AFTER TENNESSEE JURY CRIMINALIZES THE FIRST AMENDMENT IN A CASE LACKING A VICTIM by Sharon Rondeau
Banner sent by Oklahomans supportive of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick's exposure of judicial corruption in Tennessee, where the courts are used to retaliate and incarcerate residents of the county |
(Aug. 18, 2014) — A group of supporters
of CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) sent a banner which was
displayed at a barbecue held to honor the 24-year decorated Navy veteran
who will be sentenced on Tuesday at the McMinn County, TN courthouse
for attempting to submit evidence of crimes committed by public
officials to his county grand jury.
On March 18, Fitzpatrick was arrested
after the McMinn County grand jury issued indictments charging him with
aggravated perjury, extortion, harassment and stalking, three of which
are felonies. On June 24, a jury convicted him of the first two,
finding him innocent of "harassment," and the "stalking" charge was
dismissed by Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.
Tennessee is one of the three most
corrupt states in the nation, according to the results of a joint
research project completed by the University of Indiana and University
of Hong Kong earlier this summer. Some reports say that Tennessee owns
the top spot for public corruption.
As The Post & Email has reported
over nearly five years, judges, defense attorneys, prosecutors, sheriffs
and deputies, court clerks, and juries contribute to the entire
corruption of the "justice" process, which has incarcerated unknown
thousands of people without constitutional due process over at least six
decades.
Judges choose the grand jury foreman,
who serves as long as the judge wishes, influencing the grand jurors
whose responsibility is to objectively examine evidence to determine
whether or not enough exists to charge an individual with a crime. The
corruption is so widespread and deep that no state legislator or the
state attorney general will investigate it.
On Monday, following a prayer breakfast
organized by Lt. Col. Field McConnell (Ret.) and Athens locals,
Fitzpatrick and another falsely-accused man in the same judicial
district, Marvin William Young, participated in a film session with
filmmaker William F. Fain which will be made into a video to expose the
statewide corruption.
Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood will preside
over Tuesday's sentencing of an innocent man who felt it was his duty to
expose crime and petition his government for a redress of grievances
under the First Amendment.
Young has a status hearing on August 25
with Judge Carroll Lee Ross, who is retiring at the end of the month but
appears to be in a hurry to railroad Young into prison so that Young's
father's estate can be plundered by an unknown number of criminal actors
in Monroe County, TN.
In Nazi Germany throughout the rise of
Adolf Hitler in the 1930s and '40s, political opponents were imprisoned
without trial, executed or tortured in concentration camps, often dying
of starvation or disease. Hitler permitted no vocal opposition to his
policies and sent his secret police, the SS, to round up Jews, Poles,
gypsies, the disabled, homosexuals, and others deemed unfit to live,
after which they were exterminated as a result of Europe's reticence to
respond to the rising threat of totalitarianism.
If enough funds can be raised, Fain will
be making a documentary film on Tennessee's corrupt courts and
sheriffs' departments to be marketed to major media outlets with which
he has professional connections.

Ephesians 5:11
ReplyDelete11 and don’t participate in the unfruitful actions of darkness. Instead, you should reveal the truth about them.
Ephesians 6:10-17
Put on the armour of God
10 Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and his powerful strength. 11 Put on God’s armour so that you can make a stand against the tricks of the devil. 12 We aren’t fighting against human enemies but against rulers, authorities, forces of cosmic darkness, and spiritual powers of evil in the heavens. 13 Therefore, pick up the full armour of God so that you can stand your ground on the evil day and after you have done everything possible to still stand. 14 So stand with the belt of truth around your waist, justice as your breastplate, 15 and put shoes on your feet so that you are ready to spread the good news of peace. 16 Above all, carry the shield of faith so that you can extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is God’s word.
Does "extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one" mean "quit smoking?" I wonder."Don't participate in the unfruitful actions of darkness. Instead, you should reveal the truth about them." People should reveal the truth about the means by which they discovered someone else's unfruitful and dark actions to take attention off of their own. Hey, I am with the Abel Danger concept to a certain point, but I am not a total Bible-believer. Why? Because of the way it's used. As a weapon against people. A lot may be true and relevant, but I am not going to use it anymore or read it too much because it starts wars. People throwing Bible Verses at each other like flaming arrows. Do you target specific people with Bible Verses to correct them with? How do you discover exactly what their unfruitful dark works are? Were you transparent and not "dark" yourself in the means of discovery of the "works of darkness" of others? Are you personally injured or harmed by someone else's unfruitful works or flaming arrows? "Please extinguish all smoking materials and put your tray table in the upright position, fasten your seat belt and prepare to taxi onto the runway." I am going to read what I want to on my own and if the Bible verse I read makes me feel so guilty I can't go another day without checking myself into the homeless shelter and asking for prayer support from total strangers, I will do that. You people go and fight your war, I see bad things from this. Admittedly, you have chosen the right enemy, the rulers, authorities, forces of cosmic darkness, spiritual powers of evil in the heavens, yes. Such as anyone using NSA spyware to steal copyrighted intellectual property prior to release or publication, yes that is a sworn enemy of mine. Enemies to the end, those who persist in that.
DeleteDear anonymous, please don't get hung up by the metaphors of war, understand the deeper meaning of perusing justice and truth.
DeleteBut for truth, you have to fight: Judge Blackwell's remark during the hearing, "I'm sick and tired of all these people who want to talk about their Constitutional rights," which came while the judge commented on Fitzpatrick's wrongfully pursuing grand jury presentations in accordance with his military oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
The warring words are just there to comfort you and tell you that you will be looked after. And understand, just because Jesus died, doesn't mean he didn't win, or was not looked after.
Please take a broader view.
Good. Maybe a year in the slammer will smarten Fitzy up.
ReplyDeleteSame thing will happen to you now; you cant escape karma either, fool.
