2nd Amendment Rethink

Editor's note: You know, Biden is probably correct although he didn't articulate it too well in his assertion here concerning the 2nd Amendment. Patriotism and gun manufacturing in America are huge businesses using historical distortions and revisionism to justify arming Americans to the teeth in a multi billion dollar industry. America as it stands now is the most violent country in the world "under the 2nd Amendment." What are the economic costs in Chicago alone where 227 people have been shot since January 1, 2022? What an irony. You've got your "2nd Amendment rights" alright.  When it comes right down to the application of violence where your life is threatened you mean to say it requires a written statement penned over 200 years ago to protect your life?
