as a team member to support UK and US interoperability and to play a role in technology and upgrades during the life of the Watchkeeper programme. Watchkeeper is capable of being deployed with partners in NATO, Europe and USA.

Watchkeeper is capable of full integration with both the US network-centric warfare (US NCW) and the UK network-enabled capability (UK NEC). The use of NATO standard data links and international standards for image data transfer contribute to system interoperability."

"Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN’s unique locations. Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise.

In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco's team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN

"Police drops investigation into Serco's prisoner transport ... www.independent.co.uk › News › Business › Business News Dec 19, 2014 - The City of London Police has dropped a year-long investigation into ... said it had "become very clear there has been a culture within parts of Serco that ... last year for ripping off the taxpayer on the electronic-tagging contract, ..."

"The Ministry of Defence is under pressure to rebuff the attempt of one of Britain's biggest companies to take over the £14bn agency that buys the armed forces' missiles and submarines in the wake of the electronic tagging scandal.

Serco, the outsourcing group which runs a host of services for the Government, including immigration and community health centres, is under fire after an audit discovered the taxpayer had been overcharged by £50m for monitoring non-existent electronic tags. They had been assigned to deceased offenders and those who were back in custody.

G4S, the security giant that failed to supply enough guards for the Olympic Games, is also implicated and is being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office. Both companies' lucrative public sector contracts are being reviewed by the Cabinet Office. It has raised questions about Serco's suitability for one major forthcoming contract, the effective privatisation of the Defence Equipment & Support agency. This reform, designed to help the MoD get better value for money when it buys battle gear and satellites, is unparalleled globally and has been heavily criticised."

"Blogger claims 'Black Hand' plot in missing AirAsia QZ8501 Published: 30 December 2014
Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called 'Black Hand'. – Reuters pic, December 30, 2014.Conspiracy claims have emerged surrounding the disappearance of AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ8501, which went missing on Sunday, with a Chinese blogger saying it was the work of a shadowy group called "Black Hand".

UK paper The Daily Mail has reported the blogger saying that the same group was also responsible for making Malaysia Airlines MH370 disappear and the shooting down of MH17 in Ukraine.

His claims have started a storm of speculation online, more so because he had said that the Black Hand group would next target an AirAsia flight, almost two weeks before QZ8501 vanished.

In one comment on December 15, which has been loosely translated by a Reddit member, the blogger apparently warns: "Black hand has hijacked and shot down MH370 and MH17.

"This has pretty much killed the sixth largest airline: Malaysian airline.

"Now the black hand are targeting AirAsia to ruin this airline cause it too belong to Malaysia.

"Given how powerful the black hand are I suggest that all Chinese thinking about traveling to avoid AirAsia, so that you don't disappear like those on MH370."

Black Hand is a term used as a metaphor for a covert organisation or underground group.

The Daily Mail reported that a Reddit user suggested that the translation should read "International big black hand" which was more of a reference to an "international bully".

Social media users have called the blogger a "conspiracy nut," while others accused him of being crazy.

Since QZ8501 vanished while en route from Surabaya to Singapore Sunday morning, many took to social media expressing shock at the prediction and speculated that the man could be a Chinese intelligence official or a hacker.

There were no Chinese nationals on board QZ8501 unlike on MH370, which was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 7. The blogger's account became inactive after December 17. – December 30, 2014"
