SCRAP Senior Executive Service and Thirteen Colonies
The military forces of the United States are now controlled by the S.E.S. (see flag at link and description).
The approximately 7,000 members of the SES are in turn controlled out of the City of London by a racketeering influenced entity we call the SCRAP Merchant.

"Note: The SES Flag design is owned, and production licensed, by Senior Executives Association Professional Development League Washington, D.C. 202-927-7000 The Senior Executive Service, established by the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, constitutes the seniormost grades of the U.S. federal civil service not including statutory officials who are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. There are about 7,000 members of the SES, of whom 88% are career civil servants. Most of the remainder are political appointees who serve at the pleasure of the Administration. The flag for members of the SES is blue with the SES keystone emblem in the center in yellow, surrounded by a ring of 13 yellow stars"
The 13 yellow stars on the SES flag represent of course …
"The Thirteen Colonies were British colonies on the Atlantic coast of North America, which declared their independence in the American Revolution and formed the United States. The colonies, whose territory ranged from what is now Maine (then part of the Province of Massachusetts Bay) to the north and Georgia to the south, were Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, North Carolina, and Rhode Island. At the time of the Revolution, these colonies contained territory now outside of the borders of the modern states."
The founder member of the SES is Kristine Marcy, Field McConnell's sister; Ms. Marcy has ice in her veins but she will need more for what is yet to come …
