"To this day, people in Chicago are still scared about being murdered for talking about Barack Obama being gay or about what goes on at Trinity United with the still-active "Down Low Club". Young, gay, black men are mentored into the club and are eventually paired up with often unattractive and difficult to deal with straight black women who never have boyfriends (since guys don't want to have anything to do with them). A friend of mine in the "Think Squad" of prominent black professionals I talk to regularly calls these women "heifers" and says it's very common for "cake boys" to be paired up with "heifers" so that "dummies are fooled" into thinking they are straight."
McConnell claims that his sister, Con Air / Visa Center founder and former Senior Counsel for the U.S. Marshals arranged "sex tours" of CIA rendition centers for Down Low Club (Barack Obama?) or DOJ Pride (Janet Reno?) members who would be filmed abusing victims, promoted and then blackmailed into outsourcing key government procurement functions to Serco.
McConnell claims Serco staffed the U.S. Air Force Space Command facility on Diego Garcia with the double agents who procured the tranquilizer gas and waypoint switching technologies and visas needed by 'al-Qaeda' sleeper cells to execute the decoy and drone maneuvers of 9/11.
McConnell reminds his CIA readers that the communications network for the most powerful spy ring in history – The Magnificent Five – was procured from the Serco root company, RCA GB, and just as RCA agents took care of the stand down of American defenses prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor, Serco double agents took care of the stand down of AF Space Command on 9/11.
McConnell invites those against whom he is alleging treason to rebut or face the consequences.
McConnell is making these allegations against the Serco directors and agents who developed an al-Qaeda database for the National Visa Center and 'Red Team' waypoint maneuvers for AF Space Command apparently intended to overthrow the American government by force on 9/11.
McConnell believes the penalties for failure to rebut his allegations will range from up to seven years imprisonment if an accused is found guilty of misprision of treason to the death sentence for American citizens found guilty of treason in a criminal trial or for non-citizens – including immigrants living in the United States – found guilty by a military tribunal.

Following the release of a long-awaited report examining the CIA's use of torture post 9/11, Britain's previously undisclosed role in the controversial rendition program is somewhat clearer.
In the wake of a six-year examination of CIA documents, the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) published a 480-page summary on Tuesday of its investigation into CIA mistreatment and abuse of terror suspects.
The probe examined the CIA's maltreatment of Al-Qaeda suspects in secret prisons throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. It also details assistance offered by foreign allied states.

America's program of "enhanced interrogation," deployed by the CIA on terror suspects post 9/11, was much more brutal than the intelligence agency admitted, the Senate report reveals.
Despite repeated violent interrogation of terror suspects – instances of which Dianne Feinstein, the committee chair, admitted were "torture" – the CIA failed to gather any information that foiled subsequent threats to US national security, the report found.
It also revealed the CIA's treatment of terror suspects breached the body's legal mandate and uncovered evidence of what investigators concluded was the intelligence agency's systematic deception of Congress.
Reflecting on the contentious CIA rendition program, Feinstein said the covert practices were a "stain" on American values and American history. The document was redacted amid a string of consultations with top CIA officials. Nevertheless, recent reports reveal the committee chair battled to retain significant details about the involvement of Britain and other US allies in the controversial CIA rendition program.
The UK government, which has failed to oversee an adequate state investigation into Britain's involvement in these practices, will be concerned about the contents of the Senate's report.
In August, records published under Britain's Freedom of Information (FoI) Act heightened fears the British government lobbied US officials to sanitize the report, and obscure the UK’s role in CIA rendition.
At the time, it emerged UK ambassador to the US, Peter Westmacott, engaged in at least 21 separate meetings with members of SSCI prior to the publication of its long-awaited report.
UK complicity in CIA torture & rendition
In recent years, some detail on the scope of Britain's involvement in US rendition practices post 9/11 has surfaced.
An array of leaks, which surfaced prior to the publishing of the Senate's report, highlighted Britain's collaborative role in the CIA's mistreatment and abuse of terror suspects. Of particular note, are allegations that British foreign territory Diego Garcia was used to transfer detainees via rendition flights, contradicting a series of UK government denials that Britain presided over such practices.
It has also emerged that MI6 was complicit in a least two separate CIA rendition cases in 2004, which resulted in the kidnapping and transfer of two Libyans to prisons run by the Muammar Gaddafi regime. Both men's families were also abducted. The pregnant wife of one of the men claims she was bound to a stretcher with tape from head-to-toe for the duration of a 17-hour flight.

A Metropolitan Police investigation into both Libyan rendition cases has been in motion for almost three years. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is currently assessing a file of evidence.
Reports have surfaced that UK intelligence officers interrogated prisoners detained in Guantánamo Bay and at Bagram in Afghanistan, in full knowledge they were being maltreated. and it has also been revealed that the British government offered logistical support for key aircraft in CIA rendition exercises, permitting them to refuel at UK military and civilian airports hundreds of times.
Covert cover-up?
In 2013, the British government shelved a state inquiry into Britain's role in CIA rendition, only to be criticized by the probe's presiding judge, who suggested the investigation lacked sufficient depth and stringency.
The inquiry is now expected to be managed by Britain's intelligence and security committee – a group of peers and MPs who concluded seven years ago that Britain bore no complicity in CIA rendition practices. But the UK’s leading human rights organizations have declared a boycott against the new parliamentary inquiry.
The letter detailing the boycott, first seen by the Observer, warned the influential coalition of groups had no trust in the committee’s capacity to uncover the truth.
While descriptions of the roles adopted by US-allied states in the Senate Committee’s report were comprehensive, they were portrayed anonymously. Concrete evidence that Britain was explicitly implicated in severe violations of human rights common to extraordinary rendition could expose the UK government to legal action.
In July, the European court of human rights ruled Polish government officials had actively facilitated the CIA's European secret prison program. Legal proceedings and official inquiries have also concluded that Sweden, Italy and Macedonia were implicated in CIA renditions. Romania and Lithuania currently face European Court of Justice (ECJ) proceedings with respect to their involvement in the CIA's program for interrogating and detaining terror suspects.
Commenting on the UK’s involvement in these practices, Clare Algar, a lawyer who works for UK human rights group Reprieve, said it is widely known Britain was "up to its neck in the CIA's rendition and torture program."
"MI6 fell over themselves to take credit for the rendition of Gaddafi opponents – along with their wives and young children – to Libyan prisons in 2004," Algar said.
But the British government continue to battle against "real accountability in the UK courts," and have reneged on their “promise to hold an independent, judge-led inquiry into the UK’s role in CIA torture,"she added.
"This is not the behavior of a government committed to transparency and democratic accountability," she concluded."

Detective Inspector Lestrade of Scotland Yard enlists Sherlock’s help with the case of a man who managed to avoid dying in a plane crash—despite checking into the flight—only to be found dead in the trunk of a car. Sherlock can't figure this one out, and later, as Watson writes the case up on the blog, Sherlock peeks at the screen. "No, no, no, don't mention the unsolved ones!" he protests. Watson says it's important to include those, too, because "people want to know you’re human!" Watson most of all, I imagine.
In the car, Sherlock has something close to the whole picture. During World War II, he explains, the British had intelligence that indicated the town of Coventry was going to be bombed, but they allowed it to happen rather than reveal the fact that they had broken the enemy's code. (This is an actual story, but probably not a true one—reminiscent of the American urban legend that F.D.R. had advance knowledge of the Pearl Harbor attack.) Sherlock says that Flight 007 is the target of a terrorist plot and the Coventry group in the Ministry Of Defense is going to let it happen rather than torpedo their intelligence sources [RCA GB -> Serco -> Tranquilizer Patent and Waypoint Switch Hijack Technology] amid the responsible terror groups.

NVC Contract Award. On January 31, 2006, in a recompetition for our expiring National Visa Center, or NVC, contract, we were awarded the successor contract for the NVC contract by the Department of State. Under the contract, we anticipate performing over 20 million immigrant visa transactions each year at the NVC in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and at the Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky. The prime contract has a one-year base period and four one-year options with an announced value of approximately $84 million, inclusive of the options.

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post.
The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas.
Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.
The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years.
The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone's hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling.

The NVC also preprocesses the chief of mission (COM) application required for the fi ling of a petition for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). Such visas, for foreign nationals who have performed services for the U.S. government in Iraq and Afghanistan, require COM concurrence before the applicant can file a petition with USCIS. The NVC collects the requisite documents from such applicants and, when complete, forwards the package to the U.S. embassies in Baghdad or Kabul for COM approval"

The fascinating story of the three most famous of the Magnificent Cambridge Five spies continues to this very day as the subject of documentary accounts (as on RT in March 2012) and in the movies where the 2004 Sharon Stone film A Different Loyalty features all three of the principal actors (Kim Philby, Guy Burgess and Donald Maclean) and their flights to Moscow as the center of the story line (although the names were changed in the script) and is well worth your watching.

"Accordingly, in the early 1930's, the NKVD residenturas concentrated their energy on the recruitment of young men of influential families. The political climate of that period was very favorable for such an undertaking, and the young generation was receptive to the libertarian theories and to the sublime ideas of making the world safe from the menace of Fascism and of abolishing the exploitation of man by man. This was the main theme on which NKVD residenturas based their appeal to young men who were tired of a tedious life in the stifling atmosphere of their privileged class. And when the young men reached the stage when their thinking made them ripe for joining the Communist Party, they were told that they would be much more useful to the movement if they stayed away from the Party, concealed their political views, and entered the "revolutionary underground." The idea of joining a "secret society" held a strong appeal for the young people who dreamed of a better world and of heroic deeds." (Orlov, 1963:108-109)
Orlov was a genius as Stalin had recognized many years earlier and in no single area of expertise than that of selecting his chief captains did he excel more. In charge of recruiting the scions of the British ruling class he appointed Arnold Deutsch. Orlov traveled to London as Chief Resident Spy for the Cheka in 1934, and in that capacity oversaw Deutsch’s work first hand. In February, 1935, after being warned by Stalin that Deutsch was under MI-5 surveillance, Orlov took direct command of Philby, Burgess and Maclean. Let me quote just two more paragraphs from Orlov’s 1963 book (Handbook of Intelligence and Guerrilla Warfare, 1963, Alexander Orlov, The University of Michigan Press, Ann Arbor, 187 pp.) to illustrate one of Arnold's main recruiting methods.
"A very important part in influencing the young men was played by idealistic young women of various nationalities who already had a smattering of Marxian theory and who had acted as a powerful stimulus which spurred the young converts to action. Having been brought up first by governesses as sissies and later sent to exclusive private schools, they were charmed by the daring Amazons, and their intellectual association with them often blossomed into romances which frequently culminated in marriages. These young men hardly regarded themselves as spies or intelligence agents. They did not want anything for themselves – least of all money. What they wanted was a purpose in life, and it seemed to them they had found it. By their mental makeup and outlook they remind one of the young Russian Decembrists of the past century, and they brought into the Soviet intelligence the true fervor of new converts and the idealism which their intelligence chiefs had lost long ago.
"The NKVD intelligence no longer worried about attaining promotions for their charges. The promotions came automatically, and the NKVD chiefs looked forward to seeing some of the new recruits in ambassadorial posts a few years hence." (Orlov, 1963:109)
Thus Feldbin (Orlov) had once again persevered and having taken a severe problem off the Boss's plate, and in hand, resolved it perfectly.
Another person of the Amazon type utilized by Stalin was Wallis Simpson. She was recruited in China by Red Army GRU (G2 in this book – Ed.) (Along with Roger Hollis, who later in MI5 warned Stalin about MI5 surveillance of Arnold Deutsch.) In China, Wallis Simpson was a high class prostitute recruited via the good offices of Anna Louise Strong. Simpson went on as we all know to be the paramour and in fact wife to the Prince of Wales (King Edward VIII and later the Duke of Windsor). David (Windsor) was noted by Winston Churchill in one of his memoirs as an example of the sad travails of being a Royal in Britain. Along the way Churchill mentions having seen David, while in the early charge of Wallis Simpson, naked after bath, and that he was to paraphrase "completely shaven from neck to toe, like a newborn baby, including his genitalia." One can imagine the Amazon Simpson babying her lover and then fucking him to death in those ways only an experienced courtesan of her sort can. Wallis Simpson not simply acquired a laundry list of men as lovers and husbands before she met the Prince but had survived in the tough world of Shanghai prostitution where one would have to be very competent just to maintain one's head above water. She made short work of David and forever after had him under her Amazonian spell."
