BlackRock, Smart Cities and Post War Ukraine

Editor's note: Sometimes circumstances force a rethinking and in this case Russia's "special military operation" (SMO) into Ukraine to "de-Nazify" the place. Russian Aerospace Forces have demolished infrastructure in Ukraine as well as western supplies of junk military equipment. Ukraine will now require large infrastructure rebuilding projects including thousands of destroyed electric power transformers. Even though 50 percent of the attendees to Davos (Klaus Schwab at the WEF is a distraction) this year have cancelled their attendance, Ukraine's Zelensky will apparently attend or join a virtual meeting to announce his signing a postwar agreement with BlackRock for loans. BlackRock launched several ETFs for investments in smart city infrastructure construction. Fink's BlackRock announced Russia's invasion has "put an end to globalization" but here we see BlackRock preparing to invest in postwar Ukraine. Maybe if the UN and other globalist organizations "foresee a smarter and greener future" for Ukraine, it will fist have to be destroyed. At this point, it is important to ask what are Russia's options in Ukraine? The first smart city planned for Ukraine is in the far west region in Lviv. A city very unlikely to be of interest to Russia.
