At the same time in China its 3:00 PM the clock 12hr difference between DC and Beijing. The Senate recognizes Senator Schumer, (being respectful to his overlords by holding the vote until the dead of night in America while while the spider watched; this was Friday afternoon in Beijing so "Xi" could personally monitor the progress). Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) brought the "For The People Act", a bill forward for a unanimous consent passage.
Critics correctly say this 'Act' amounts to a federal takeover of elections, after the Senate had concluded 15 hours of amendment votes on the $3.5 trillion budget resolution. It is certain that he and 'Xi's" hope for unanimous consent in an nearly empty chamber...In the dead of night...could prevail.
But while you were sleeping Senator Ted Cruz was wide awake. It only requires one objection by another senator to stop this kind of trick. In a roughly 15-minute back-and-forth, Cruz tanked Schumer’s attempt to force the election bill through the Senate. Cruz blasted the bill in remarks on the Senate floor:

Why the dead of night? The timing is the key. By orchestrating a live broadcast in Beijing at the same time as on the US Senate this latest asymmetric warfare tactic waged on the us by the DNCCCP, (this time by ...the actual infiltrators...Schumer - McConnell et. al.,) was for only one target...to build and maintain a Chavez/Maduro manufactured election system to NEVER LOSE. The DNCCCP must be worried about the election rigging being exposed to pull this kind of stunt. This is why:
Their scheme was to get this bill passed to steal federal control of the elections from the states put into place in the middle of the night, And once this federal / state / tyrannical / tech guild / dictatorial power is in their hands...
IMMEDIATELY shut down all forensic audits happening in the states.
They must be very very pissed off.

This quote is probably distilled from a speech the utilitarian philosopher John Stuart Mill an 1867 at the University of St. Andrews and stated:
"Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part, and forms no opinion. Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing. He is not a good man who, without a protest, allows wrong to be committed in his name, and with the means which he helps to supply, because he will not trouble himself to use his mind on the subject."
IN as much as I want to make this a very serious article about a real situation unfolding in the dead of night...time to level set...
