Update. This decision is racist. Richmond is predominately Asian. One of the farmers is Indo-Canadian. This is why we can all unite against it. This outrage made the Daily Mail in the UK.
This is a wake-up call for the entire country. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Tensions were high Tuesday night inside a Richmond hotel ballroom packed with hundreds of citizens concerned about the potential impact of a recent court ruling granting Aboriginal title to the Cowichan Tribes over a portion of land along the Fraser River."
OK let's not kick the cat here. It's not the mayor's fault. It's the raging lunatic judge's fault. We need to own that. This insane court decision shows us two things: 1) Our judicial system is broken and needs to be fixed and 2) This hateful Communist land acknowledgment pledge needs to come to an end.
"Several speakers who showed up to the Sheraton airport hotel blasted Mayor Malcolm Brodie and city officials for not notifying landowners of the case as it was unfolding over the years and had the potential to negatively impact property ownership."
It's like you keep pushing someone until you go too far and they finally say enough is enough. That's where we are at right now.
In case you missed it, some raging lunatic of a judge awarded private property in Richmond to a small tribe on Vancouver Island. The Cowichan Tribe's primary location is the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, thus the name. Just because I went fishing in Richmond, doesn't mean I now own Richmond.
This insane decision, which is rightfully being appealed by the City of Richmond and the government of BC, is rooted in the founding lie of the hateful Communist land acknowledgement pledge. It falsely claims that all the land in Canada is stolen land. That is a malicious lie.
In Central America, the Spanish conquistadors slaughtered the local natives. In America, they literally shot them dead. Canada was built on better principles that we can all be proud of.
Natives in Canada are facing the same reality the French and English are. We're all experiencing a dwindling population growth. We don't have nearly as large families as others do.
Arbitrarily handing out more land to any one of those groups is unjust. Stealing privately owned land based on ridiculous claims is a direct violation of British and French common law which serves as the foundation for Canadian law.
The true history reveals that the Natives in Fort Langley got along very well with the British fur traders because the British fur traders had guns and protected them from other tribes that would raid them and kidnap slaves.
What we see now is larger tribes make an agreement and a smaller tribe will complain about it because the larger tribe is not sharing the wealth. After all, this is about money not just land.
On the radio, one of the lawyers for the Cowichan tribe claimed this isn't about private land ownership. No one is going to displace anyone from their homes. Perhaps he should tell that to the judge because that is exactly what their ridiculous application asked. He claimed what we need to do is negotiate compensation. Ah ha. He and they want more money.
This is going to trigger an audit of all the money the larger tribes are getting and how that money is spent. Obviously the tribe that would raid the Fort Langley tribe are going to claim ownership of their land. We need to oppose that offensive application now just like we opposed it then.
John Rustad isn't the problem, A'aliya Warbus is. So is Aisha Estey. Aisha's not just an airhead. Her fiscal irresponsibility displays malicious intent. They both have to go. They have destroyed the BC Conservatives and they'll destroy Canada too if we let them. The new One BC party has it right.
The WEF is using these native land claims to turn everyone into slaves – Native and non-Native. Just like Netanyahu is trying to turn everyone into slaves – Jews and Gentiles. Buyer beware.
Peter Neocon MacKay appointed Barbara Young to the BC Supreme Court when he was AG in 2015. Barbara Young studied law at the University of Calgary and is from St. Catharines. She was initially appointed by Wally Oppal.
Gangsterism is reporting that Barbara Young was a Bill C-31 hire because she's Native. I am unable to confirm that. Mohawk College is open to anyone. We need to verify this. That would be a complete conflict of interest.

The Land Acknowledgement Pledge Is Hateful

"The bill proposed by One BC's Dallas Brodie would have prohibited what it calls acknowledgements that deny sovereignty of the Crown and attribute collective guilt based on race, ancestry or actions of Canadian historical figures. Most members of the legislature voted against it, but Conservatives Heather Maahs and Harman Bhangu joined Brodie and Tara Armstrong, also of One BC, as well as Independent Jordan Kealy in voting for the proposed legislation."
OK I support the bill and I'll tell you why. I believe all people are equal. I disagree with white privilege and I disagree with red privilege. There is no privilege. Everyone is equal.
The whole idea behind the orange shirt campaign is that it was wrong for residential schools to say your culture is bad. I agree. However, if it was bad then, it's bad now.
I believe in the Canadian Mosaic and the sacred hoop. No one race is any better than any other. This whole perpetual victimization has become absolutely toxic. We are all responsible for what we do. We need to own that.
The land acknowledgement does deny the Crown. It also denies Canada and the Charter of Rights. The inherent right to self-government means the door is open to bring slavery back and I reject that completely. Telling me over and over again that my heritage is bad is just as wrong now as it was in residential schools. We will never get past this. Ever.
I hate to say it but John Rustad isn't the problem, Á'a:líya Warbus is. She was made House Leader based on privilege and has pushed an extreme agenda that has divided and fractured the party. She refused to recognize any concerns on the other side that has resulted in church burning. That is hateful.
I guess I should have realized that Á'a:líya Warbus had an agenda when I saw she made a movie promoting the trans lifestyle. At the time I thought OK, LGBT – we don't want anyone to be persecuted but it goes way beyond that.
She promotes the movie with Saylesh Wesley who is a two-spirit trans educator of Coast Salish and Tsimshian descent. Currently she works for the Chilliwack School District. Great… That's pretty much the direct opposite of what Chilliwack MLA Heather Maas is trying to accomplish.
Take a look at the top of that page. It states "The Pride Advocacy Group respectfully acknowledges that this event is taking place on stolen land that overlaps with the unceded traditional and ancestral First Nations territories of the Musqueam, Katzie, Semiahmoo, Tsawwassen, Qayqayt, and Kwikwetlem; and with the lands of the Kwantlen First Nation, which gifted its name to this university. In the cause of reconciliation, we are committed to combating ongoing systemic colonialism and the oppression and racism that Indigenous Peoples continue to experience."
Now let's break it down. "This event is taking place on stolen land." That is a lie and it is a direct attack on Canadian sovereignty. In Canada, the British made treaties and were involved in the fur trade. In Central America, the Spanish conquistadors slaughtered the aboriginals. In the US, they shot them dead. Canada was founded on different principles that we can be proud of.
Notice that they name 7 different tribes all claiming ownership of the same land. That's because different tribes fought over the same land. Because of overlapping claims, there are more outstanding land claims in BC than there is land in BC. That means no land for anyone else. That means we are going to have to compromise and share.
The Natives in Fort Langley got along well with the British fur traders because the British protected them from raiding tribes that would kidnap slaves. Colonialism is over. The continued use of that term points to the Red Braid Alliance for Decolonial Socialism. Communists trying to destroy the Canadian Charter of Rights. This whole Q plus agenda in schools is evil.
Fraser Valley Today reported that "Chilliwack's two MLAs have been divided on a controversial proposed bill to ban public agencies from Indigenous land acknowledgements."
The article states "MLA for Vancouver–Quilchena Dallas Brodie proposed the Land Acknowledgement Prohibition Act on Thursday morning (Oct. 23). 'Land acknowledgments are the anthem of a suicidal nation,' said Brodie in her bill introduction. 'They are recited in classrooms, boardrooms, and before virtually every public event. They're repeated ritualistically to instill the belief that our country is illegitimate and that Canada has no right to exist, that our ancestors are evil, and our history must be abrogated.'" That acknowledgement is hateful.
A'aliya Warbus voted against the bill while Heather Maahs voted for it. Thus the split in Chilliwack MLAs. Chilliwack is concerned about SOGI which goes well beyond LGBT. SOGI is about the sexualization of young children in school.
One elementary school library book called Identical, was about identical twins. One was being sexually abused by their father and the other was not. The twin that wasn't being sexually abused by their father was jealous of her sister who was. Giving that kind of book to young children to read is mentally deranged. It is child abuse. StopSOGI.ca lists some of the insane books.
In the election Á'a:líya Warbus was very eloquent about the NDP's spending and drug promotion. Those are conservative values. Yet she also has a very dark agenda. Promoting the trans lifestyle is only part of it. She wants to destroy Canadian sovereignty. She claims to oppose bullies but she has become one. When someone expresses a concern about church burning, she defiantly shuts those concerns down and promotes the decolonial socialism agenda. That is not a Conservative value.
At first I thought this One BC party was hateful. Now I understand they're not. A'aliya Warbus is hateful and her dark agenda will indeed destroy Canada just like it has destroyed the Conservative Party in BC. Buyer beware.
