The Commonwealth Plan
By Vicky Davis | March 24, 2025
Note: I started to write this article about a week and a half ago – shortly after the announcement that Alberta was declaring their independence from Canada. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to stop working on it until today, March 24, 2025. A lot happened in that week and a half – including Mark Carney. I decided not to add the new information from that interim period. At some point, I'll write another article about it – probably when Alberta joins the U.S. or when the U.S. joins the British Commonwealth of Nations (God Forbid).
The Climate Crazies may have hit the wall in Alberta Canada. Alberta is Canada's Texas. Trudeau, Canada's Green Wienie president plans to cut "climate-warming carbon emissions by 40-45 percent by 2030" which means they will have to shut down a significant percentage of Alberta's oil-based economy. A 2023 article in Aljazeera, Canada Climate battle looms as Alberta takes aim at PM Trudeau explains the issue.
As a colony of the British Empire, in 1867, Canada was granted the right to become a self-governing dominion but Canada remained under the authority of the Crown until 1982 according to an article in the India Times.
It's not my purpose to write about the history of Canada's governing structures except to say that under the laws and organization of Canada, in 2022, Alberta asserted their right to sovereign independence in legislation titled the Alberta Sovereignty Within a United Canada Act. That legislation was the trigger for the dispute. Alberta 'sovereignty act' sets province on collision course with Justin Trudeau. Ottawa wants to destroy the economy of Alberta in tribute to Mother Gaia and the Albertans are saying Hell No.
It must be recognized that Canada is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations – formerly named the British Commonwealth. That fact becomes significant when looking at the "trade" history of the United States. Trade agreements are the trojan horse that America was drawn into following the end of World War II. Their first attempt at global management of trade was the Havana Charter in 1948. The U.S. Senate refused to ratify that agreement due to concerns about sovereignty. That fact becomes even more significant when looking at the history of international agreements from Richard Nixon forward to today. The fight today is for the sovereignty of the United States vs dissolution of sovereignty in favor of a continental governing structure under the United Nations Association.
On Sunday November 27,1938 The London Observer covered a speech by Lord Lothian, the wartime British Ambassador to the United States. The speech was titled "Wings Over History, A New Civilization." In his speech he stated…. "the anarchy of multitudinous national sovereignties is about to dissolve . . . the world is going to fall into four or five main political and economic groups, each in great measure self-supporting, each under the leadership of a great State equipped with modern military and air power . . ."
The United Nations Association was the body that was established by Winston Churchill and FDR to fulfill the Commonwealth Plan of four or five territorial bodies to lead the world. The beginning point for that was the Atlantic Charter agreed to by Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1941. The composition of the original United Nations was China, United States, Soviet Union, Great Britain and France. Great Britain presents as a nation-state but Britain heads up the Commonwealth of Nations with the monarch in the executive position. Drilling down into Britain's history you find the City of London – the one square mile occupied by the Livery Companies of London. The organization of the Livery Companies is the most brilliant strategy for conquest that this writer can imagine. The City of London and the Livery Companies are in the opinion of this writer, the Hidden Hand and the so-called leaders of the United States walked us right into their trap with the establishment of the United Nations ASSOCIATION. The United States has been the bitch of the City of London ever since. [Editor's note: Take into consideration a big component that is left out is the influence the British Pilgrims Society has that is embedded in US corporate structure.]

After returning to this research – diving deeper, I have come to the conclusion that the United States has been led by some of the most stupid sons of bitches on the face of the earth.

Trudeau's government is aiming to cut climate-warming carbon emissions by 40-45 percent by 2030 but will struggle to meet that target without significant reductions from Alberta, Canada’s highest polluting province. To understand what is happening in Canada requires a little walk back in time. Canada, like the United States was a colony of the British Empire. As we know, the US fought a war for independence from the British. Canada didn't. Since history is not taught in the United States, we assume the the organization of Canada is like the United States. Only by outward appearance is Canada like the U.S. Their internal organization is nothing at all like the United States.
Canada has the world's third largest oil reserves, most of which are held in northern Alberta's vast oil sands. The province produces about 80 percent of Canada's 4.9 million barrels per day of crude oil.
The federal government says Canada needs to cut emissions from oil and gas production to stay competitive as the world transitions to net zero by 2050.

The Commonwealth Plan
to End the Anarchy Nation-State Organization
The United Nations Association was the body that was established by Winston Churchill and FDR to fulfill the Commonwealth Plan of four or five territorial bodies to lead the world. A simple description of the livery companies is that they are "charitable associations" – organizations of professions and lines of business by functional organization. They don't engage in the profession. They offer social benefits to the members of the functional organizations and they set the standards for the profession or line of business. Simple model. Powerful structure.
