#1425 Marine Links Tillman’s Stratum 0 Contract Killing to Serco’s Fast and Furious Spot-Fix Bank

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Stratum 0 clocks – allegedly used to synchronize the ambush and contract killing of Pat Tillman – to Serco U.K.’s Fast and Furious banker HSBC which allegedly financed the Tillman hit in 2004 with a ‘vig’ collected from a spot-fixing spread betting operation based out of a Stratum 0 trading floor at Canada Square, Canary Wharf.
