The serious stuff goes to China

Editor's note: Why were these construction workers in Arizona working on the new $40 billion TSMC (the "tool shed of the 4th Industrial Revolution") fab facility hit with pay cuts? There are claims TSMC in Taiwan sent employees to the facility being manufactured in Arizona to speed up production. An intersting circumspection: Did TSMC agree with US demands only to blow off sinking $40 billion in this fab facility of Arizona when demand will be far greater in China? Apparently, TSMC did not receive the subsidies they were told would be provided to them by manufacturing this fab facility in Arizona. Fine, give the US a new $40 billion TSMC fab facility to appease their domestic market but the serious stuff and the international market goes to China.
