Pentagon's Kirby Blowing Smoke on Ukraine

Editor's note: Here's a fun one with the Pentagon's John Kirby describing how the US, the UK and NATO trained the Ukrainian military for the past eight years getting them ready for war with Russia. Kirby has it wrong. The Ukrainians are retreating from Donbass and as they do the Nazis set booby traps in a children's school library. We guess that is what Kirby refers to as "western training." Since 2014 the Ukrainian military has been shelling cities in Donbass with no military objectives other than to kill civilians (more "western training") in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Andrei Martyanov says the military assessment by Kirby and Pentagon planners on Ukraine is BS. We agree as Kirby's fantasyland discussion sounds like a Pentagon vacuum cleaner sales rep only selling war. After all, the Pentagon's corporate mission is weapon sales and war including top of the line communications gear for the Azov neo-Nazis holed up in Mariupol. Ukraine is the customer.
