Would readers really like to know how US military personnel are treated in America? This is the case of a US Navy fighter pilot who has a degree in physics. This fighter pilot had more carrier landings than any other ensign and was awarded by the US Navy. On his way from Idaho to help a friend move from New York he pulled into a gas station. The police didn't like his trailer he was pulling. Apparently, one of the tail lights on the trailer was out which he did not know while pulling the trailer. The police stopped him and asked him for his driver's license.
The navy pilot told the police he didn't use a driver's license because he doesn't "drive." He told the police he "travels." He made the mistake of not carrying his passport with him. However, he did have a driver's license in the glovebox of his car. The police asked him if he could produce a passport and the Navy pilot said yes, he did have one but that he had misplaced it because he was in a hurry to help his friend move. When the police asked him if they could search his car he refused to allow the police to do a search of the vehicle telling the police he did not consent. The police escorted him back to the patrol car and at that time another police car arrived. When the other policeman arrived they searched his vehicle. When they searched his vehicle not by the policeman who stopped him, they found the navy pilots personal Colt .45 pistol. Being from Idaho where almost everyone has a weapon in their vehicle, it was considered almost "normal." There is an exception in New York when you travel with a weapon in the vehicle. The ammunition has to be kept separate from the weapon as far as possible within the vehicle. If that makes any sense.
So what happened to the navy pilot? He was taken into custody and the next morning hauled before a judge. He was fined $1400 for the traffic offense (vehicle lights) and having the gun in the vehicle with the weapon loaded. The judge told the navy pilot he would be required to appear in court at a later date for the gun possession charge. He left the court and New York and returned to Idaho never receiving a notification letter or notice from the court in New York. Three years later after returning to Idaho, he traveled to Nevada to help another friend. While traveling to Nevada from Idaho, he was stopped again by the police. He was stopped this time for traveling 17mph over the speed limit. Since everyone speeds in Nevada, the police officer (corporate private law enforcement) only gave him a warning. However, when a check was run it was discovered there was an outstanding warrant based on the navy pilot's license plate number on his vehicle. The police officer said he would have to hold him for three days to see if the state of New York wanted him. This was three years after he went before the judge in New York.
This can happen to anyone living in America. No one is secure. This navy fighter pilot had no idea of the corporate government he was serving. He thought he was doing the right thing by serving his country, protecting his neighbors and helping friends. This was his intent. The navy pilot was hauled before the court and the judge called his name. The navy pilot responded by saying he did not know who that was stating his correct legal name further stating the court had the wrong guy. The judge ordered that he be taken to the county jail and then the same judge ordered a competency test be given to this navy pilot. After three days in jail and having a competency test given to him, the psychiatrist informed the judge the navy pilot was competent to stand trial. The judge did not like the fact of the pilot's competency, so the judge ordered another psychiatric evaluation. The second psychiatrist then performed a competency test asking the pilot religious questions and who he was regarding whether he was a "person" or a "man."
The navy pilot told the judge that he was not a "person" but that he was a "man." The pilot used to be a "person" but changed his legal status to being a man. The second psychiatrist asked him political and religious questions that he answered "correctly." The psychiatrist didn't have a degree in law and was ignorant of it. The court appointed psychiatrist found the naval aviator a "delusional psychotic." The judge asked the first psychiatrist if the naval pilot could use additional psychiatric treatment and the pilot finally acquiesced. We do not know the specifics of his acquiescence. Without any due process of law, without a trial, without any jury by his peers, he was sent to the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center. The following is a letter the naval aviator wrote. After reading it, ask yourselves if this man was "incompetent" and a "delusional psychotic?"
Here is a letter the Navy pilot wrote:
To my fellow aviators, all military men and women and all Americans:
Forty-two years ago April 7th, 1977 I, Redacted , swore an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic and to bare true faith to the same.
We all take this oath and as far as I am concerned, there is no expiration to this oath. Many times we are thanked for our service to our country but how often are we truly deserving of these things.
My plight: Simply put, I challenged the jurisdiction of a state of New York court and I was sent to an insane asylum. Normally, once jurisdiction is challenged a court has to prove in writing and on the record that its jurisdiction, or on other terms, authority to try a case, it cannot proceed until it has proven it has the authority to make rulings and orders.
I challenged the County of Saratoga, New York court on April 4, 2019. I filed a demand for dismissal due to lack of jurisdiction. Since then I have filed an additional four documents. No ruling has been made on those demands to-date. On Thursday, August 22nd 2019 instead of making a ruling, the court took discretion where it had none. It broke a supreme court ruling in Bideck [spelling not clear] vs Jones in 1980, conducted no hearing and sent me to the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Facility in New Hampton, New York.
I was not allowed to face my accusers, there was no real hearing and no real trial. I was secretly sentenced to an insane asylum. This was a star chamber-type of event here in America, the land we all swore to protect. This is despicable and a violation of the 5th, 6th and 7th Amendments to the Constitution.
So my fellow brothers and sisters, is this what you signed up to protect? My crime? I was charged with possessing a gun, which according to according to the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution is a right and necessary, as we are all members of the militia once passed the age of 15.
Please do not make light of my plight. For more than two months I have been locked up in this place where pharmaceuticals are used to reeducate the poor souls that have been sent here for incompetency.
Yes, they are attempting to gain a court order forcing me to take mind altering drugs, an action prohibited by my religion. The way out of here is to adhere to their doctrines of law where the courts have the power to judge a man not a jury of his peers per the common law.
I served 14 years in the active and reserve Navy. I flew the A7E off the forward deployed USS Midway CV-41 and member of Air Wing 5. In July, 1980 the Tailhook Symposium awarded me the most carrier landings of any ensign in the navy. I am an Eagle Scout, a graduate of Harvey Mudd College in physics, I am a man with children at home and a wife of almost 27 years and I am not happy.
Yes, it is very fun flying for the navy. We think we are standing between the enemies of America and our brothers and sisters at home, but we are allowing tyranny to occur daily in our land. It is time to wake up and take action.
Our biggest problem is our courts where we are being fleeced daily and scrolled away in insane asylums by the hundreds if we object.
You can get involved as you as you git involved with the military. You can pass this memo to all you know. Put it on the internet, call your friends and get them involved. Read, learn, think; the corruption is all around us. It will not go away until we show it to all Americans.
My family is at great risk. They need financial support while I am incarcerated. Further, I need financial help in obtaining assistance. Please send whatever you can via PayPal. Ultimately, I plan a malpractice suit against everybody involved.

Lt Cdr redactedWhen the naval aviator wrote this letter he didn't have access to a legal library in an insane asylum. He was quoting law off the top of his head. He didn't have a computer to reference anything, no access to a phone, no smart phone and no Google. People are being institutionalized and put on psychotropic drugs because they are afraid. This is a money-making scheme and they don't want any outside visitors coming in and seeing people without sever mental difficulties, so they create them with chemical drugs. The naval aviator reported to his friend that he has never seen a place where there are more drug dealers in his entire life, than the staff of the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Facility in New York. They are pushing psychotropic drugs in high doses of 800mg or more. These evil people are like cockroaches and when you turn on the light they scurry like cockroaches into the cracks.

After being sent to the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center there was a court order sent ordering the naval aviator to begin taking powerful psychiatric drugs that literally make "patients" at the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center zombies. The Naval aviator was allowed to have visitors in the facilities dining area. When one of his friends visited him in the facility, while talking they noticed a "patient" staring blankly out the window. The Naval aviator told his visiting friend that the man staring out the window was really sharp and that he used to play chess with him. The staff through court order wanted to put the Naval aviator on the same medication the man staring out the window was on who was now a zombie.
The reason "patients" who are held at the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center facility are given powerful psychiatric drugs, is because they don't want the media showing up to do a report on the facility and not see patients who are extremely intelligent and who can speak their mind, who can carry on a good conversation. The Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center is supposed to be a "mental facility" with mental disabilities so the facility makes their patients look like "delusional psychotics" by giving them powerful psychiatric drugs.
There are hundreds of "patients" like this in facilities all over America. These facilities do this on order of the courts with no due process of law, no trial by a jury of peers, no right for those incarcerated like this to defend themselves, and no documentation. The naval aviator with a degree in physics, highly intelligent who won several US Naval awards and who had more aircraft carrier landings than any other ensign, had no chance to have any of this. His second hearing after the third day of being in jail within 15 seconds was ordered to be incarcerated at the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center. This is a for-profit facility where "patients" are sent by court order. The judge signed the order to place the naval aviator in this mental facility.

Final Wake Up Call for the Flag Officers - Veterans Day 2019

It's understandable that people don't want to believe in Evil. Someone --- I don't know who --- Oscar Wilde maybe? --- said that the best trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing people that he doesn't exist.
I have my own experience to prove that he does exist, and that he is a most devious opponent. The devil will use your virtues against you just as easily as he uses your vices.
This is apparently a case of using good men's virtues against them. You and your buddies don't want to believe that it is as bad as it is. I don't blame you, but that does not change the facts.
From the foundations of this country, the Vice-President has been in charge of vice. Literally. This is because the Vice-President was assigned the duty of enforcing and collecting and keeping track of revenue to support the District Government based on "sin taxes".
If you have ever lived in the Southern United States or more conservative areas in general, you will notice that tobacco and alcohol are sold at "Sin Stores" that are often located outside the towns they serve. This is a left-over from prior to the Civil War and part of the administration of the old Federal Tax System that depended largely on revenue garnered from the interstate manufacture, sale, and transport of alcohol, tobacco, and fire arms.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms --- BATF -- which is an Agency part of the Municipal United States Government and the actual enforcement arm of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the modern day entity involved in the collection of these "Sin Taxes". Gun-carrying IRS Agents are actually licensed under the BATF and the BATF has the only license to kill in that entire establishment. It is all related to collecting taxes, tariffs, and fees from "Sinners" by the Inquisition.
At the highest levels, these functions in the Municipal United States Government are literally handled by the Dominican Order out of Puerto Rico, and now, the Mariana Islands -- the same Order that carried out the vicious attacks against "heretics" throughout Europe centuries ago, has been perched just offshore in our Insular "States", pillaging and plundering "Sinners" on an ever-increasing basis ever since the quote-unquote Civil War.
So, now that you know that little fact and the original funding sources for the District Government, you will be better able to appreciate the role of the "Vice" President, as the one responsible for promoting the increase of federal revenue through the taxation and regulation of "vice". Over time, that has morphed into the active promotion of vice as a funding source.
It began with sin taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms, but, especially since the Reign of Terror unleashed by Lyndon Johnson and the Oil Companies and the IMF, has greatly expanded to include every kind of vice you can imagine.
Drugs. Prostitution. White slavery. Child labor. Enslavement. Peonage. Gambling. Bogus banking. MERS. Derivatives. War for profit. Mercenary occupation under color of law. It's all vice, all generating income, all being regulated by "Agency Personnel" under the auspices of the Office of the US Attorney General and, at the top of the manure pile, by the Vice-President Mike Pence.
This also has led to ever-increasing participation of the Municipal United States Government in organized crime --- and development of its own "mob" --- largely run through the CIA, DIA, FBI, and other Alphabet Soups --- and, amazingly, through the US TRADEMARK AND PATENT OFFICE --- USTPO.
If the Flag Officers want to see the light, follow in SERCO's footsteps and go look at what they attempted (unsuccessfully) to hide at the USTPO. There, registered for all the world to see, are the patents they have used to stake out their crime syndicates, complete with names and addresses attached. They even come right out and describe what they are going to do to innocent civilian populations and how this is going to benefit "The Company". In the most egregious cases, they slap a "National Security Interest" tag on this crap, but anyone with a Security Clearance can see it.
Go look. It's not pretty. Look at the patent for Mindbox. That will give you a much better picture of how you and everyone else has been played.
Getting back to Mike Pence --- as Vice-President, he is in charge of that whole infrastructure, all the "sin" capitalization schemes, and through all the patented "systems" - on a worldwide basis. So, of course, was Joe Biden.... or as we call him, "Billion Dollar Joe".
Now, how plausible is it, that the Pope and the Boyz back home in Rome, would let just anybody sit in that position? Hmm? He would have to be someone utterly trustworthy---from their point of view --- someone who would never, ever tell anyone about their dirty business and never expose their dirty laundry, someone so deeply compromised himself that he could never rat them out.
Are you all beginning to get a clue here?
Mike Pence had to be compromised. Every "Vice" President since LBJ has been compromised up to the eyeballs.
In Pence's case, there are videos of him with a gun to his head, being forced to sodomize a little boy. That's a fact. And it is going to come out. It has been distributed worldwide and it is going to blow. When it does, the whole "Agency System" and the whole system of using "Sin Taxes" to fund government, will go --- as it has to, if this world is to survive.
But the most interesting part, in a way, isn't that Pence is being forced into this hideous act under pain of death. What's most interesting is who is holding the gun to his head. And it isn't Donald Trump.
So, go pray, Richard. Pray for Field McConnell. Pray for Trump. Pray for this country, on this Veterans Day. A lot of good men and women have lived and died to make this world a better place. If their sacrifices are ever going to mean anything, we all have to pull together and make it count.
Tell your "Flag Officers" the truth about this loathsome circumstance. Pass the word. And stop trying to portray me as some little old lady blowing smoke. It won't wash.
