Guatemalans Upset the Covid Injection Tea Party

Editor's note: These Guatemalans are definitely anti-science. So much so they destroyed vials of Covid injections, flattened the tires on the vehicles of the injection brigade, appropriated refrigerators and have threatened the Covid injection brigade with death. Is this the best way to handle the Covid injection-pushing psychopaths? Who knows but this damn sure worked. What we learned is, if you are going to maim people, don't try that shit in the villages.

Anti-vaccine villagers hold nurses hostage, destroy doses in Guatemala

A group of anti-vaccine villagers in Guatemala held a team of nurses hostage for several hours Monday after the health care workers arrived to administer COVID-19 vaccines.

The team was held for about seven hours in the village of Nahuila, north of Guatemala City. The villagers blocked the road and later let the air out of their tires.

A cooler and about 50 doses of vaccine were destroyed in the incident, as well.

Police and local officials later negotiated their release.

Gabriel Sandoval, the director of the local health department, said it was the first time such an incident occurred.

"Other communities have refused, but what they usually do is draw up papers saying we went to offer to vaccinate them, and they take responsibility for refusing it," Sandoval said.

"This was bound to happen," he said. "A lot of people don't believe [not very scientific is it?] in the illness. There is a clash of cultures."

Guatemala has reported 566,636 confirmed cases and 13,750 deaths from COVID-19. [if you believe this you definitely deserve to be injected including with yearly boosters]
