More US State Department Unfounded Accusations

Editor's note: This guy at the US State Department says the US has information "the Russians have operatives in Ukraine preparing for a false flag operation." Release the intelligence and prove it to us. These people are so full of it their press meetings are embarrassing. Why would Russia have "operatives in Ukraine preparing a false flag operation?" If Russia invaded they would be in Kiev in 3 days drinking coffee at a cafe on a Monday morning.
