UK's new defense doctrine is something it cannot achieve

A document released by the British Ministry of Defence, titled "Defence in a competitive age", identifies Moscow as its main threat and states that London intends to increase its presence around Russia – specifically in the Black Sea, the Arctic, the Baltic Sea and the Western Balkans. The United Kingdom also plans to invest significant funds into new military equipment so that soldiers can adapt to "the new threat." The document acknowledges Britain’s awareness of multipolarity, but also its intentions to still challenge Russia while opening a path of cooperation with China.

A document released by the British Ministry of Defence, titled "Defence in a competitive age", identifies Moscow as its main threat and states that London intends to increase its presence around Russia – specifically in the Black Sea, the Arctic, the Baltic Sea and the Western Balkans. The United Kingdom also plans to invest significant funds into new military equipment so that soldiers can adapt to "the new threat." The document acknowledges Britain’s awareness of multipolarity, but also its intentions to still challenge Russia while opening a path of cooperation with China.
The British Strategy for the Western Balkans is mentioned more than any other region in the document, suggesting they want more influence there. However, it is inconceivable that they will be able to bolster their forces in the region. Instead, it is more likely that Britain could be more involved in so-called cyber war. The document has a large part dedicated to cyberspace, and states "Cyberspace espionage can and will be used as part of wider influence and propaganda campaigns, as well as in support of wider hostile activity up to and including conventional warfare."
Britain plans to invest over £20 billion to modernize the armed forces, but no one knows where that money will come from. The British Navy is in bad condition. Forbes wrote last year about Britain’s two new aircraft carriers, saying: "Having blown billions of dollars building the ships, the U.K. government no longer can afford the aircraft, escorts and support ships that help the flattops deploy, protect them and give them striking power."
With no money, an ineffective navy, and plans to reduce the ground forces by about 10,000 soldiers that will bring the British military to its smallest size in two hundred years, it is not clear how London can achieve its great ambition of surrounding Russia in the Arctic, Baltic Sea, Western Balkans and the Black Sea. In addition to cutting 10,000 soldiers, the British military will also do away with two frigates, 14 C-130 Hercules troop carriers, 24 Typhoon fighters and Hawk jets.
The new strategy, as announced in the published document, demonstrates that the British are trying to be an independent player on the world stage without realizing that the days of their imperial domination has passed and that they are completely absorbed into the U.S. sphere of influence. Britain for most of the 20th century was a balance between the US and the European Union in restraining Moscow. However, the absorption of Britain into Washington's umbrella was complete after Brexit as the island nation cannot independently project its influence or power.
As they do not have the military budget or economic means to be on an equal footing with China, Russia, the US or even Germany, they believe that by downsizing their military personnel they can build a more concise and niche apparatus. The British believe they can project their influence into far off locations like the Balkans and Black Sea by developing cyber warfare. This was an expected outcome as the British are attempting to act independently, but in the end, they will not be able to achieve anything unless it is alongside the US

Halford John Mackinder & Geopolitics

Conspiratorialists have looked at mind control operations, lies, propaganda, concealments of secrets, sealed archives—generally, how lies may have been spread. What lies were told is perhaps more important. This piece offers a suggestion.
Halford John Mackinder was the first reader in geography at Oxford University, from 1887-1905, aged about 26-44. It's not clear what his qualifications were. And note that W A S Hewins (William Albert Samuel Hewins, 1865-1931) in 1895, Hewins was appointed, by Sidney Webb, the first Director of the London School of Economics, and replaced by Mackinder in 1899. The whole operation was Jewish, though this was concealed; how successfully is hard to determine at this time—maybe it was an open secret amongst some.
I poked around to try to work out what Mackinder actually did. (Note that his name may have been changed; many Jews adopted Scottish or Welsh surnames to hide their accents). He was influential in the then-new Reading University—often a Jewish activity, as with an Attenborough. He seems to have largely disappeared for many years despite his apparently stellar career. For example, he is not listed anywhere in the Encyclopedia Britannica of 1910-11 (entries go from GEOMETRY to GEOPONICI; no HJM entries; not in LIST OF CONTRIBUTORS, though I have not searched for the name throughout the volumes), though he does surface in the 1973-74 updated version. He was not listed in Hammerton's Biographies in the 1930s. Most or all of the small mentions refer to Nazis, and there seems to be a pretense that geographical issues were not thought about by the 'Allies', including the mass killers of the USSR.
But after the war there may have been some rehabilitation; it was also after his death in 1947. Below I have four pages from Y.M.Goblet's Political Geography and the World Map, translated from the French in 1955; and two pages from Briault & Hubbard's Advanced Geography of 1957.
Mackinder was Chairman of the Imperial Shipping Committee for 25 years (see below) among many academic and trading positions. I'd suggest he was well aware of Jewish money power around the world, and knew of the geography of distributed Jews and their tentacles in all trading countries, including the Jew-controlled USSR after the 1917 Jewish coup. I hope some researchers might consider this possibility worth investigating.
Hexzane527 wrote a piece The Absurdity of Wanting to Develop Lebensraum might provide an explanation for Hitler's presumably planted ambitions in Russia, for Jews and Palestine, and Jews wanting mass deaths of Germans and Slavs.

The Biden appointed (his handlers) US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is of Jewish-Hungarian descent. This fact alone that Blinken is Jewish-Hungarian isn't of any particular concern. What is concerning are possible allegiances and connections. Blinken's "roll model" is the Jewish Madeleine Albright. That should come as no surprise.
