Editor's note: ...James Earl Ray was picked up in Montreal, Canada at the Neptune Tavern, at 121 West Commissioners Street by his handler, Raoul (later gave Ray $2,000 to buy the Mustang car), probably some intelligence agency, the FBI, maybe even a US military operative, with Ray being vectored into Memphis and used as the patsy in Martin Luther King's murder on April 4, 1968. The Civil Rights Bill of 1968 lost all of its steam in the US Congress during March, 1968. Knowledgable Black Americans saw right through the bill and both whites and blacks clearly did not want this legislation. Suddenly, King is murdered and six days later the Civil Rights Bill of 1968 is passed through the US House 249 to 171. The merchant warlocks removed King, federal credit expanded exponentially sucking billions into usurious witchcraft contracts, local police became federalized (American flag on their sleeves) while Black communities were chained to perversion and disrespect, drug dependency, domestic bloodshed, economic misery leaving abysmally ignorant Blacks to their own failures. The lying political rulers and wicked psychopaths (see political ponerology) gave America Martin Luther King Day to mock you while Blacks in America's inner cities today are gunning each other down...
