By the way, about those 14 new Russian divisions...

Editor's note: ...just in case Team Trump & Co. missed this.  The Russian military since March, 2024 have increased military capacity by creating two new armies with 14 divisions. Do the math. One division is between 10,000 and 25,000 soldiers and they have had one year of training and are well equipped. These Russian soldiers are not being trained and prepared for Russia's SMO into Ukraine either. Russia is going to solve Ukraine on their terms and not US terms. And as far as Europe is concerned, the Russian leadership for all practical and intensive purposes Europe can go jump off a cliff and take Macron with them. They are irrelevant at this point, so if Europe (NATO) intends to prosecute a war with Russia by all means take the first shot. Does Trump's presidential envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg comprehend this? The US has a reality moment with Russia's military capabilities and is gaffing off Ukraine onto Europe. When the Russian military is fully mobilized they get pointed in one direction then they smash through all opposition. That is their military history.

Shoigu: Russia to form 2 new armies by the end of 2024

By Martin Fornusek | March 21, 2024

The Russian Armed Forces will create two new combined arms armies, 14 divisions, and 16 brigades by the end of the year, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said during a meeting with other defense chiefs on March 20.

Several observers pointed out that Moscow is likely to ramp up its mobilization efforts after the rigged presidential election, during which Vladimir Putin secured another six years in power.

"By the end of the year, we plan to form two combined arms armies and 30 formations, including 14 divisions and 16 brigades," Shoigu said.

"We will continue to strengthen the Russian military proportionately to emerging threats to our country's security."

Shoigu also announced that a new army corps, a motorized rifle division, the Dnipro River Flotilla, and a riverboat brigade have already been formed.

As Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine entered its third year, the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces said that Moscow's casualties amounted to over 430,000. U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin put the number at 315,000 killed and wounded. [Editor's note: This is entirely incorrect. Russian causalities reflect an eight-to-one kill ratio over Ukraine.]

High casualties forced Russia to launch a partial mobilization in the autumn of 2022. In January of this year, the Russian Defense Ministry said it aims to increase the size of its military to 1.5 million military personnel. [Editor's note: This is incorrect. Russia has created two new armies with 14 divisions for NATO to contend with irrespective of Russia's SMO into Ukraine.]
