At the same time, the fund is closely connected to the main contractors of the US Department of Defense, including Metabiota, which, along with Black & Veatch is the main supplier of equipment for Pentagon biological laboratories around the world.
The scale of the program is impressive. In addition to the DoD, the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the George Soros Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are directly involved in its implementation.
Scientific supervision is carried out by leading research organizations, including the US National Laboratory in Los Alamos, which develops nuclear weapons as part of the Manhattan Project.
All this activity is carried out under the full control of the Pentagon.

There is more than enough evidence, archived reports and information showing overwhelmingly that USAID is the CIA. The CIA is a plethora of front companies acting in behalf of the CIA. But The infiltration of the US corporate government by the CIA with its front companies is a cancer that has spread throughout the federal government killing its host.
Really, everyone involved knew about it and the FBI covered it all up so who cares about this anymore?

What the hell is going on here? Why is the US doing this to further antagonize the circumstances in Ukraine? Are those responsible in the US for sending this equipment doing this as a pretext to set Russia up in a false flag bioweapons or chemical attack? Remember that Jen Psaki who is apparently stepping down was at the Pentagon.
