There are two entries created at birth: There is a living man and there is a corporate data base entry. The corporate data base entry consisting of a series of documents negates the first 9 months of your life when you consider life begins at conception. How do you identify yourself? Through the data base entry or as a living man? What is your status? What is the status of a man if you don't consider that data base? All the documentation created for you at birth is a document trail including the Population Register, a certificate of live birth, church records and hospital reports provided for you. You existed before these documents were created for you. The live birth certificate is a corporate government assigned identity: certificate of live birth registering the biometrics of the birth. All other biometric data pertaining to the birth like the membrane, water, umbilical chord, blood, blood vessels and the placenta have been omitted. All this biological data has been omitted as if it didn't exist.

The World Economic Forum's digital identity report lays out, in detail, the argument for financial institutions to drive the development of digital identity solutions, discusses the landscape of identity solutions, provides recommendations on the construction of identity systems, and discusses the suite of benefits that these systems would bring to stakeholders.

The report, Disruptive innovation in financial services: A blueprint for digital identity, calls on financial institutions to lead the charge in developing robust digital identity solutions that would bring benefits to users, financial institutions, and society as a whole. Some of the critical steps outlined in the report include studying and understanding the user group, engaging with the public sector, and determining the technology backbone needed for the identity system. While not intended as a roadmap, this report will serve as a foundation for entities wishing to understand and ultimately act on the identity challenge.

This explanation from the WEF is an example of how the population registrar interacts with the digital identity but what certifies this information is correct? The WEF does not want the risk or the liability because the responsibility is on them if you do not accept the identity. If you accept this identity provided for you based on the population register for each country, you are tacitly saying that the information on that registrar is correct and that is you. A drivers license is part of the long trail of documentation created for you leading up to an individual being "licensed" by the state to drive a motor vehicle. The drivers license used as an identity is based on the same documentation trail explained above that is based on your data base that created the fictitious you at birth. That identity representing you on the driver's license, if you accept that identity, will be used to prepare a digital identity for you in the state of California. It is up to you to comply or not comply depending on your UNDERstanding of the law and your status.
