Editor's note: Kahl is the guy apparently calling the shots for more loot and weapons for Ukraine including what was previously banned cluster munitions. The Ukrainian military has been shelling civilians, torturing them, shooting civilians randomly, hiding behind them in civilian infrastructure to avoid Russian shelling and dropping butterfly mines all over Donbass. Civilian-populated areas have been paying the price for this. And now the world is supposed to believe the UK proxies in Kiev won't use these cluster munitions on civilian-populated areas? The Pentagon is pretending to believe Kiev while Ukraine continues pretending. Apparently for the Pentagon and Kahl, "killing civilians is far less important than allowing Russia to win." Along with Sullivan, the Pentagon and now Kahl, these people are criminally insane. If these cluster munitions are in fact sent to Ukraine, it is not clear how they will be deployed and even is they are it will thoroughly piss off the Russians. It is bad enough the Russians are killing Ukrainian soldiers wholesale and that is no exaggeration. Doesn't Kahl with those eye glasses look like some throw back to Robert McNamara? Remember the previous White House spokesperson Pasaki who called cluster munitions "war crimes?" Aren't we dealing with some very disturbed people?
