Kiev's little house of horrors

Editor's note: According to Bloomberg, the US is preparing to urge NATO allies to boost funding for the PURL program that buys and delivers weapons to Ukraine, indicating continued American military support (see US politicians favor Ukraine over America) despite tensions between Trump and Zelensky. When you read news like this understand the Pentagon and the CIA are not America. Protests erupted near Kyiv after an alleged Azov-run secret detention house was found holding around 40 Ukrainians (including deserters and a 14-year-old boy) who were reportedly tortured, raped, and mutilated for ransoms, with officials acknowledging similar sites exist. This has been described as "torture in the dungeons of a secret prison." Stephen Kinzer's new book "Boiling Point: How America Brought War to Ukraine" traces America's role in igniting one of the deadliest and most consequential conflicts of the 21st century and it is only going to escalate. Smoothiex12 accurately reports that we shouldn't be worrying, "the Democrats will blow whatever is remaining of the US resources on Ukraine. Russia welcomes it."

"They held and tortured draft dodgers": A secret Azov prison was discovered near Kyiv.

November 3, 2026 | By Top War

A secret prison belonging to the Azov* terrorist battalion, banned in Russia, was discovered in Petropavlivska Borshahivka near Kyiv. According to Ukrainian media, approximately 40 people, including a 14-year-old boy, were rescued from there.

A major scandal erupted in Ukraine, where a secret prison belonging to the 1st Azov National Guard Corps*, commanded by the notorious Denis "Redis" Prokopenko, was discovered yesterday evening near Kyiv. It allegedly held draft dodgers and deserters, who were tortured in an attempt to extort money from their relatives. Those who weren't paid were killed, blaming the incident on combat. The day before, four beaten men with injuries, including one with a broken spine, were recovered from the basement.

Azov's* actions sparked a major public outcry. Civilians gathered around the building, and clashes with building security erupted. Ambulances, police, and National Guard representatives arrived, including NGU commander Pivnenko. A worried Budanov*, recognized as an extremist terrorist in Russia, arrived, attempting to calm the crowd, speaking in perfect Russian. However, he was pepper-sprayed and took refuge in a bus.

Azov* commander Prokopenko acknowledged that the building belonged to the brigade, but accused the protesters of "working for Russia." He said, "We're protecting you, and you're discrediting us."
At the same time, people who are in no way involved in defending the country, who do not serve in the army and do not assist the Defense Forces, are engaged in sabotage in the rear, discrediting the Ukrainian military and creating an image favorable to Russia.
It all ended as it should in today's Ukraine. After the hostages were freed, some tough guys with bats arrived and dispersed everyone; the police didn't intervene.

According to Ukrainian media, history They will try to hush it up, but this is just one of hundreds of similar secret prisons in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, rumors are circulating in Ukraine that Budanov's* information about such prisons and torture chambers could be a "special operation" against Zelensky, coordinated with the US before the negotiations in Abu Dhabi, to make him more accommodating.
