#1451: Marine Links Sister’s Nortel Joint Automated Booking System to Dando, Clements Contract Hits

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked his sister Kristine Marcy’s Nortel Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) to contract killings (hits), allegedly by prison or illegal-immigrant parolees, of the BBC Crimewatch presenter Jill Dando and the Colorado jail chief Tom Clements.

McConnell points out that Nortel’s implementation of JABS network time protocols (NTP) for Marcy’s colleagues at DOJ Pride, created up to 15 layers (Stratum 1-15) for parolees – allegedly equipped with Serco Common Access Cards – to establish blackmail or murder-for-hire opportunities for Serco's Stratum Zero(?)clients.

McConnell also points out that his sister was the only senior member of DOJ Pride with both the authority and experience needed to transfer Nortel JABS technology to Interpol and Serco insiders and thereby enable the synchronized deployment of parolee hit teams to take out any target, anywhere, at any time, and still escape justice.

Was Colorado jail chief executed by a Saudi hitman? Police probe link between doorstep killer and Middle East prisoner who was denied transfer days earlier

Officials in Colorado are looking at a possible connection between the shooting death of the head of the state Department of Corrections and a Saudi national who was recently denied transfer from a local prison back to his home country.

Sheriff's Lt. Jeff Kramer says Tom Clements, 58, was shot at around 8.30pm Tuesday when he answered his front door in Monument, north of Colorado Springs.

A family member called 911 to report the shooting. Officers who arrived on the scene found Clements dead from a gunshot wound to the chest in his home, 9News reported. …………. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2296328/Colorado-corrections-chief-shot-dead-answered-door-bell--gunman-loose.html”

New lead: Officials are probing a possible tie between the murder of corrections department chief Tom Clements, left, and inmate Homaidan al-Turki, right, whose transfer to Saudi Arabia was denied a week ago Clements' murder comes a week after he denied a request filed by convicted sex offender Homaidan al-Turki to serve out the remainder of a Colorado life prison sentence in Saudi Arabia. The corrections department chief cited al-Turki's refusal to undergo treatment in his denial. 'After a thorough review and careful consideration of all information provided to me in this matter, I have decided not to support your request for transfer to Saudi Arabia at this time,' Clements wrote in his letter to al-Turki.

Al-Turki, a well-known member of Denver's Muslim community, was convicted in state court in 2006 of unlawful sexual contact by use of force, theft and extortion and sentenced to 28 years to life in prison.

Prosecutors said al-Turki kept a housekeeper a virtual slave for four years in his home and sexually assaulted her. A judge reduced the sentence to eight years to life.

Al-Turki insisted the case was politically motivated. He owned a company that some years ago sold The Lives of the Prophets CDs, a series of incendiary sermons recorded by Anwar al-Awlaki, killed in a drone strike in Yemen in 2011. Theories: so who did kill Jill Dando?

Jill Dando’s family will now probably never know who killed the television presenter... Within hours of Jill Dando’s murder, wild rumours had spread about who could have been responsible for killing the Crimewatch presenter.

Today, as Barry George adjusts to life as a free man cleared of the journalist’s murder, speculation and theories about who had a motive for the shooting are rife again. With in hours of her body being found in a pool of blood on her doorstep, police considered the possibility that a criminal gang had sought revenge after being featured on Miss Dando’s Crimewatch program me.

Through the BBC television series, Miss Dando and her co-presenter Nick Ross had been pivotal to the conviction of numerous criminals and organised gangs whose crimes they had featured. Detectives looked at the possibility that a contract killer had been hired to assassinate her in revenge for someone’s conviction. However, they eventually ruled out that scenario.

One of the most dramatic theories emerged in court at the first trial when George’s barrister, Michael Mansfield, QC, revealed a plot that included Radovan Karadzic and his enforcer Arkan. They produced a National Criminal Intelligence Service report suggesting a hitman was following the orders of Arkan, the Serbian warlord, who wanted retaliation for the Nato bombing of a television station in Belgrade. Miss Dando was also thought to have angered some Serbs after she presented a programme raising money to help Kosovan orphans in 1998. She even received hate mail about the broadcast.

The fact she had been forced to her knees and executed with a crimped bullet, a device that can prevent blood splashing on the gunman, suggested the work of a professional hitman. Other theories focused no whether a jealous ex-lover had harboured murderous intent after she announced her engagement to Alan Farthing a few months earlier. Again, police ruled out that suggestion.

Her brother, Nigel, had also told detectives she had been concerned about “some guy pestering her.” And, who was the supposed ’fan’ called ’Julian’ who had approached her days before her murder and fitted the description of the suspect seen near the home? Was he the man seen loitering near Miss Dando’s house, wearing a trilby hat and baggy suit on the day of the killing. Whoever murdered her could never have known she was about to arrive at her home, 29 Gowan Avenue, on the morning of April 26, 1999.

Her hectic working life, as well as her obligations to travel the world filming for the Holiday Programme, and habit of spending most nights at her fiance’s home in Chiswick, west London, meant she only went to the Fulham property periodically to check the post and messages on the answer machine.

An exhaustive search of CCTV film on her route from Chiswick to Fulham proves that her blue BMW convertible was not being followed.

Within a few moments of getting out of her car at 11.30am and walking to her front door, the killer struck.

Analysis of the scene and her body showed that the gunman had approached from behind, grasped her by the arm (a small bruise was found), forced her to crouch down and pressed the muzzle of the weapon so hard against her head that it silenced the shot. There were no defensive injuries. The 9mm bullet casing showed the gun, which was never found, was a blank firing pistol modified to shoot live ammunition.

No one witnessed the murder. Two neighbours, one of whom heard Miss Dando scream, caught a fleeting glimpse of the gunman fleeing the scene on foot.

It was clear that the killer was not a robber as the front door remained locked, the alarm was not triggered and none of her personal belongings, including her watch and jewellery, were taken. No one ever traced a man seen sweating profusely near a bus stop a street away from the bloody murder scene. But, police believed it unlikely that a man who had carried out a calculated execution would then choose to take a bus home, particularly when covered in sweat.

One next door neighbour said he saw a man walking briskly away from the scene holding what appeared to be a mobile phone. He described the man as looking similar to the comedian, Bob Mills.

A Range Rover seen driving at speed on a nearby road was also ruled out after the driver was traced. He apologised to police for speeding. xxxxxDetectives traced most of the 486 names in Miss Dando’s Filofax, and examined 14,000 emails sent to the BBC.

They identified 2,000 suspects and found 140 who had an unhealthy interest in the television presenter.

Partly due to celebrity and work of the victim, the police investigation was huge. It was more than a year after the murder that police arrested George. Ever since his arrest and conviction nine years ago, many have pondered how someone whose life was so shambolic - his bedsit was barely fit for human habitation - could be capable of a professional, hitman-style murder without leaving the slightest forensic trace he was ever there. George’s acquittal will spawn yet more theories about Miss Dando’s real killer. For the family of Miss Dando, it now seems inevitable that the truth will never be known.”

More to follow.

  1. Mediterranean: South Europe and the Levant - people from Sardinia, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Italy and Greece, that narrows it down. Don't forget a Corsican man, Pasquale Paoli and the Corsican language (Corsu), the island's traditional language (similar to Italia).
