Editor's note: In regards to the reference to the 19 hijackers in the below material: The hijackers utilized during the flying events of September 11, 2001 didn't participate to "complete the attack." The 19 "hijackers" were rolled into the flying events of 9/11 as an intelligence op to create the necessary "terrorist attack" narrative as "Islamic hijackers." In the case of In-Q-Tel (IQT) being a "not-for-profit," that is a bit misleading. In-Q-Tel receives both government money and private equity investment funds. The founder of In-Q-Tel, Norman R. Augustine, served as chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin. If there was a single corporation that could be described as being closely connected to the "deep state" (a "supranational deep state" first outlined by Prof. Peter Dale Scott) it would be Lockheed Martin. Both Lockheed Martin and In-Q-Tel invest in the same space-based technologies. These people connected to the intelligence agencies and the Pentagon won't do a thing unless they first evaluate what is in it for themselves financially.

* Dov Zakheim's purchase of 2 military jets early in 2001, and his company, Systems Planning Corporation, which specialized in reinforcing and retrofitting military jets for specific purposes. Dov Zakheim's unique position as a high-ranking IZRLi and at once the Comptroller of the Pentagon in 2001 - AND a member of the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) Jewish group that had called for "a new Pearl Harbor" attack against the US in the late 1990s.
