Plum City – (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the hijacking capabilities of the Defense Red Switch Network – apparently supplied by ITT Sheraton for Bill Clinton headquarters at the 1996 Democratic Party Convention in Chicago – to the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel guests who allegedly triggered a Pentagon bomb on September 12, 2001 at 17:39:19 (see image below) using Network Timing and Synchronization signals from UK company Serco's National Physical Laboratory clock.
McConnell claims that David "Riot Club" Cameron (Treasury 1990-93) and Nicholas Soames (UK Minister of Defence 1994-1997) had Serco and ITT Sheraton set up a Red Switch Network base in 1996 in Chicago for Clinton-selected guests in 5-star international hotels to synchronize Boeing aircraft hijackings with man-in-the-middle bombing attacks on the Clinton Family's enemies both domestic and foreign.

"Mrs. Deb Anlauf, resident of Colfax, Wisconsin, was in her 14th floor of the Sheraton Hotel [located 1.6 mile from the explosion], (immediately west of the Navy Annex) when she heard a "loud roar": Suddenly I saw this plane right outside my window. You felt like you could touch it; it was that close. It was just incredible. "Then it shot straight across from where we are and flew right into the Pentagon. It was just this huge fireball that crashed into the wall (of the Pentagon). When it hit, the whole hotel shook. (...) Jeff didn't feel the impact of the plane crash as directly as his wife. He was attending an environmental meeting on the second floor of the hotel when the plane struck the Pentagon. About five seconds before the crash, Jeff said he heard the sound of "tin being dropped," likely as construction workers building an addition to the hotel saw the plane and dropped their building materials. "Then, about 5 seconds later, the whole hotel shook," Jeff recalled. "I could feel it moving. We said 'Oh, my gosh, what's going on?' "The Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) is a dedicated telephone network which provides global secure communication services for the command and control structure of the United States Armed Forces. The network is maintained by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and is secured for communications up to the level of Top Secret SCI.
The DRSN provides multilevel secure voice and voice-conferencing capabilities to the National Command Authority (NCA, being the President and the Secretary of Defense of the United States), the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the National Military Command Center (NMCC), Combatant Commanders and their command centers, warfighters, other DoD agencies, government departments, and NATO allies.
Department of Defense and federal government agencies can get access to the network with approval of the Joint Staff.[2] Upon approval by the Joint Staff, DISA will work with the customer and the appropriate military department to arrange the service.[3]
The Defense Red Switch Network consists of four major subsystems: the Switching Subsystem, the Transmission Subsystem, the Timing [using Serco NPL clock] and Synchronization Subsystem, and the Network Management Subsystem. The Switching Subsystem uses both RED and BLACK switches to provide an integrated RED/BLACK service. End users are provided with a single telephone instrument with which they can access both secure and nonsecure networks.
The DRSN carried around 15,000 calls per day prior to September 11, 2001. DRSN usage subsequently peaked at 45,000 calls per day and by mid-2003 was running at around 25,000 calls per day. In that period the Defense Red Switch Network was expanded to support 18 additional US Federal Homeland Defense initiatives.[4]
Nowadays, this network is also called the Multilevel Secure Voice service. It's the core of the Global Secure Voice System (GSVS) during peacetime, crisis and time of conventional war, by hosting national-level conferencing and connectivity requirements and providing interoperability with both tactical and strategic communication networks.[5]"
"Exelis Inc. is one of three major companies that made up ITT Corporation, a company that provided numerous communications, defense and water services. ITT was originally founded as the small communications company Puerto Rico Telephone Company by brothers Sosthenes and Hernan Behn. Through a series of business and patent acquisitions, the company grew and was renamed International Telephone and Telegraph in 1920.[4] ITT continued to grow before appointing Harold Geneen as CEO in 1959.Until his retirement from the position in 1977, Geneen was responsible for growing the company from a medium-sized business earning $765 million in 1961 to an international conglomerate making $17 billion in sales in 1970.[5] The company acquired more than 350 companies during Geneen's tenure; at one point the acquisition rate reached one deal per week. Ownership extended over such notable companies as Continental Baking, maker of Wonder Bread and the Twinkie,Sheraton Hotels and Avis Rent-A-Car.[4] For a brief period in the mid-1960s, ITT was in talks to acquire the ABC television and radio networks in the USA, but that deal fell through under regulatory scrutiny. Following Geneen's retirement, ITT went through a restructuring phase under CEO Rand Araskog and was split into three companies in 1995: ITT Corporation (formerly ITT Industries), Starwood Hotels and Resorts [Operator of former ITT Sheraton chain] and The Hartford Financial Services Group, an insurance company.[4]
2011 Spin-Off[edit]
On January 12, 2011, the ITT Corporation Board of Directors approved a plan to split the company. On October 31, 2011, ITT Corporation spun off its defense and water technology businesses to form three separate, publicly traded companies:[4]
Xylem Inc., a water technology and services company headquartered in White Plains, NY.
Exelis Inc., a global aerospace, defense, information and services company headquartered in McLean, Va.
ITT Corporation, a global manufacturing company headquartered in White Plains, NY.
From the spin off to Nov. 1, 2013, Exelis was known as ITT Exelis to help ease the transition of the company's brand.[6] Exelis employs approximately 19,000 people and generated $5.5 billion in sales in 2012.[1]

"Where Obama plans to sleep during G8 By Shia Kapos February 20, 2012
The Sheraton Chicago Hotels & Towers will serve as headquarters for President Barack Obama during the NATO/G8 summits in May.
The hotel, which has three presidential suites, each with a separate parlor and conference table for 12, has plenty of experience handling high-profile guests in town for heady events.
The Sheraton served as headquarters to former President Bill Clinton during the 1996 Democratic Convention and during the Trans-Atlantic Business Dialogue in 2002, and it's been the hotel of choice for the former president for events related to his Clinton Global Initiative.
In September, the Sheraton was the site of a high-profile fundraiser for Mr. Obama's re-election bid.
Now that the president has settled on a home base for the mid-May summits, hotels are hoping the rest of the G8 delegations — the delegations hoteliers care about most — will fall in accordingly.
There's been some jockeying as to who would be willing to stay in the same hotel as whom — does anyone want to stay with the Russians?
Dignitaries have made verbal commitments, but they haven't yet signed on the dotted line.
"They're taking their time about it," one hotel source says."

"Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN's unique locations. Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise.

In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco's team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN [and the global matrix of Red Switch guest rooms in 4 or 5 star hotel affiliated with the Starwood Sheraton chain]"
