Expanding Trade Capabilities Through the Northern Arctic Sea Route

Editor's note: Russia launches the Yakutia icebreaker to cut swaths through the ice in the Arctic for northern trade. It is Russia's backyard so why wouldn't Russia "seek dominance?" Hard to accept for most in the west, but Russia is working to enhance free and peaceful global trade. Russia is building a fleet of nuclear icebreakers to do this while the west builds weapons and munitions. The west is in a jungle of their own making because Russia certainly isn't.
